Forgot to snap the house condition. Overall it is recommended. Worth its price. We will book from the same properties management for Kuantan. The location is really strategic.

Positive: the house is very strategically located - near the beach and good pool services. good amenities and easy access for food and many convenience shops nearby. House size is good for 4 people. More people, might be tight. Everything else is okay. The house is clean and comfortable. Negative: the house has ants and the heater in one of the bathrooms does not work.

This was my first time vacationing here, and overall I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff were very polite, warm, and sincere, providing attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay. The unique beachfront scenery is even more stunning than in the photos. The food was above average, and we ended up having all our meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—at the hotel during our stay. We also tried the massage therapy, and I have to say the environment was absolutely amazing—listening to the sound of the waves while enjoying professional massage techniques was a five-star experience. We also went on a Jungle Trial. There are a few spots where clearer directional signage could be added. As a small suggestion for the hotel, you might consider setting up a small shop selling souvenirs,postcards and snacks. Guests can truly relax and spend a leisurely time within the hotel without needing to go anywhere. I would definitely come back again.

Staff were really friendly and service was really good. Staff gave good recommendations for things to do round the area. Food was exceptional too. My Husband and I spent time there for a vacation. We were upgraded for free so we didnt stay at the sara villa. However, the hotel functions best when there are more guests staying over. First night there my husband and I got a little spooked out because we went back at night and driving in was too dark, considering that the villa is in the middle of the forest. Found out the next day it was because there werent much guests so best tip is to go during public holidays where some people go there. This is also because breakfast is ala carte on low tide seasons and buffet when there are more guests. My only slight qualm is that the location is slightly further away from shops or necessities and you need to take Grab to go round. Perhaps the Mangala can consider having a small shop just for snacks or necessities. The rooms are lovely to just enjoy the scenery and bird watching is a must try! You’ll occasionally have birds fly near your villa. We stayed for 5 days. Would recommend this place to people who are more of hotel stayers and people who want good service.

Ich habe ein Dreibettzimmer für mich gebucht & 2 Mädchen. Es ist ein geräumiges Zimmer w 3 Einzelbetten. Es kann sogar ein weiteres zusätzliches Bett n noch hv ausreichend Platz um umzuziehen. Ich habe nicht versucht das Essen so kann ich abt das Hotel Essen kommentieren. Der Platz ist großartig, Sie können um zu shop n essen gehen. Parkplatz ist auch in einem gepflegten Bereich. Sie müssen nur ur Parkplatz jederzeit validieren, wenn Sie aussteigen, um kostenfreie Parkplätze zu erhalten. Hv hier zweimal geblieben.

Es gibt eine Sitzung in der Nähe, so buchen Sie dieses Hotel. 1 Nacht ist ein Pon. Recht am Fluss, so dass Sie in der Nacht 10 km am Fluss laufen können, während Sie auf Waschbecken warten. Selbstbedienung Waschbecken direkt unter dem Hotel.

Had a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall environment was nice and relaxing. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were smooth as well. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Toller Service und freundliches Personal. Wie viele andere Bewertungen unten erwähnen, sind sie jedoch sehr streng, was die Anzahl der Zimmerbelegungen angeht. Meine Schwägerin hat das auch gesagt. Daher könnte die nächste Vorstandssitzung des Resorts wahrscheinlich über die Aufhebung dieser Regeln nachdenken. Das Resort muss bedenken, dass der Tourismus in Malaysia in der Regel familienorientiert ist und daher familienfreundlichen Orten/Hotels/Resorts den Vorzug geben sollte. Die Gäste des Resorts sollten nicht verletzt werden. Nicht jeder hat das Privileg, ein Luxuszimmer für seine Familie zu buchen. Ich hoffe, das wird berücksichtigt. Andere Resorts/Hotels haben solche Regeln nur sehr selten. Aber insgesamt ist es in Ordnung, die Regeln aufzuheben. Ich würde dieses Hotel Verwandten und Freunden wärmstens empfehlen.

Disappointing Experience at Residence Inn Overall, my stay at Residence Inn was not as comfortable as I expected. Staff service: The staff were not very friendly or helpful. During check-in, they did not explain the best way to access the room. Instead, I was directed to walk a much longer route, even though there appeared to be a more convenient way through the swimming pool area or by parking closer to the room. Hotel atmosphere: The hotel felt quite warm, and some of the walkways and staircases were very poorly lit. This made the surroundings feel uncomfortable and somewhat scary, especially at night. Room facilities: The room itself was okay, but some basic items were missing, such as a laundry bag and a proper towel for the bathroom area. Check-out: During check-out, the staff kept me waiting for around 5 minutes without any clear reason. I felt that this could have been handled much more efficiently. Facilities: Several lamps around the hotel were not functioning, which made the overall environment feel dark and unwelcoming. I hope the management can improve the lighting, facilities, room amenities, and especially the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. These improvements would make the overall guest experience much better.

I think because it's an old hotel, it had that classic vibe, which I'm okay with. But the parking is in the basement without any elevator access, and you had to pay extra to park in front of the hotel. The first problem is the room air conditioning weren't properly working and we felt hot even after a few hours waiting for the room to be cooler. We ended up reaching out to the hotel and thank god all the staff were every helpful. They helped us change our room and there's a coakroach in the room that came out when we were packing to leave. Overall, would definitely stay here again for the budget but recommending yall to find a more comfortable stay if you're on a holiday
