there is no service except the front desk service for checking in. there is no telephone that I can report the desk lamp is not working or you have to go down to the front desk to tell them. the window view is facing just next to the hotel. overall, it's only good for one night

Dieser Ort ist erstaunlich! Ich habe das für Lap of Lights und als Weihnachtsgeschenk für meinen Mann (F1 Liebhaber) reserviert und alles dort ist großartig! Liebe es so sehr und werde nächstes Mal einen weiteren Besuch planen.

The staff was rather basic with directions to find my room it is a very big place and not very well signposted. The room had everything needed and was clean. The pool, jacuzzi , sauna & steam room are all included in your stay, just a bit of a walk to another building.

Ich war sehr glücklich in der ersten Nacht meines Aufenthalts, da die AC sehr nett war, als wir ins Zimmer gingen. Ich sah, dass es ein Tub und kostenloses WLAN war enthalten. Als ich jedoch in den zweiten und dritten Nächten zurückkam, schien die AC nicht aus kalten Luft zu blasen. Ich musste das Fenster für beide Nächte offen lassen, um etwas kalte Luft ins Zimmer zu bekommen. Die Einzelbetten waren auch überraschend unbehaglich für ein Hotel. Ich habe kurze Aufenthalte in anderen Hotels wie Reisewohnung und Premier Inn, wo die Betten sehr komfortabel und oft billiger waren £/Nacht. Das Personal war wunderschön, keine Probleme da. Wenn ich länger wohne, hätte ich das Personal erwähnt.

An excellent Holiday Inn 4* hotel in Aylesbury which has friendly front desk service (24 hours). Excellent breakfast facilities (buffet). Sports facilities swimming, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. There is also gym area. To get access to the pool area you require a code. There are locks in the changing room which I didn't like (combination) as my locker did unlock. Once you check-in you will be given a leaflet that explains about the hotel facilities and times. Thses pictures are from the men's changing room.

Great for a relaxing night away. Lovely modern hotel, great rooms and service. Spa is a little basic but it was fine for what we needed for our one night away! Very close to Marlow town centre which is great to explore!

On arrival greeting was welcoming and informative Told everything I needed to know has it was only a bed for the night ,till I asked for food places and was told yes 10mins away and that was it so good old googles map to the rescue Quite Clean just dated a little carpet could do with replacing

Very lovely welcome and flexible allowing slightly earlier book in to enable us to get ready for a wedding. Room clean and breakfast was great.

The service was lovely My husband wanted to give me a surprise and hotel arranged it for him and received my flowers and put it in the room in advance Facilities was great. The gym got abit of everything and pool and sauna to use as well Would recommend for couple and family stay

Das Zimmer war gut, etwas kleiner als erwartet, aber wir hatten alles, was wir brauchen. Check-in sehr langsam, Hotel war beschäftigt mit einer Hochzeit, aber nur 1 Person auf der Front Desk so dauerte 25 Minuten, um sich anmelden
