I enjoyed my stay here. I appreciate the stylish lobby decor, and the receptionist staff was very polite and friendly. The kids club is wonderful, we played PlayStation and did some coloring. There's a gym nearby, and the toilet at the kids club is spotless. The hotel is extremely kids friendly, and my children loved everything about it. My room was clean, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job with the cleaning. The breakfast is delicious. ❤

Leider waren für 4 Personen nur 3 Schlafplätze vorhanden. Muffiger Geruch und viele grosse Käfer in der Wohnung. Einer krabbelte in der Nacht über Mama. Tolle Pools, direkter Zugang zum Strand.

I love the view and the location is amazing. But I think cleanliness need to be improved. For the unit I have been staying- Found many small roaches running around the kitchen and living hall free style. Horror ! The futon bed is not comfortable & the bedsheet has stains on it! The owner should do something on pest control and do a better job in cleaning up the room. I should have taken a video of the roaches

The hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The staff were polite, and the check-in process was smooth. The facilities were basic, nothing too special but everything worked fine. It was a decent stay and suitable if you’re looking for a simple place to rest.

Das Toilette und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Eisen auf jedem Stock und Parkplatz. in der Nähe von Pantai cempedak nur weniger als 10 Minuten Fahrt. Bonuspunkt hat TMG Supermarkt vor dem Haus sehr bequem zu machen schnell Einkaufen. Ich habe nicht das Haus Bild gemacht, aber wirklich schön und gemütlich, habe Binderaum auf Ebene 1 mit kleinen Tischtennis und Korridor außerhalb zu kühlen

I had a really great stay at Imperium Kuantan. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Sea view from the balcony was amazing. The facilities and swimming pool were perfect for relaxing. The room also came with Netflix, which was a nice bonus for chilling at night. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the owner was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Everything went well throughout the stay. Overall, a very satisfying experience and I would definitely come again!

Stayed on 5-6/7/26.  Location strategic, 25 mnts to cherating, 20 mnts to kuantan city. I stayed in garden view room..car parking in front of the room.  Room spacious, clean, have balcony..have chair n table in the balcony..Boleh lepak..the view is so Green, very calm dgn bunyi burung..rasa mcm stay kat kampung2..  Walking distance to beach.. clean beach..boleh joging keliling resort smpi ke beach.. Area resort ade byk kedai mkn, kedai runcit, 3 mts to natural batik village.. location strategic utk pergi tmpt2 yg best ke viral..Nk beli Keropok lekor pun byk je kt tepi2 jln tu.. Price is so affordable..friendly staff.. very helpful.  Breakfast sgt sedap..many choice..mkn dpn swmmg pool.  Definitely will repeat soon!

Great stay at E-Red Hotel Kuantan. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location is convenient and the staff were helpful. Good value for money and suitable for both business and leisure stays.

Die Pools und die meisten Einrichtungen waren geschlossen, als wir (spät) ankamen und früh aufstanden. Der Zugang zum Strand ist sehr bequem und morgens geöffnet. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, da wir aufgrund der Verfügbarkeit ein Upgrade auf ein Deluxe-Zimmer bekamen. Die Gebäudestruktur ist ziemlich alt und muss besser gewartet werden. Die Handtücher müssen ausgetauscht werden. Es galt jedoch immer noch als gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und spricht gut Englisch.

Meine allererste Reise nach Cherating und ich habe mich trotz gemischter Bewertungen erfahrener Gäste dazu entschlossen, diesem Ort eine Chance zu geben. Hier ist meine Meinung: Wir sind 6 Personen und wohnen in der Wald-Doppelhaushälfte mit privatem Pool. Das Resort ist tatsächlich schon alt und muss gründlich instand gesetzt werden. Im Dschungel gibt es viele Insekten, daher ist ein Insektenschutzmittel ein Muss. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels entspricht nicht meinen Erwartungen – für den Preis, den wir für diese 3-Tage-Reise bezahlt haben. Der private Pool ist schön, aber das Poolwasser müsste gründlich gereinigt werden. Die Einstellung des Personals ist großartig. Das Hotelfrühstück ist auch etwas überdurchschnittlich, wenn man die Lage in Cherating bedenkt, wo die Essensmöglichkeiten außer Haus eher begrenzt sind.
