LLeney c.Hotel wie angekündigt. Wenn Sie die Nähe sowohl der alten Stadt als auch Shuanglang mögen, ist die Lage perfekt. Da es sich um eine kleine Einrichtung handelt, sind die Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam und einfach über Weixin zu erreichen, bevor Sie sich anmelden. Während unseres Aufenthalts hatten sie auch proaktiv Abendsnacks, Mitternacht Süße Suppe UND Ihr Frühstück am nächsten Tag vorgezogen. Das Zimmer ist sehr spakotisch mit 2 Seiten der 'Wände' ersetzt mit Wolltafel auf Gläser. Bitte informieren Sie uns jedoch, dass die Toiletten und Duschetüren transparent sind 🙈

NNEWJCloud House Hotel is hands down the best lakeside stay we've ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond 5 stars — the staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely caring. They even came to pick us up and carried our bags, which was such a thoughtful touch. When we wanted to explore the lake on an e-bike, they not only showed us where to rent one but also helped communicate with the rental shop. Truly above and beyond! In the evenings, they served delicious snacks and even prepared a comforting midnight soup — it felt like home. One of the most memorable moments was when I requested a piece of cake for my kid’s birthday. The next morning at breakfast, they surprised us with a beautifully decorated plate and a complimentary slice of cake. My child was overjoyed and said it was the best birthday ever! The cake was not only thoughtful but also absolutely delicious. We were also lucky to be upgraded to a room with the best view — waking up to the stunning lake and mountain scenery was magical. The bathroom was modern, clean, and very comfortable. To top it all off, the whole hotel is beautifully designed and incredibly Instagrammable. There's even a super cute cat that made our stay feel even more homely and warm. Halal food is conveniently located just about 100 meters away, which was a huge plus for us. We absolutely loved everything about Cloud House and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommended!

GGastnutzerAmazing!!!! One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in!!! Highly highly highly recommend. I never leave reviews, but I am leaving a review for this hotel because they were so great. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, right in front of the lake with a perfect view. The lobby and common areas are super nice and comfortable, and the room is spectacular. We originally booked the partial view room, but there was an issue with the locks on the room doors so they moved us to the deluxe room. We saw a bit of the partial view room before they moved us and it was excellent, it had a lovely spot to sit and drink tea with a view of the water, so I still highly recommend that room. The deluxe room was even more amazing, a full balcony with an unobstructed view of the water and a large bathtub. I really appreciated how responsive they were and how they were so willing to upgrade us. The rooms were perfectly clean and tidy, all the amenities you would want, with a tea set and tea leaves in the room to enjoy. The location might seem a bit out of the way on the map, but don't let that fool you. The location is excellent. It is perfectly convenient and close to touristy areas for dining and shopping, and only a 5 minute walk from a stand where you can rent bikes and electric scooters. Because the hotel isn't right in the center of the touristy area, it is so peaceful and quiet, soooo much better than being in the noisy and crowded area. You really get to enjoy a perfect peaceful vacation getaway, with access to everything close by. The service was truly amazing. I lost an earring in my room and let them know when I was checking out, in case the cleaners spotted it. When I came to pick up my luggage they had found it for me!!! I was so extremely happy. Also they gave us little care packages upon arrival and after check out. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

YYi Ching 貽凈Had the most pleasant stay at Yungu Guishu Inn! The hosts kindly upgraded our room and we couldn't be happier :”). The room was extremely spacious and it even had a balcony with a small lawn. The view from the balcony window was scenic and really beautiful. We could also see Cang Shan from the smaller windows facing the other side of the room, so that was really cool! The bed was comfortable and overall, my boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect:) The inn is located very conveniently right along the main road, so the taxi could drop and pick us up easily. The inn is also within 3-5mins walking distance to and from Erhai Gate, which is also really near the main shopping and eating districts, which was also really convenient! The hosts were also the nicest people who treated us with great hospitality. Before we even arrived, the hosts texted us via wechat to check in on us. Upon hearing that we didn't arrive with a concrete travel itinerary, the hosts also kindly recommended us places to go and wrote them down on post-its. Upon arrival, the hosts also kindly welcomed us with tea and refreshments, which we really appreciated! After coming back from a long day of travelling, the hosts also invited us to have even more tea with them, over which we accidentally chatted for hours until midnight 😂. My boyfriend and I are normally introverted and quiet people, so we're pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed our conversations with the hosts! If you're looking for authentic local experiences, I think this is the best place you can stay in. :”) Overall, we had a really really wonderful stay and we'll totally come back again. Thank you to the hosts for making our stay at Dali the best part of our trip! Everything was perfect. ❤️

GGastnutzerI give my highest praises to Home2 Suites by Hilton Dali Erhai. It is a truly fabulous hotel. After spending one day here and another day at a different location on the lake, I actually extended my stay in Dali just so I could return and enjoy this superb hotel again. From the moment you arrive, the experience is exceptional. A kind gentleman greeted me at the taxi and helped with my luggage immediately. The reception staff consistently went above and beyond, even offering complimentary room upgrades when available. The rooms are modern, high-tech, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The bed was excellent, the air conditioning worked perfectly, there were no odors at all, and everything felt very clean and well maintained. I usually struggle to find pillows that properly support my neck, but when I asked whether they had memory foam pillows, the staff brought me two amazing pillows (honestly better than my pillows at home). I had one of the best nights of sleep during my trip. Breakfast was plentiful and satisfying as well. I also used the washing machines during my stay, which were modern and very convenient. There is even a gym directly across the hallway, so you can work out while doing laundry. The location suited my purposes very well. Only a short didi away from the train station. Across the street is an affordable bicycle rental shop where I rented a high-end international bike in excellent condition. Just one minute away is the best barbecue restaurant I found in all of Dali: Shentan Xianhuo Barbecue. The food was incredible, and the meal only cost me 40 RMB. Aegean Shopping Park is also just around the corner, and the start of the ecological corridor is just a short bike ride away from the hotel. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Outstanding service, excellent facilities, great location, and genuine hospitality.

BBasyalbaAußerhalb der Altstadt gelegen, ist es sehr ruhig und nur zehn Gehminuten entfernt. Schon vor dem Betreten bot sich durch die Glastüren ein wunderschöner Blick auf den Innenhof. Ein Teich spiegelte die Schriftzüge „Dali“ an der Wand – einfach atemberaubend. Sie brauchen nicht ins Ideal Place zu fahren! Die Architektur hier erinnert an ein Mini-Santorini; die weißen Wände sind absolut traumhaft! Der Hotelbutler war sehr aufmerksam und brachte uns bei der Ankunft Obst zur Begrüßung. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war reichlich mit Getränken gefüllt – genug zum Essen und Trinken! Am Abend fragte uns der Butler nach unseren Frühstückswünschen für den nächsten Tag; es gab vier Menüs zur Auswahl! Das Frühstück wurde uns sogar am Morgen aufs Zimmer gebracht! Der Service war exzellent! Die bodentiefen Fenster lassen sich öffnen und führen in einen kleinen Innenhof – perfekt zum Sitzen, Entspannen und Musikhören! Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Schlicht, schön und komfortabel!

RRealxiaozhaoNeben den Drei Pagoden liegt ein alter Innenhof mit langer Geschichte. Wir hatten eine Maisonette-Suite mit großem Bett und kleiner Terrasse gebucht. Die Badewanne im Zimmer war blitzsauber; ein Bad am Abend bot einen herrlichen Blick ins Grüne des Innenhofs. Das Frühstück war wie selbstgemacht: Porridge mit frisch zubereiteten Beilagen und weichen, zähen Mehrkorn-Dampfbrötchen – einfach köstlich. Am Nachmittag brachte der Butler den Afternoon Tea: eine Kanne Kräutertee mit ein paar kleinen Snacks. Im sonnigen Innenhof zu sitzen, schien die Zeit stillzustehen. Abends gab es an der Bar Cocktails; sie auf der Terrasse in der sanften Brise zu genießen, war purer Genuss.

Die Landschaft ist großartig, ich liebe es hier. Während der Feiertage sind möglicherweise mehr Leute da, daher konnte ich zufällig einen langen Urlaub vermeiden. Obwohl das Zimmer keinen direkten Meerblick bietet, kann der öffentliche Bereich ungezwungen betrachtet werden. Sehr gut! Empfohlen! ! !

JJ.Lee169I booked a two-night stay here and had high expectations for my vacation. However, the first thing that happened was an extremely uncomfortable check-in. Two female staff members were incredibly unfriendly; the hotel had no elevator, and there was no luggage porter. One staff member even insisted we carry our large luggage ourselves because the hotel didn't have an elevator. The free hot pot meal was only for the broth; the side dishes had to be ordered separately. We booked four rooms, but when my friend couldn't eat the spicy broth and asked for a different broth, we were charged extra. The hallway lights are turned off after 10:30 PM, so if you're returning late, you'll have to use your phone's flashlight to find your way. The photography service was also unsatisfactory. We had four rooms, but only two were photographed. I requested that the photographer let me go first and the other person take photos later after changing clothes, but the photographer was unhappy and insisted on taking photos at the same time. The photographer, in particular, did not have a friendly or open attitude, nor the manner of a professional service provider. Breakfast was delicious and suited our taste, but the staff were somewhat negligent in their service. We ordered our main course first but were served later, or they forgot to include the side dishes. On check-out day, the hotel scored points with the extremely enthusiastic assistance from a young man in a blue jacket (29/4). The staff member in the blue jacket was very professional, coordinating everything and seemingly understanding that I wasn't entirely satisfied with the hotel. He coordinated everything, from carrying our luggage from the room to the lobby to taking it to the taxi, working with the photographer, and even offering us complimentary tea as an apology and thank you for our stay. Overall, aside from the issues that affected our mood on the first day, the hotel was quite comfortable and clean, worthy of a vacation (although a bit far from the city center). If the hotel can address these shortcomings, I think this will be a wonderful experience for us. Best regards.

MMaobumingZimmer 105 verfügt über einen eigenen kleinen Garten und einen Swimmingpool. Die Tür des Zimmers kann vollständig geöffnet werden. Die Begrünung des B&B ist sehr angenehm. Das B&B liegt hinter dem Cangshan-Berg. Vom Dach aus können Sie den Erhai-See und den Cangshan-Berg sehen. Sie können das Südtor der antiken Stadt Dali erreichen, indem Sie den Hang hinuntergehen und die Straße etwa 700 bis 800 Meter überqueren. Das Personal im B&B ist sehr enthusiastisch und gesprächig. Es gibt jeden Tag Reisnudelfrühstück, heiße Milch und einen Obstteller, sie können im Grunde alle Wünsche erfüllen. Auf jeden Fall bin ich mit allem sehr zufrieden und es gefällt mir. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Schalldämmung des Raumes so laut ist, dass ich das Gefühl habe, nicht schlafen zu können Beim Gehen in Ihrem eigenen Zimmer war das Geräusch des Wassers in der Dusche so laut, dass es sich anfühlte, als würde ich in meinem eigenen Zimmer duschen ... Nachdem ich diese Situation dem Mann an der Rezeption gemeldet hatte, nahmen sie es zur Kenntnis ernst genommen und es nicht oberflächlich behandelt. Ich freue mich darauf, Dali das nächste Mal zu besuchen und werde bei Gelegenheit wieder auf Sie zurückkommen!
