Όλα ήταν τέλεια!! Στο προσωπικό δίνω ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!! Δεν έχω ξανασυναντήσει τόσο ευγενικό προσωπικό, όλοι με το χαμόγελο σε εξυπηρετήσουν σε ότι ζητήσεις !! Μας κάνανε έκπληξη για την επέτειο του γάμου μας με τούρτα και κεράκι μας συγκίνησαν πολύ !! Τους ευχαριστώ όλους από καρδιάς !! Ευχαριστώ πολύ την κα Ελβίρα (ίσως κάνω λάθος το ονομα της) στις κρατησεις που με βοήθησε πολύ ώστε να κλείσω το δωμάτιο με διαβεβαίωσε ότι όλα είναι όπως τα λέει το trip.com και τελικά πήρα την απόφαση να το κλείσω !! Την κα Μαρία στη reception ευγενεστατη και χαμογελαστή πάντα!!! Την κα Ευαγγελία υπεύθυνη δημοσίων σχέσεων γλυκύτατη ευγενεστατη να μας ενημερώσει για το κάθε τι που μας ενδιαφέρει!! Την κα Γεωργία maitre της τραπεζαρίας ότι ζητούσες το είχες αμέσως !! Την κα Φανή φοβερή γλυκύτατη με τα τέλεια αβγά της και pancakes,, μου τα έφτιαχνε τα αβγά ακριβώς όπως τα ζητούσα!! Πολλά συγχαρητήρια σε όλο το προσωπικό μας έχουν σκλαβώσει !! Όσον αφορά το ξενοδοχείο μπορεί όντως να χρειάζεται κάποιες μικρές επιδιορθώσεις αλλά δεν μένω εκεί γιατί όλα τα άλλα ήταν τέλεια !! Τα δωμάτια καθαρά και τακτοποιημένα, οι εξωτερικοί χώροι όλοι τακτοποιημένοι, πισίνες μεγάλες και καθαρές, ωραία παραλία με ξαπλώστρες του ξενοδοχείου χωρίς επιβάρυνση!! Τιμες λογικές στα μπαρ !! Μπορώ να πω value for money!! Μακάρι να μπορούσαμε να μείνουμε περισσότερο!! Ελπίζω και εύχομαι να σας ξανά επισκεφτούμε!!!

Πολυ χαμηλου επιπεδου εξυπηρετηση, με ανθρωπους που δεν ειχαν διαθεση και γνωση να απαντησουν σε ερωτησεις (πχ δεν εχουν room service, η reception αρνειται οτι υπαρχει δυνατοτητα να δωσουν φαγητο σε πακετο για παιδια,  κλεινουν ολα τα εστιατορια νωρις, το αργοτερο στις 21:30). η πισινα και το beach/pool bar κλεινουν στις 18:00. Κάνουν λαθος στις διανομες των παραγγελιων καφεδων στην παραλια και σου φερνουν καφεδες που εχουν αφησει 40’ σε αλλο τραπεζι χωρις ντροπη. Η καθαριοτητα του χωρου ειναι μετρια.  Γενικα μια αρνητικη εμπειρια συναστροφης, παρα την ωραια τοποθεσια. Κριμα, δεν το συστηνω για χαλαρωση και διασκεδαση.

Das Badezimmer, die Badewanne und das Waschbecken sind alt, aber das Frühstück war sehr gut, daher gebe ich dem Hotel eine gute Bewertung. Die Lage ist gut, um den Platz und die Altstadt zu erkunden. Ich habe hier ein tolles Weihnachtsfest verbracht.

The receptionist Penny was super helpful. We had problems in our journey to Ammouliani and we almost didn't make it but we called to the hotel and Penny helped us and saved our trip. And even during our stay she remained kind and helpful by suggesting us places to have dinner. She was always smiling and speaking to other guests. I guess everybody loves her because she's super amazing. Our room was very nice and bed was super comfy. We were welcomed with an unexpected drink when we got to the hotel, which was very nice. The only cons I can think of was the shower, since it was an open shower it created a pool in our bathroom We went to check the private beach but didn't swim, but is seemed very nice for an sunset swim.

Die Einrichtungen sind relativ neu. Obwohl der Raum relativ klein ist, ist der Raum gut genutzt. Das Badezimmer wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Mir gefällt die Gesamtaufteilung und es ist sauber. Der Service ist gut, das Frühstück reichhaltig und das Vier-Sterne-Hotel günstig. Das einzig schlechte ist, dass die Abluftanlage und der Lichtschalter im Badezimmer integriert sind. Solange das Badezimmerlicht nicht ausgeschaltet ist , die Abgasanlage ertönt ständig und der Lärm ist sehr laut. Dieses Mal ist der Raum relativ klein und sollte für eine Ecke des gesamten Gebäudes geplant werden. Die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist nicht sehr gut, aber ich hatte keine Zeit Um es zu sehen, als ich auf Geschäftsreise war, war es akzeptabel. Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und in der Nähe des Aristoteles-Platzes, der etwa 2 Kilometer zu Fuß entfernt ist. Die Reise ist insgesamt bequem, aber es gibt Staus. Es gibt keine U-Bahn, nur Busse und die Sicherheit ist besser.

The hotel is in a good location near several sights in Thessaloniki city. The room was decently sized, and cleaning services satisfactory. We didn’t always get a new toilet roll, but luckily we never ran out. Walls are thin and we had some very noisy neighbours for some of the nights, which kept us up. The pool in the roof top is great and the bar serves everything you might need, we also used the gym which is limited but gets the job done, and the spa, which was wonderful.

There is no free parking, you should book one beforehand and then you have to find a way to temporarily park somewhere in the centre of the city just to go to the hotel to give you a parking card and guidelines about the parking seats (which are not at the hotel). The room was very small, with a view to a building under construction (although from the site you have the impression that you have a sea view), with a window which doesn't open. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet was quite satisfactory. In conclusion, I am not going to pay 144 euros (breakfast included) for that kind of services overall.

Das Hotel ist schön, mich nicht falsch zu machen, aber es braucht eine Renovierung, vor allem die Soundproofing in den Zimmern. Der Service ist zweit auf niemanden, der die Erfahrung erstaunlich macht! Sie werden sich wirklich wie sie Ihren Aufenthalt interessieren und sind da alles in ihrer Macht zu tun, damit Sie einen großen Aufenthalt haben. Die Nahrungsmitteloptionen in der Topos Bar waren ziemlich begrenzt, überpreist und der Wert für die Geldbilanz war im Allgemeinen ziemlich off. Wir haben nicht das Abendessen im Restaurant versucht, so kann man nichts darüber sagen. Alles in allem war es eine tolle Erfahrung und würde gerne nächstes Jahr wieder bleiben, da sie im Winter renovieren werden.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mediterranean Village Resort. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the beachfront location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. My room was comfortable and well-equipped, offering a beautiful sea view. The breakfast selection was varied and delicious. A great surprise was discovering that we could access the dinner buffet for only €15, an incredible value considering the high quality and variety of the food. Everything was delicious! Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely return for another stay!

Das Personal ist groß, sehr hilfsbereit. Lage ist ein bisschen entfernt, aber in einer ruhigen Gegend. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt als entspannt dort und billig ausgedehnt. Die privaten Zimmer sind groß, Kücheneinrichtungen und kleiner Balkon.
