Da es sich um eine kleine Einrichtung handelt, sind die Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und einfach über Weixin zu erreichen, bevor Sie sich anmelden. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten sie auch proaktiv Abendsnacks, Mitternacht Süße Suppe UND Ihr Frühstück am nächsten Tag vorgezogen. Das Zimmer ist sehr spakotisch mit 2 Seiten der 'Wände' ersetzt mit Wolltafel auf Gläser. Bitte informieren Sie uns jedoch, dass die Toiletten und Duschetüren transparent sind 🙈

Cloud House Hotel is hands down the best lakeside stay we've ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond 5 stars — the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. They even came to pick us up and carried our bags, which was such a thoughtful touch. When we wanted to explore the lake on an e-bike, they not only showed us where to rent one but also helped communicate with the rental shop. Truly above and beyond! In the evenings, they served delicious snacks and even prepared a comforting midnight soup — it felt like home. One of the most memorable moments was when I requested a piece of cake for my kid’s birthday. The next morning at breakfast, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated plate and a complimentary slice of cake. My child was overjoyed and said it was the best birthday ever! The cake was not only thoughtful but also absolutely delicious. We were also lucky to be upgraded to a room with the best view — waking up to the stunning lake and mountain scenery was magical. The bathroom was modern, clean, and very comfortable. To top it all off, the whole hotel is beautifully designed and incredibly Instagrammable. There's even a super cute cat that made our stay feel even more homely and warm. Halal food is conveniently located just about 100 meters away, which was a huge plus for us. We absolutely loved everything about Cloud House and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommended!

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich angenehm! Die jungen, gutaussehenden Männer und Frauen waren herzlich und gastfreundlich, haben uns eine Karte von Dali erklärt und uns vor vielen Touristenfallen bewahrt – super praktisch für Leute, die keine Lust auf Reiseplanung haben. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und ruhig, die Matratze war so weich, dass wir die ganze Nacht wunderbar geschlafen haben. Es war auch schön warm im Zimmer, und morgens konnten wir beim Öffnen des Fensters den sonnenbeschienenen Cangshan-Berg sehen, was eine tolle Überraschung war. An der Rezeption gab es auch ein sehr süß aussehendes Kätzchen, das aber ziemlich kühl war, und zwei Shiba-Hunde, die beim Rennen sehr drollig aussahen. Ihr tägliches Leben bestand darin, im Hof herumzutoben. Die Tiere brachten so viel Leben in den Hof. Ich habe gehört, dass man den Sonnenaufgang vom Dach aus sehen kann (aber wir waren nicht früh genug wach dafür). Auf dem Dach gibt es auch eine Waschküche und einen Trockenraum, was das Wäschewaschen sehr bequem machte! Das Beste ist, dass es ganz nah an der Altstadt liegt, nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß.

Cloudland Seaview Hotel befindet sich direkt gegenüber Erhai auf einer der Strecken des Ökologischen Korridors; das Hotel Seaview Familienzimmer, das ich reserviert habe, verfügt über ein Panoramafenster mit schönen Blicken auf Erhai. Es gibt viele Fahrräder und elektrische Motorräder, die zur Kreuzung des Öko-Korridor direkt außerhalb des Hotels vermietet werden. Obwohl Autos wegen der engen Straßen nicht in das Hotel gestattet sind, aber das Hotel hat Buggy, die die Patronen und Gepäck in das Hotel transportieren können, müssen Sie einfach vor der Ankunft mit dem Frontdesk arrangieren. Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt von dem freien Fluss von Spezialitäten Kaffee, die Cloudland Seaview ihren Patronen bietet, wenn Sie ein Kaffeeliebhaber sind, ist das in der Tat ein Kaffeeparadies :) Eine Anregung ist vielleicht, pflanzliche Milch für Kunden, die Lactose sind zubereiten unverträglich oder veganisch. Beautiful villa with easy access to food street. We had a pleasant stay and a nice warm dip in the double bathtub. They even make us coffee when we requested in the morning.

Die Wahl dieses Hilton Garden Inn Hotels in Dali war absolut richtig! Die Lobby ist schlicht, aber warm gestaltet, mit kleinen Dekorationen und Fotopunkten, die dem ganzen Raum eine lebendige Atmosphäre verleihen. Die automatische Tür am Eingang ist auch sehr praktisch, man muss sich beim Betreten und Verlassen mit Gepäck überhaupt nicht anstrengen. Am meisten überrascht haben mich die Hoteleinrichtungen: Der Selbstbedienungswaschsalon ist klar aufgeteilt und mit allen Wasch- und Trockengeräten ausgestattet, was für Langzeitgäste super praktisch ist; das Fitnessstudio ist sauber und hell, die Geräte sind gut gepflegt, und das Design der orangefarbenen Laufbahn schafft eine tolle Atmosphäre, sodass man beim Sport gleich gute Laune bekommt. Das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber und ordentlich, sehr komfortabel. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr praktisch, nicht weit vom Erhai-See und den umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend, ich kann es Freunden, die nach Dali kommen, wirklich empfehlen!

San Se Yun ist eines der besten AirBnBs, in denen ich je übernachtet habe. Es ist zwar etwas teuer, aber der Meerblick vom Zimmer ist es absolut wert. Man hat Blick auf Erhai, und die Meeresbrise und die Sonne weckten einen jeden Tag. Im Zimmer stand ein Butler (Xiao Du) zur Verfügung, der uns im Alltag unterstützte, unter anderem beim Einsammeln unserer „Tabao“. Im Paket ist ein kostenloses Fotoshooting (5 Fotos) enthalten. Jedes weitere Foto kostet 30 RMB, was sehr teuer ist (da es digital ist). Ich habe 20 zusätzliche Fotos bekommen und dafür 600 RMB bezahlt. Das ist ein kleiner Nachteil, und das AirBnB-Management sollte dies mit dem Anbieter besprechen, um den Aufenthalt perfekt zu machen.

Heartwarming Service but Disappointing Room Layout & Location 1. Amazing Staff Support: • As foreigners without Chinese phone numbers, we couldn't rent the ”Snoopy” electric cars. The staff went above and beyond, using their own accounts to scan, pay, and even remotely lock/unlock the cars for us throughout the day. They even handled the return process when there were technical issues. • Flexible Service: They were kind enough to serve breakfast at 8:00 AM (30 minutes earlier than scheduled) to accommodate our early plans. ＞＞＞ The staff here are the biggest plus. They were incredibly welcoming, enthusiastic, and supported us throughout our stay in Dali. Whether it was helping with our heavy luggage or providing local recommendations, their hospitality was genuine and much appreciated. 2. Room Layout: Not as Expected We booked a ”2-bedroom suite,” but it was actually two separate rooms with private entrances and no shared indoor area. The second room was extremely small; with two large suitcases open, there was almost no space to move. The photos on the listing were quite misleading regarding this separate layout. 3. Location & Accessibility The homestay is in a quiet, isolated area with no shops or restaurants within walking distance. You have to take a taxi for everything (5–30 mins to major attractions), which adds significant costs to your trip. ===＞ While the people here are wonderful, the high price doesn't quite match the room's convenience and location. Best suited for those who don't mind taking taxis and want a quiet stay.

I booked a two-night stay here and had high expectations for my vacation. However, the first thing that happened was an extremely uncomfortable check-in. Two female staff members were incredibly unfriendly; the hotel had no elevator, and there was no luggage porter. One staff member even insisted we carry our large luggage ourselves because the hotel didn't have an elevator. The free hot pot meal was only for the broth; the side dishes had to be ordered separately. We booked four rooms, but when my friend couldn't eat the spicy broth and asked for a different broth, we were charged extra. The hallway lights are turned off after 10:30 PM, so if you're returning late, you'll have to use your phone's flashlight to find your way. The photography service was also unsatisfactory. We had four rooms, but only two were photographed. I requested that the photographer let me go first and the other person take photos later after changing clothes, but the photographer was unhappy and insisted on taking photos at the same time. The photographer, in particular, did not have a friendly or open attitude, nor the manner of a professional service provider. Breakfast was delicious and suited our taste, but the staff were somewhat negligent in their service. We ordered our main course first but were served later, or they forgot to include the side dishes. On check-out day, the hotel scored points with the extremely enthusiastic assistance from a young man in a blue jacket (29/4). The staff member in the blue jacket was very professional, coordinating everything and seemingly understanding that I wasn't entirely satisfied with the hotel. He coordinated everything, from carrying our luggage from the room to the lobby to taking it to the taxi, working with the photographer, and even offering us complimentary tea as an apology and thank you for our stay. Overall, aside from the issues that affected our mood on the first day, the hotel was quite comfortable and clean, worthy of a vacation (although a bit far from the city center). If the hotel can address these shortcomings, I think this will be a wonderful experience for us. Best regards.

Das B&B, das ich dieses Mal gebucht habe, hat wirklich eine gute Bewertung verdient. Es ist in der Tat das Hotel, für dessen Auswahl ich die meiste Zeit und Überlegung aufgewendet habe, und es war sein Geld wert. Es fühlt sich an wie ein B&B, das von ein paar jungen Leuten geführt wird, und der Service ist wirklich großartig. Ich begann am Tag vor dem Check-in anzurufen, um zu fragen, ob ich am Flughafen abgeholt oder abgesetzt werden musste. Dann war der Typ, der mich am Bahnhof abholte, sehr enthusiastisch und half mir, mich vorzustellen und mein Gepäck unterwegs abzuholen . Das gesamte Personal ist sehr nett und enthusiastisch und bietet einen Butler-Service. Der Innenhof ist auch wunderschön und das Frühstück ist köstlich. Ich konnte am nächsten Tag einfach nicht aufstehen und habe es nicht gegessen. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der antiken Stadt Dali. Wenn ich das nächste Mal wieder nach Dali komme, werde ich hoffentlich wieder hier übernachten eine lange Zeit ~ (Vielen Dank für den Milchtee und die Blumenkuchen. )
