Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal in einem schönen, hellen, sauberen Hotel mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Schlaf braucht. Ein leckeres frühes Frühstück mit regionalen Speisen wurde für mich zubereitet (ich hatte darum gebeten), bevor ich kostenlos zum nur 5 Minuten entfernten Flughafen gefahren wurde. Sehr empfehlenswert für einen frühen Abflug.

We stayed at Hotel Thrive in Kathmandu for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The biggest highlight of this hotel is its location — it’s tucked away from the busy, noisy streets, yet right in the heart of the lively Thamel area. It felt peaceful while still being close to everything. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was clean, and the price was very reasonable for what we received. We were so satisfied with our stay that we decided to come back again after our trip to Pokhara. Overall, there’s really nothing to complain about. A great choice if you want comfort, convenience, and a quiet stay in Thamel.

The staff allowed us to check in early after a long overnight train.  Thank you. The hotel is comfortable and perfectly located.  We could walk to the Potala and Jokhang Temple. Dozens of restaurants and cafes were also within walking distance. There was oxygen in the rooms and breakfast staff were very welcoming.  Would stay there again.

Me and my mum recently had the pleasure of staying at Royal Boutique Hotel. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. It is close to the airport which is quite convenient. The staff was professional,welcoming and attentive. The check in went smoothly. The room was lovely and spacious and clean. Food provided was fantastic. All the services were top notch. Taxi services are also available through hotel if you need to go places during your stay there. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a hassle free stay. Staff members always happy to go an extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable as possible.

Nice, clean rooms, big comfy bed and pillows. Shower was okay. Water did not get hot, lukewarm at best and refrigerator was not cold at all, I almost thought it was broken. Food was good if you stick to Nepali and Indian food options, but lassis were watered down. Drinks were also not cold. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, but I had two instances that really turned me off. They have a free buffet breakfast, but if you opt to skip it, they call you very early in the morning to ask if you're coming or not. This disturbed my sleep several times until I asked them to stop. Today was also my last day here and although check out is at 3pm, I received a call from reception at 10:30am asking when I'd be leaving. He informed me that a big group would be arriving and told me that the check out time was noon, when it was clearly stated otherwise online. He asked if I'd be staying another night instead as if I was bartering to not be pushed out of my room before check out time, when I was right. I've never had such an experience before and have traveled all over the world. Such a lack of professionalism and tact. That is not how you treat guests at a 4 star hotel. Not recommending this hotel to anyone!

The icing on the cake was the superb internet reception, which allowed us to stay connected seamlessly throughout our stay. Our stay was punctuated by delightful mornings indulging in an exquisite breakfast spread. The puri or chapati and curry quickly became our favorites, perfectly complemented by the aromatic masala tea and the flavorful masala omelette – a true culinary delight! The hotel's al fresco dining experience was an absolute treat. The ambiance was charming, and the food left an indelible mark on our taste buds. With each meal, we explored a plethora of different dishes, each more tantalizing than the last. It's safe to say that the culinary offerings exceeded our expectations in every way. A noteworthy mention is the hotel's convenient proximity to Boudha Stupa, a mere 10-minute walk away. This made our visits to the stupa incredibly convenient and allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in its serene atmosphere. What sets this hotel apart is not only its remarkable amenities and services but also the unique opportunity it offers. The daily free yoga and meditation sessions held within the monastery on the premises are truly transformative. We highly recommend inquiring about the schedule from the attentive hotel staff – it's an experience that added immeasurable value to our stay. In summary, our time at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I stayed at Hyatt Centric Kathmandu and was pleasantly surprised — the room was actually better than in the photos! Spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with stunning views of the mountains, the city, and even the Monkey Temple. Definitely a highlight of the stay. The rooftop pool was decent, not too crowded and with a nice ambiance. I also ordered room service once — the food was just okay, and the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, especially for a Hyatt. The selection was quite limited for this brand's usual standard. One downside was my arrival experience. I came down from a taxi and noticed there were no bellboys or concierge staff outside to help with my luggage — maybe due to a staff shortage? Only once I approached the lobby did a staff member assist me and take my bags to the room. Thankfully, check-in itself was smooth and fast, and I appreciated being allowed to enter my room before the standard 2 PM check-in time. The welcome drink was also a nice touch. All in all, the room and view were excellent — probably the best part of this Hyatt. Just a bit more attention to guest arrival and food variety would make the experience even better.

Ich blieb insgesamt fünf Nächte. Ich war von der Reise zu müde, um das Hotel zu wechseln, aber das Hotel war voller Enttäuschungen. Ich kaufte in der Lobby einen Kuchen, der drei- bis fünfmal teurer war als die frischen Kuchen draußen. Ich wusste nicht, wie lange er schon da war, als ich ihn aß. Ich schätze, es war mindestens eine Woche. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Restaurant scheiterte ich. Nach einer erneuten Kontaktaufnahme durch Ctrip entschuldigte man sich und zahlte den Schaden. Das Personal hielt mich wegen eines Fehlers an der Tür zum Frühstück auf. Nach nochmaliger Überprüfung kam nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung. Nach dem Auschecken aß ich im Restaurant und bestellte die Pasta, die ich zuvor bestellt hatte, aber sie roch nach Spülwasser oder Lappen. Das einzig Positive ist der Service des Personals. Kathmandu und das Hotel insgesamt sind nicht zufriedenstellend.

Angenehm Aufenthalt mit großer Lage, aber das Badezimmer braucht Verbesserung Wir haben hier ein paar Nächte geblieben und hatten eine angenehme Erfahrung. Das Hotel ist in einer sehr guten Lage, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Thamel-Bereich, so dass es einfach zu erkunden ohne Taxis. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Frühstücksbuffet hatte komplette Auswahl, mit einigen Gerichten rotieren täglich. Wir haben jedoch ein Problem mit dem Badezimmerboden. Die Fliesen im Badezimmer waren die gleichen wie im Schlafzimmerbereich, und als Folge wurde der Boden extrem schlimmer, wenn nass. Meine Frau schlief einmal sogar während der Dusche. Das Hotel wäre viel sicherer, wenn es eine angemessene Badezimmerbodeninstallation. Der Toilettenspray wurde auch auf der linken Seite schrecklich gestellt, und der Toilettensitz fühlte sich los, was den Komfort beeinflusste. Unser ursprüngliches Königszimmer war nicht bereit bei der 2. Uhr Check-in-Zeit, aber das Personal bot uns die Möglichkeit, sofort mit einem Zwillingszimmer zu Check-in, das wir akzeptiert haben. Als meine Frau um Hilfe gebeten hatte, den Klimaanlagen in Heizungsmodus umzuwandeln, schickten sie sofort jemanden und lieferten sogar einen zusätzlichen tragbaren Heizgerät, das wir wirklich geschätzt haben. Wir hatten einen späten Ausflug bis 2 Uhr und weil unser Flug spät in der Nacht war, verlängerten wir den Aufenthalt bis 6:30 Uhr für einen zusätzlichen USD 30+. Das war für uns günstig. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmes Aufenthalt mit großem Personal und Lage. Der einzige wichtige Bereich, der Aufmerksamkeit braucht, ist das Bad-Design und die Sicherheit, die für bessere Komfort verbessert werden sollten.

Ein großes Hotel. 5 von 5. freundliches und freundliches Personal. Alles im Zimmer ist neu, sauber. 10 Minuten zum Flughafen. Die Frühstücksbuffets waren nicht sehr unterschiedlich, aber Sie können wählen. Es gibt Cafés, Geschäfte kleine und Apotheken neben der Tür. Рекомендую!
