Das Zimmer war geräumig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage inmitten der pulsierenden Stadt war ein klarer Vorteil, und die Lage war ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden – die Altstadt war nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der Service insgesamt könnte jedoch verbessert werden; das Obst war nicht mehr ganz frisch, und die Auswahl beim Frühstück war begrenzt. An der Rezeption arbeitete eine große, hübsche und freundliche junge Frau, die außerordentlich aufmerksam war; vielen Dank! 🙏

We stayed here from 12–15 May during our honeymoon and decided to do our Yunnan trip entirely on our own. Dali was our first destination after landing in Kunming the night before, and it turned out to be the perfect start to our journey. Since our train arrived early at around 9:00 AM, I contacted the host a few days in advance to ask if an early check-in would be possible. Not only were they happy to accommodate our request, but they also kindly offered to pick us up from the station. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by our host, Mei, who gave us a tour of the property after check-in. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The architecture is absolutely stunning, from the outside, it feels like staying in a beautiful traditional palace within the old town, while the interior is thoughtfully modernized with every comfort you could need. Our room was incredibly spacious, and we especially loved the heated bathroom floors and the bidet, which was a pleasant surprise. There is also a rooftop area where guests can enjoy a beautiful sunrise view. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. Guests are given several options, and parts of the menu change daily, which kept things interesting. What we looked forward to most every morning was the amazing yogurt served with homemade rose jam, it was honestly the best we've ever had. We mentioned how much we loved it, and at the end of our stay, Mei surprised us with a jar to take home. Such a thoughtful gesture! Every evening, the hotel served a warm dessert, introducing us to flavors that were completely new yet delicious. We were also treated to a complimentary afternoon tea. To make our honeymoon even more special, Mei and her team surprised us with a personalized cake, which was incredibly touching. The location is very convenient, with several Muslim-friendly eateries within a 10-minute walk, as well as convenience stores nearby. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the hospitality. Out of all the accommodations we stayed at during our Yunnan trip, this was by far the best. Mei went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, constantly sharing recommendations, travel tips, and local insights to help us make the most of our time in Dali. We genuinely felt cared for throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for honeymooners and newlyweds looking for a memorable and heartfelt experience. InsyaAllah, we will definitely return on our future trips to Dali.

Die zweite Station unserer Yunnan-Reise. Nach dem Neujahrsfest war der Preis von 1300 Yuan nicht gerade günstig, aber die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Die Rezeption hat uns ein Zimmer-Upgrade gegeben und ein kostenloses Frühstück für die Kinder arrangiert – top! Vom großen Fenster im 16. Stock auf das Cangshan-Gebirge und den Erhai-See zu blicken, gab mir sofort das Gefühl, dass Reisen doch sinnvoll ist. Fitnessstudio und Pool sind super, man kann schwimmen und gleichzeitig die Berge und das Meer vor dem Fenster überblicken. Mit den Kindern haben wir dort noch eine Stunde Höhentraining absolviert. Das Frühstück entspricht dem Fünf-Sterne-Standard, besonders die Reisnudeln waren lecker. Ein kleiner Vorschlag: Ein lokales Souvenir als Geschenk würde die Kinder noch glücklicher machen.

Die Wahl dieses Hilton Garden Inn Hotels in Dali war absolut richtig! Die Lobby ist schlicht, aber warm gestaltet, mit kleinen Dekorationen und Fotopunkten, die dem ganzen Raum eine lebendige Atmosphäre verleihen. Die automatische Tür am Eingang ist auch sehr praktisch, man muss sich beim Betreten und Verlassen mit Gepäck überhaupt nicht anstrengen. Am meisten überrascht haben mich die Hoteleinrichtungen: Der Selbstbedienungswaschsalon ist klar aufgeteilt und mit allen Wasch- und Trockengeräten ausgestattet, was für Langzeitgäste super praktisch ist; das Fitnessstudio ist sauber und hell, die Geräte sind gut gepflegt, und das Design der orangefarbenen Laufbahn schafft eine tolle Atmosphäre, sodass man beim Sport gleich gute Laune bekommt. Das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber und ordentlich, sehr komfortabel. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr praktisch, nicht weit vom Erhai-See und den umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend, ich kann es Freunden, die nach Dali kommen, wirklich empfehlen!

Ich bin zum zweiten Mal in Shuanglang. Ich möchte wirklich nicht noch einmal dorthin. Es ist zu voll! Wenn Sie aus dem Bus steigen, holt Sie jemand mit einem Dreirad Ihr Gepäck ab und Sie müssen ein paar hundert Meter zum Hotel laufen. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Meeres, aber die Landschaft ist nicht so schön wie die von Haixi gegenüber. Das Meer ist nicht so schön. Die umliegenden Hotels der Stars und Sternchen im Internet sehen aus wie Bauernhäuser. Dieses Hotel ist nur zum Fotografieren geeignet. Ich werde nicht wiederkommen. Es ist zu teuer, über 1.600 Yuan. Es wird nur Frühstück angeboten. Sie müssen auf die Straße gehen, um zu essen. Die Umgebung draußen entspricht wirklich nicht dem Standard. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist noch gut und der Service ist auch sehr gut. Ich habe eine Nacht dort verbracht und hatte mehrere Tage lang Durchfall. Ich weiß nicht, ob es daran lag, dass ich dort gefrühstückt oder auf der Straße Saft getrunken habe. Sie können draußen einkaufen. Wenn Sie die Innenstadt mögen, können Sie hier übernachten. Wenn Sie es ruhig mögen, sollten Sie ins gegenüberliegende Haixi gehen. Ich bevorzuge Erhai West, wo Sie Fahrrad fahren können.

原本訂兩晚、剛入住房間就後悔、硬是忍到半夜、實在太吵了、聯繫攜程處理提前退房。 大理洱海公園希爾頓花園 整體沿襲HILTON成熟的品牌水準，放到海外、歐美、東南亞等，大理洱海公園希爾頓花園算得上出眾。因為海外不少同級四星、五星酒店配套簡陋，沒有送餐機器人，想吃外賣必須親自下樓自取，也不配備全天候自助洗衣房，對比之下、這家酒店硬件底子是優秀的。 可放在中國差距就大了 因為同等預算，能挑選的住宿很多，和亞朵、華住旗下一眾四星連鎖酒店對比，希爾頓花園並沒有優勢。 先分享好的：服務滿分💯 💜酒店全員服務態度沒得挑，前台、保潔以及各個崗位工作人員謙和有禮。好服務，撐起了整間酒店口碑。 衞生4.5分、因為我觀察到、保潔阿姨們幾乎沒閑着、不間斷清掃地面、擦拭玻璃窗、她們即使是乘坐電梯時、也在細緻打理電梯扶手與鏡面玻璃。 ❌酒店的缺點： 外觀裝修大氣開闊，室內軟裝陳設看着上檔次，衹可惜好看衹停留在表面、奢而不實。 我分到升級後的山景房型，才發現，不是世外桃源的山景，是直面臨街馬路，是商業街後面的山景。 白天來往車流，人聲喧鬧，隔壁樓層裝修聲，尚且可以外出閑逛躲開噪音，到了晚間才算真正難熬。 客房牆體隔音超級差，像紙糊的豆腐渣工程，隔壁房交談聲、整個樓層的關門響動、聽得一清二楚，夜裡完全睡不好覺。 健身房有電動窗簾、可是、不實用 客人不能自己手動開關、必需得呼叫前台、工作人員來開關、因為遙控器衹有一個、然後電動窗簾還故障了。 健身器材是比亞朵和華住會的酒店多、可是、敗在細節“窗簾”、拉垮健身體驗感。 電動遮光窗簾，工作人員專程來操控降下窗簾，沒過片刻，簾體就自動回彈往上收起，想遮擋強光衹能反覆致電前台派人過來調試，一趟趟找人幫忙關窗簾實在折騰。 健身器械全部緊貼超大落地玻璃 大理紫外線很強，白日陽光透過整塊玻璃直直往裡照射，健身鍛鍊沒窗簾，全程等同於暴曬烘烤，悶熱刺眼。 洗衣機、烘乾機、有自助洗衣房、可是洗烘時間很長、亞朵或華住會、半小時烘乾了、希爾頓要烘兩個小時。 細節短板：亞朵或是華住會、洗烘衣服時、會有紙幣讓你填寫房號、工作人員也會主動幫忙烘、疊衣服、或是送回房間、暖心且方便。 但是、大理洱海公園希爾頓花園酒店、沒有這個服務、不僅洗烘時間長、全程衹能自己看管衣物，沒有工作人員協助收納打理，瑣碎小事格外耗費精力。 諸多小瑕疵都可以將就包容，但住宿噪音問題實在沒法勉強將就。 旅居度假，最核心剛需是安靜。 外表裝潢再精緻、服務禮數再周全，倘若沒法給到住客靜謐休憩空間，終究很難在內卷中留住回頭客源。

There’s something special about this place—I felt it the moment I walked in. The staff didn't just greet us; they welcomed us like family. Every smile, every small gesture felt genuine, as if they truly cared about our stay. The interior took my breath away, rich with classic Chinese elegance, yet warm and inviting. You can feel the thought and care in every corner. And then, the view. I found myself just sitting in silence, taking it in, feeling completely at peace. This hotel isn't just beautiful, it's unforgettable. It’s one of a kind, and it touched my heart in a way I didn’t expect. I’m already looking forward to the day I can return.

Our stay at Dali Liufan Xiciao Seaview Homestay was genuinely one of the highlights of our trip to Dali. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt incredibly warm, comfortable, and thoughtfully hosted. The property itself is tucked slightly deeper into a network of charming little alleys, which might sound tricky at first, but in reality it is very manageable. Any ride-hailing service (Didi or similar) brings you right to the entrance without fuss, and once you’ve been there once, it’s very easy to locate again. One of the most convenient features is its proximity to the park connector running along Erhai Lake. If you are facing the lake from the property, simply turn right and walk straight to the end (about 15 minutes). That endpoint is where most of the e-bikes and e-cars are available for rent, which makes it the perfect starting point for exploring the lakeside. A small tip from our own experience—don’t make the mistake of heading left first, as we did, or you may end up walking quite a distance before finding rentals! The homestay itself is so comfortable and inviting that we often found ourselves reluctant to head out. It has a calming, homely atmosphere that makes simply staying in and relaxing just as enjoyable as going out to explore. What truly elevated the experience, however, was the staff. They were exceptionally helpful in every possible way—attentive, responsive, and genuinely willing to assist with even the smallest requests. It really felt like almost anything we needed, they were able to help with, which made the stay seamless and stress-free. Do note that the property does not have elevators. However, this was never an issue at all, as the staff were always ready and willing to assist with luggage whenever needed. Overall, this homestay offered a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed this leg of our journey, and in many ways, the accommodation itself became one of the key reasons the Dali experience felt so memorable.

Durchschnittliche Gesamterfahrung im Dali Ocean Hotel Nicht bis zu erwarten, dass der Preis für ein freundliches 5-Sterne-Hotel in China zahlt werden sollte. z.B.: Frühstück nicht viel Wahl, und auch nicht sehr willkommen von Front Desk Mitarbeiter. Wenn ich sie telefoniert, sie einfach aufhängen, ohne mich das Gespräch noch beenden, das schockiert mich. Hotel nicht wirklich Kinder freundlich. Normalerweise, was ich von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet, das in Kinder Theme Hotel ist sollte für Kinder freundlicher sein, wie ein paar kleine Geschenke für kleine, aber das Dali Ocean Hotel hatte nicht so etwas. Und auch der Preis, der bezahlt wird, umfasst nicht das Besuch des Ozeanriums. Unerwartet ist das Abendessen, das wir über Hotelrestaurant und Trüffelpizza bestellt haben (komplimentarisch in meinem Paket) lecker. Zimmerblick Ok, kann für eine Nacht bleiben, um es selbst zu erleben.

Diese Gäste verdienen eine volle Beurteilung! Die Einrichtungen sind modern und warm, die zentrale Klimaanlage ist super komfortabel, die Zimmer sind großartig, die Umgebung ist präzise und privater Natur, das Gartendesign ist wunderschön, die Nachtlichtpunkte sind romantisch. Der Service ist detailliert und gering, von dem Aufenthalt bis zum Abgang des Ladens zu helfen und zu helfen, Tickets zu buchen.
