Had a wonderful 3D2N stay here as a couple. Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time at the resort. There were plenty of complimentary activities available, which made the stay even more enjoyable and gave us lots to do without any additional cost. The resort was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is the location, as it is quite far from Kuantan town. However, if you’re looking for a quiet escape away from the city, this is actually a great choice. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Wir sind wirklich glücklich und genossen mit unserem Aufenthalt im schweizerischen Garten! Das Zimmer und die Toilette sind sauber, leicht zu erreichen zum Strand, Schwimmbad waren erstaunlich und Kinder freundlich. Der Aufenthalt ist nur schön für unsere kleine Familie, aber auch eine zusätzliche Matratzen. Wenn Sie hungrig sind, können Sie ein inneres Essen haben, wie im Hotel, mit dem ich beeindruckt bin. Das weise Frühstück kann vielleicht etwas in Bezug auf die Auswahl der Lebensmittel verbessern. Andernfalls war meine Erfahrung großartig ⭐️und ich werde sicherlich in Zukunft wiederkommen!

located in tower B level 6. so you can get a very nice view of sea & pool. owner also very friendly and easy to communicate. got washing machine & netflix account.

Ich habe ein Dreibettzimmer für mich gebucht & 2 Mädchen. Es ist ein geräumiges Zimmer w 3 Einzelbetten. Es kann sogar ein weiteres zusätzliches Bett n noch hv ausreichend Platz um umzuziehen. Ich habe nicht versucht das Essen so kann ich abt das Hotel Essen kommentieren. Der Platz ist großartig, Sie können um zu shop n essen gehen. Parkplatz ist auch in einem gepflegten Bereich. Sie müssen nur ur Parkplatz jederzeit validieren, wenn Sie aussteigen, um kostenfreie Parkplätze zu erhalten. Hv hier zweimal geblieben.

I had a wonderful stay at this villa and was truly impressed with the overall experience. The villa was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The rooms were beautifully designed, with all the necessary amenities provided. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway with family or friends. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into ensuring guests have a pleasant stay. The staff and host were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our visit. Everything was exactly as described, and in many ways exceeded our expectations. I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable vacation. I would definitely love to come back again in the future.

Had a good night sleep. Room was spacious! And so thankful for the TV Channel 14! We got to watch the World Cup live match at 3 a.m! Wifi was also good! Hot shower available. Ironing facilities provided. Walking distance to a Shell Out restaurant!

Had a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall environment was nice and relaxing. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were smooth as well. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Toller Service und freundliches Personal. Wie viele andere Bewertungen unten erwähnen, sind sie jedoch sehr streng, was die Anzahl der Zimmerbelegungen angeht. Meine Schwägerin hat das auch gesagt. Daher könnte die nächste Vorstandssitzung des Resorts wahrscheinlich über die Aufhebung dieser Regeln nachdenken. Das Resort muss bedenken, dass der Tourismus in Malaysia in der Regel familienorientiert ist und daher familienfreundlichen Orten/Hotels/Resorts den Vorzug geben sollte. Die Gäste des Resorts sollten nicht verletzt werden. Nicht jeder hat das Privileg, ein Luxuszimmer für seine Familie zu buchen. Ich hoffe, das wird berücksichtigt. Andere Resorts/Hotels haben solche Regeln nur sehr selten. Aber insgesamt ist es in Ordnung, die Regeln aufzuheben. Ich würde dieses Hotel Verwandten und Freunden wärmstens empfehlen.

I think because it's an old hotel, it had that classic vibe, which I'm okay with. But the parking is in the basement without any elevator access, and you had to pay extra to park in front of the hotel. The first problem is the room air conditioning weren't properly working and we felt hot even after a few hours waiting for the room to be cooler. We ended up reaching out to the hotel and thank god all the staff were every helpful. They helped us change our room and there's a coakroach in the room that came out when we were packing to leave. Overall, would definitely stay here again for the budget but recommending yall to find a more comfortable stay if you're on a holiday

Very Satisfied and Overall is a good and worth stay. Staff is friendly. Bfast is delicious especially mee goreng basah was so good. However, my suggestion is to add-on more menu for bfast. Will come back again.
