I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The restaurant was excellent, and every meal was delicious and well prepared. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax. Most of all, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always making me feel welcome. Thanks to their hospitality, my stay was truly enjoyable, and I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

I recently booked Sara Sadan Hotel in Kathmandu for my parents, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hospitality and clear guidance provided by the staff were excellent. My parents were very comfortable during their stay and were truly happy with the service. The staff were extremely friendly, respectful, and always helpful. We had a lovely short stay in Aarya. Starting off with convenience: by being transported by the vehicle arranged by the hotel from the Intl Airport at no extra cost. This was a lovely touch by the hotel as sometimes travellers may want to avoid the hassle of negotiating with taxi drivers and firms. Then being greeted by the wonderful staff at the reception with khada & a glass of refreshing drink. The check in was smooth and seamless. The hotel itself was remarkably decorated to a classic Nepali ‘Newari’ culture which was very impressive. Located in the heart of Thamel, but slightly away from the drawing music & hustle and bustle of the streets to provide a peaceful and quiet atmosphere that we certainly needed after a long flight. Our room was spacious and kitted out with all the amenities and not forgetting, wonderfully decorated again. The facilities provided in the Hotel, from the Gym to the swimming pool was again impressive considering we were in the heart of Thamel. I particularly enjoyed the view of Sundhara Dharahara and SkyWalk tower whilst running on Treadmill and going for a swim and also the view of Swayambhu whilst doing weights in the Gym. The Sora restaurant at the top floor provided us a majestic view of the city whilst dining both during dinner and breakfast. The glass floor at the dining area was also something unique at the hotel which we have not seen in Nepal. Food was of the highest quality, and we were thoroughly satisfied with dinner and particularly the wide range of options available on the breakfast buffet, from nepali classics such as Sel Roti and Puri to modern cuisine such as Masala Omelette and Sausage & Bacon. Truly a stay to remember and we have already recommended it to our friends and family and will definitely come back to stay here again!! Das Hotel bietet Ihnen einen kostenlosen pick-up-Service, so dass ich mich nicht um Mitternacht vom Flughafen zum Hotel besorgen kann. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch, ihre Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit, einer der Mitarbeiter kam sogar und fragte, ob ich einen Bacon benötigen und er kocht vor Ort für mich. Ich habe ein Deluxe Einzelzimmer reserviert, aber ich bekomme ein Doppelzimmer, das viel geräumiger ist. Schöne Atmosphäre, große Lage in der Stadt, die Straße ist ruhig, auch wenn in der Nähe der besetzten Thamel Straße. Der Hotelmanager, Mega, ist super freundlich und willkommen. Sehr empfohlen!

Very clean comfy room, and well located within the Thamel area. As for the service, 5 for the hostel staff Rupak, who was extremely helpful and responsible (with all measures making sure I was the owner of my luggage before returning it to me when I lost the luggage tag); that said, I’m not fond of the person-in-charge at the travel agency under the same company, who turned rude upon knowing I’m not gonna use his service on the last day.

Clean and new, comfortable bed, great hot shower. However the electricity was unstable throughout the night, which the TV auto restarted every single time when the electricity resumed, it was annoying. Would be better if they could resolve this issues

Amenities are not sufficient, there should be freeze in room.when some one order something service staff should tell the costomer if things goes too late, I have wait one hour in restaurant for pizza. No apologies nothing that’s worst thing

Ein absolut fantastisches Hotel, nur 15 Gehminuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Alles war blitzsauber und komfortabel, und ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Fitnessraum ist bestens ausgestattet und bietet einen tollen Blick über die Stadt. Das Frühstück war ein weiteres Highlight und bot eine große Auswahl an köstlichen nepalesischen, indischen und westlichen Speisen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren überaus hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie halfen mir, Taxis zu einem günstigeren Preis als den überteuerten Touristentarifen zu rufen und bewahrten mein Gepäck über Nacht auf, während ich an einem Yoga-Retreat teilnahm. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
