YYizhixiaopang_YYEin beliebtes Hotel, das mehr als eine Woche lang in Dali ist!! Der Stil ist sehr konstruiert und der Service ist besonders gut, das Frühstück ist sehr groß, und es gibt auch Nachmittags- und Nachtzuppe ～
Der Windschutzschrank ist Daison, die Bettwäsche ist die Mutter der Seide, die schläft, die weiß, dass es wirklich super komfortabel ist!! Die Getränke im kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer sind kostenlos und können jederzeit trinken ～ Es gibt auch einen Tee, der gepflückt werden kann
Und am Bett können Sie die Meereslandschaft sehen, und es gibt eine sehr offene Bühne, und jeder ist sehr gut geschlagen!! Das nächste Mal wird Dali hier leben.

NNEWJCloud House Hotel is hands down the best lakeside stay we've ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond 5 stars — the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. They even came to pick us up and carried our bags, which was such a thoughtful touch.
When we wanted to explore the lake on an e-bike, they not only showed us where to rent one but also helped communicate with the rental shop. Truly above and beyond! In the evenings, they served delicious snacks and even prepared a comforting midnight soup — it felt like home.
One of the most memorable moments was when I requested a piece of cake for my kid’s birthday. The next morning at breakfast, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated plate and a complimentary slice of cake. My child was overjoyed and said it was the best birthday ever! The cake was not only thoughtful but also absolutely delicious.
We were also lucky to be upgraded to a room with the best view — waking up to the stunning lake and mountain scenery was magical. The bathroom was modern, clean, and very comfortable.
To top it all off, the whole hotel is beautifully designed and incredibly Instagrammable. There's even a super cute cat that made our stay feel even more homely and warm. Halal food is conveniently located just about 100 meters away, which was a huge plus for us.
We absolutely loved everything about Cloud House and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommended!

GGastnutzerAmazing!!!! One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!!! Highly highly highly recommend. I never leave reviews, but I am leaving a review for this hotel because they were so great.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, right in front of the lake with a perfect view. The lobby and common areas are super nice and comfortable, and the room is spectacular. We originally booked the partial view room, but there was an issue with the locks on the room doors so they moved us to the deluxe room. We saw a bit of the partial view room before they moved us and it was excellent, it had a lovely spot to sit and drink tea with a view of the water, so I still highly recommend that room. The deluxe room was even more amazing, a full balcony with an unobstructed view of the water and a large bathtub. I really appreciated how responsive they were and how they were so willing to upgrade us. The rooms were perfectly clean and tidy, all the amenities you would want, with a tea set and tea leaves in the room to enjoy.
The location might seem a bit out of the way on the map, but don't let that fool you. The location is excellent. It is perfectly convenient and close to touristy areas for dining and shopping, and only a 5 minute walk from a stand where you can rent bikes and electric scooters. Because the hotel isn't right in the center of the touristy area, it is so peaceful and quiet, soooo much better than being in the noisy and crowded area. You really get to enjoy a perfect peaceful vacation getaway, with access to everything close by.
The service was truly amazing. I lost an earring in my room and let them know when I was checking out, in case the cleaners spotted it. When I came to pick up my luggage they had found it for me!!! I was so extremely happy. Also they gave us little care packages upon arrival and after check out.

GGastnutzerI give my highest praises to Home2 Suites by Hilton Dali Erhai. It is a truly fabulous hotel. After spending one day here and another day at a different location on the lake, I actually extended my stay in Dali just so I could return and enjoy this superb hotel again.
From the moment you arrive, the experience is exceptional. A kind gentleman greeted me at the taxi and helped with my luggage immediately. The reception staff consistently went above and beyond, even offering complimentary room upgrades when available.
The rooms are modern, high-tech, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The bed was excellent, the air conditioning worked perfectly, there were no odors at all, and everything felt very clean and well maintained. I usually struggle to find pillows that properly support my neck, but when I asked whether they had memory foam pillows, the staff brought me two amazing pillows (honestly better than my pillows at home). I had one of the best nights of sleep during my trip.
Breakfast was plentiful and satisfying as well. I also used the washing machines during my stay, which were modern and very convenient. There is even a gym directly across the hallway, so you can work out while doing laundry.
The location suited my purposes very well. Only a short didi away from the train station. Across the street is an affordable bicycle rental shop where I rented a high-end international bike in excellent condition. Just one minute away is the best barbecue restaurant I found in all of Dali: Shentan Xianhuo Barbecue. The food was incredible, and the meal only cost me 40 RMB. Aegean Shopping Park is also just around the corner, and the start of the ecological corridor is just a short bike ride away from the hotel.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Outstanding service, excellent facilities, great location, and genuine hospitality.

Unser Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock mit Blick aufs Wasser ist wunderschön und bietet eine tolle Aussicht, während das zweite Schlafzimmer enttäuschenderweise überhaupt keine Aussicht bot. Ideal für Fotoshootings. Die Anreise zur Privatunterkunft ist etwas schwierig, da Fahrzeuge die Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen nicht befahren können. Das Personal musste unser Gepäck mit einem Motorrad vom Parkplatz in die Altstadt bringen und es anschließend auf einen anderen Wagen umladen, da das Motorrad aufgrund einer Schranke nicht in die Altstadt fahren konnte.

TTraveling Family from GermanyWe had a very smooth experience from arrival to departure. The hotel organised a transfer from Dali Railway Station, which worked perfectly. Upon arrival, we were immediately helped with our luggage. Check-in was straightforward and worked without any issues for foreign guests. Basic English is spoken, which is fully sufficient for communication.
The hotel itself is small and built in a beautiful traditional Chinese style, with a lot of wood and a charming inner courtyard with warm lighting in the evening. The rooms are duplex-style: a cosy living room downstairs and a rustic bedroom upstairs, plus a balcony with a lovely view of the surrounding mountain peaks. The design feels authentic and calm. Bathrooms are slightly lower in height, so guests above 1.80m might find them a bit tight. Cleanliness throughout the property is excellent. Despite the traditional architecture, all modern comforts are available: fast and stable internet, strong heating in both living room and bedroom (important in winter), and a generally very comfortable atmosphere.
The location is near the Three Pagodas, just outside the main tourist development zone. You can walk to the first restaurants within minutes, and there is even a local restaurant directly next to the hotel. The Three Pagodas are within very easy walking distance, and from there you can conveniently use DiDi or rental scooters to reach other sights around Dali.
Breakfast can be taken either in a small dining room or delivered to the room. It is local Chinese style, adapted to the region, very tasty and served with a smile. Great coffee is available.
Checkout was simple, and the hotel arranged our return transfer as well. We even received a small souvenir gift per room, which was a very thoughtful touch.
Overall, this hotel is a real highlight in Dali. It feels like stepping back in time, but without sacrificing modern comfort. It is ideal both for exploring the main attractions and for simply relaxing in a quiet, peaceful setting away from the busier city areas.

Die Landschaft ist großartig, ich liebe es hier. Während der Feiertage sind möglicherweise mehr Leute da, daher konnte ich zufällig einen langen Urlaub vermeiden. Obwohl das Zimmer keinen direkten Meerblick bietet, kann der öffentliche Bereich ungezwungen betrachtet werden. Sehr gut! Empfohlen! ! !

They also gave so many complimentary such as free photoshoot 1 hour, free rental clothes for photoshoot, free rose foot bath, free rose wine every night. The breakfast also taste good, all the toilets are clean. I would recommend staying here, this is the best hotel i stayed in Yunnan. GGastnutzerDas B&B, das ich dieses Mal gebucht habe, hat wirklich eine gute Bewertung verdient. Es ist in der Tat das Hotel, für dessen Auswahl ich die meiste Zeit und Überlegung aufgewendet habe, und es war sein Geld wert. Es fühlt sich an wie ein B&B, das von ein paar jungen Leuten geführt wird, und der Service ist wirklich großartig. Ich begann am Tag vor dem Check-in anzurufen, um zu fragen, ob ich am Flughafen abgeholt oder abgesetzt werden musste. Dann war der Typ, der mich am Bahnhof abholte, sehr enthusiastisch und half mir, mich vorzustellen und mein Gepäck unterwegs abzuholen . Das gesamte Personal ist sehr nett und enthusiastisch und bietet einen Butler-Service. Der Innenhof ist auch wunderschön und das Frühstück ist köstlich. Ich konnte am nächsten Tag einfach nicht aufstehen und habe es nicht gegessen. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der antiken Stadt Dali. Wenn ich das nächste Mal wieder nach Dali komme, werde ich hoffentlich wieder hier übernachten eine lange Zeit ~ (Vielen Dank für den Milchtee und die Blumenkuchen. )
