Hotel location near mall however there’s nothing surrounding the hotel. The mall itself not much to see. The room is very basic and standard, the TV only have local channels. The breakfast though many choices and they are tasty.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer und die Aussicht sind gut. Aber der Duschhahn fühlte sich nicht heiß an, ich bin im 7. Stock angekommen. Was das Essen angeht, muss der Geschmack noch einmal ausgeglichen werden, es ist schade, dass das Aussehen des Essens gut ist, aber der Geschmack fehlt noch. Ich habe gegrillten Hühnerreis mit Maranggih-Gewürzen bestellt, die Würze war sehr dünn, fast kein Geschmack, der einzige Geschmack war bitter verbrannt, der Reis war hart, die Beilage war kalt, am erfolglosesten war die Chilisauce. Bitte achten Sie darauf Geschmack des Küchenchefs. Das Frühstücksangebot ist abwechslungsreich und geschmacklich ausreichend, allerdings wäre es besser, wenn die Gewürze kräftiger wären.

My families booked 3 junior suite rooms for 2 nights. The room are spacious and the room prices were reasonably cheap for junior suite type. We think the only drawback is that the parking lot is the same with the mall next to the hotel, so when you arrived in the afternoon/ evening, it might be hard to find spot. On top of that, the parking signage is a bit unclear. If you’re staying at the hotel, make sure to enter through the left gate with the barrier, and go straight down to the basement.

Everything was great.. one thing to consider is about the gym facilities which quite old already.. but it is okay though..

Der gestrige Urlaub in Lampung war sehr angenehm, da wir nicht nur verschiedene Orte besuchen konnten, sondern auch im Novotel Hotel übernachtet haben. Der Ort ist nicht weit von der Stadt und den Touristenattraktionen entfernt, die wir besuchen wollten. Der Service ist freundlich, das Essen lecker und die Zimmer sauber. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir wieder hier übernachten.

Rooms are small but functional. The TV allows access to YouTube which is great given the minimum number of foreign TV channels. Nice views over the city from your room and the 17 th floor roof top restaurant. At breakfast the food is not regularly checked and refilled. The F&B service staff performance in this outlet is overall unsatisfactory. Bills are not issued for drinks on the terrace which doesn’t show well on the integrity of the management staff of this outlet.
