Die Einheit ist sehr sauber. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist nett. Parkplatz ist nahe dem Eingang. Check-in war reibungslos.

Location was fantastic as there is a beach right behind the building which is connected to the swimming pool. The unit was clean and looks as advertised(with refrigerator and washing machine), however - there were issues with the air conditioning. Whilst the management sent technician pretty quickly when we initially reported the issue, they were unable to resolve the issue completely (the aircon was not generating cold air consistently and majority of the time hot air was generated instead), which we didn’t realise the issue was not fully resolved given that we spent most of the management’s working hours outside of the unit and it was only until late at night we noticed the whole unit was fairly hot (as there was only one fan in the room with the single bed; as the other two queen beds relied filly on aircon only). We reported the issue again via WhatsApp and management offered air cooler - however we only booked for one night and was already checking out when this occurred

The past few days in Kuantan, we stayed at Kuantan Imperium Seaview by AVANZEE and honestly, we loved the experience. Check-in was smooth, fast and hassle-free. The security guards and staff stationed near the mail room were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, making the entire process feel easy and comfortable right from the beginning. Our unit was located on the 7th floor. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic feel. It felt like a cozy studio apartment equipped with a simple kitchenette complete with microwave oven, water filter, kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Hairdryer and iron were also thoughtfully prepared inside the built-in wall cupboard, giving the room a sleek and minimalist appearance. The TV came with Netflix and YouTube, though we barely had time to use them because Kuantan itself has so much to explore. Internet speed was decent too, which is important especially for travellers, foreigners or content creators who need reliable connectivity. The bathroom was modern, clean and well-maintained. Shampoo and bath gel were provided as well. One thing we really appreciated was the sleeping arrangement. Besides the main bed, there were also two very comfortable sofa beds. A family of four can easily stay here comfortably, or even more if travelling with young children. Extra pillows and blankets were also prepared in the cupboard. Location wise, it’s almost perfect. The property is peacefully located slightly away from the busy city centre, yet still close enough for convenience — just across a short bridge. This balance makes it feel like a relaxing seaside escape without being too isolated. The seaside is located directly beside the property and is only a short walk from the carpark. Every morning, we could see locals collecting clams along the shore. Their buckets were filled with white clams and edible sea snails, which was honestly quite fascinating to watch. The facilities here are excellent too. There’s a beautiful swimming pool, wet and dry playgrounds for children, barbecue area and plenty of family-friendly amenities, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway or staycation. But perhaps the highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the room. Being on the East Coast of Malaysia, we were treated to stunning sunrises every morning as the sunlight reflected beautifully across the crystal-clear sea water. Sunset views can also be enjoyed from the opposite side in the evening. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again — hopefully next time together with the kids and our parents.

Quick check in process, got a big room with settee, a short walking distance to Berjaya Megamall for a reception.

Stayed for 3D2N. Room faced the main road, so it was quite noisy at times. Great location near Tower 188, with many coffee shops and a night market within walking distance. Laundry shop is right next door. Breakfast was tasty but limited in variety. Room was clean and overall stay was decent, mainly because of the location. 👍

Ich habe vor kurzem hier für eine Geschäftsreise mit vier Kollegen geblieben. Wir haben fünf separate Zimmer gebucht, die diese Lage auf der Grundlage ihres wettbewerbsfähigen Preis und bequem Standort wählen. Während das physische Eigentum selbst beeindruckend ist, bleibt der Managementprozess viel zu wünschen. Das Gute: Komfort & Raum Zimmer: Die Zimmer sind wirklich sauber, sauber und sehr geräumig. Für den Preispunkt ist der Wert des tatsächlichen Wohnraums ausgezeichnet. Parkplatz: Die Suche nach Parkplatz war einfach und sicher, was für unsere Gruppe ein großer Plus war, da wir unsere eigenen Fahrzeuge hatten. Lage: Perfekt gelegen, um sich effizient um Kuantan zu bewegen. Das Bad: Wartung und Vermissung von Basis Das Eigentum fühlt sich in Bezug auf die Erhaltung etwas vernachlässigt. In meinem speziellen Zimmer: Der Duschekopfhalter war los, was es schwer zu benutzen machte. Es gab keine Fußbodenmatten, die eine Grundbedürfnis, um das Wasser über das Zimmer nach einer Dusche zu vermeiden. The Ugly: Management & Kundenservice Dies ist der Ort, an dem die Erfahrungen kurz gefallen sind. Die administrative Seite dieses Aufenthalts war unorganisiert und stressig: Automatisierte Kommunikation: Ihr Chatsystem wird von einer AI betrieben, die ”kanned” Antworten bietet. Es hat keine spezifischen Fragen beantwortet, so dass die Kommunikation ein totes Ende fühlt. Check-in-Verzögerungen: Wir hatten die Check-in-Passwort nicht rechtzeitig gesendet. Wir mussten eine separate Person-in-Verzugs-Verfolgung nur abschalten, um zu spät am Tag Zugang zu unseren Zimmern zu erhalten. Preisunkonsistenzen: Die Dokumentation hat eine RM50 Einzahlung pro Zimmer angegeben, aber wir wurden geladen RM60. Obwohl der Betrag gering ist, fühlt sich die Unkonsistenz unprofessionell und schafft ein Mangel an Vertrauen. Endgültiger Urteil: Wenn Sie Raum und Preis vor allem werten, ist dies eine solide Wahl. Aber bereit zu kämpfen für Ihre Eincheck-Details und umgehen mit einem nicht verantwortlichen Serviceteam. Ich hoffe, dass das Management ihren Kommunikationsfluss korrigiert und ihre Einrichtungen bald aktualisiert.

The beach chalet was nice and better than i thought. My room was clean, spacious and had everything i need. The room and bathroom were clean. Housekeeping and maintenance was fast when i needed them. Breakfast was great too. Every staff asked if i need any help when they passed by me and they were friendly. The resort has a really great ambiance. It is perfect for holiday to relax. There are pools, volleyball sand courts, pickleball, cafe and just few walks away theres the beach! I really LOVE the vibe. As someone who had a one week stay there. I would come back and recommend others. As for the bad sides, the room tbh is a bit old especially the aircond but it was functional so thats good. The tv is not smart tv but it has enough channels. The pillow might be too thick for some but the king-sized bed is huge. The room is not sound proof oops, i can hear my next door alarm clock and hairdryer sound but i m not too particular for that as at least i know theres PEOPLE next door lol. But because its not sound proof, if your chalet is near the parking, you ll the hear the sound of cars, and if you are near the beach you ll hear the people karaoke at night from the nearby cafe. In the morning, you ll hear the bird sounds. ALSO, there are biawak around 🦎, one time it was at my friends bathroom so always check! Tips: the BEACH CHALET KING room is located more strategically especially for solo traveller like me. I feel safer and less scary sleeping alone as my chalet is near the parking and not far from swimming pool. The garden chalet seems a bit far from people so if you are alone, maybe dont consider that.

Die Pools und die meisten Einrichtungen waren geschlossen, als wir (spät) ankamen und früh aufstanden. Der Zugang zum Strand ist sehr bequem und morgens geöffnet. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, da wir aufgrund der Verfügbarkeit ein Upgrade auf ein Deluxe-Zimmer bekamen. Die Gebäudestruktur ist ziemlich alt und muss besser gewartet werden. Die Handtücher müssen ausgetauscht werden. Es galt jedoch immer noch als gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht gut Englisch.

Mein kürzlich gehabter Aufenthalt in Timur Bay in Kuantan war wirklich eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Die Einheit fühlte sich sehr gemütlich und gut zusammengestellt, mit allem, was ich bequem für meinen Aufenthalt benötigt hatte. Es war sauber, komfortabel und perfekt geeignet für meine fünfjährige Familie. Alle Werkzeuge und Ausrüstungen, die in der Einheit bereitgestellt wurden, waren funktional, sauber und effizient, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Die allgemeine Umgebung war nett und einladend, und ich fühlte mich in unserer Zeit dort ein echtes Gefühl der Erleichterung. Es war klar, dass die Details berücksichtigt wurden, und es zeigte. Die Einrichtungen um die Wohnung waren auch großartig. Es ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand, wo ich die friedliche Freude hatte, den Morgen Sonnenaufgang zu genießen während der Lesung des Koran und die Sippe auf heißen Schokoladea perfekt zum Tag beginnen. Der Pool war sauber und gut gepflegt, und das Meer in der Nähe ist schön für Schwimmen und Jogging. Die Sicherheit war streng und beruhigend, mit Zugang zu den meisten Gebieten, die eine Wohnkarte benötigen. Das führte zu einem Gefühl der Sicherheit, insbesondere bei Kindern um. Für tägliche Bedürfnisse sind TMG Express und verschiedene lokale Geschäfte, Restaurants und Warnungen angemessen direkt außerhalb des Haupttores gelegen. Die Einheit selbst ist ideal in der Lage, sowohl Sonnenaufgang als auch Sonnenuntergang zu genießen, was sie noch besonderer macht. Obwohl der Fahrt nach Kuantan Stadt und Einkaufszentren ungefähr 20–30 Minuten dauert, je nach Verkehrsaufkommen, Urlaub oder Freizeit, ist Timor Bay eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Für Geschäftsreisen möchten Sie vielleicht den Kommut berücksichtigen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer und erfüllter Aufenthalt. Ich würde Timur Bay definitiv für Familien oder jemanden empfehlen, um eine entspannende und komplette Ferienerfahrung in Kuantan.

Toller Service und freundliches Personal. Wie viele andere Bewertungen unten erwähnen, sind sie jedoch sehr streng, was die Anzahl der Zimmerbelegungen angeht. Meine Schwägerin hat das auch gesagt. Daher könnte die nächste Vorstandssitzung des Resorts wahrscheinlich über die Aufhebung dieser Regeln nachdenken. Das Resort muss bedenken, dass der Tourismus in Malaysia in der Regel familienorientiert ist und daher familienfreundlichen Orten/Hotels/Resorts den Vorzug geben sollte. Die Gäste des Resorts sollten nicht verletzt werden. Nicht jeder hat das Privileg, ein Luxuszimmer für seine Familie zu buchen. Ich hoffe, das wird berücksichtigt. Andere Resorts/Hotels haben solche Regeln nur sehr selten. Aber insgesamt ist es in Ordnung, die Regeln aufzuheben. Ich würde dieses Hotel Verwandten und Freunden wärmstens empfehlen.
