Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back.

Ich habe dieses Hotel vom 4. bis 7. Juli gebucht, um mich nach einem langen Tag in den Universal Studios zu erholen. Wir sind mit dem LYNX-Bus 42 vom Flughafen MCO gefahren (Fahrzeit 45 Minuten bis 1 Stunde) und haben dann noch etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hotel gebraucht. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus (20-Sitzer) zu den Universal Studios Orlando an. Die Abfahrt ist um 8:25 Uhr (nur eine Abfahrt, der Bus hält auch an anderen Hotels in der Nähe, um Fahrgäste aufzunehmen) und die Rückfahrt um 18:00 Uhr (nur eine Abfahrt). Ich empfehle dringend, 10–15 Minuten vor der Abfahrt am Hoteleingang zu warten, um einen Platz zu bekommen. Eine Reservierung ist nicht erforderlich. Eine Uber-Fahrt zurück zum Hotel kostet weniger als 10 USD. Wir hatten Zimmer 313. Es gab zwei Queensize-Betten, die Betten waren bequem und es gab genügend Kissen. Auch Kleiderständer und -bügel waren ausreichend vorhanden. Im Zimmer gab es nur einen Minikühlschrank, keinen Wasserkocher. Eine Mikrowelle konnte man sich an der Rezeption ausleihen. Die Sauberkeit war gut, sowohl im Schlafzimmer als auch im Badezimmer. Die Badezimmerartikel umfassen Shampoo, Spülung, Duschgel und Bodylotion. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt täglich. Das Frühstück wird von 6:00 bis 10:00 Uhr serviert und besteht aus hartgekochtem Ei, Müsli, Milch, Joghurt, Apfelsaft, Orangensaft, Bagels, Marmelade, Frischkäse und Haferflocken. Kaffee, Tee und heißes Wasser stehen Ihnen rund um die Uhr kostenlos zur Verfügung. Das Hotel liegt ziemlich weit von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Um zu Einkaufszentren und Attraktionen zu gelangen, benötigen Sie ein Auto oder Uber. Die Universal Studios sind 45 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt.

Wir waren in der Stadt für meine Töchter Hochzeit und unsere Familie und Freunde blieben in Ocean Villas. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, sauber und renoviert. Wir schätzten wirklich die Strandstühle, die für unsere Verwendung zur Verfügung standen. Deb der Manager war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und für unsere große Gruppe untergebracht. Ich kann nicht genug gute Dinge über Deb und das Personal sagen! Wir werden sicherlich beim nächsten Mal in der Stadt bleiben in Ocean Villas! Ich empfehle dieses Gewürz eines Hotels vollkommen!!!

Un hotel maravilloso, perfecto para ir en familia, con amigos o pareja. Cerca de los parques, transporte gratuito a los parques y la temática del hotel super bonita! Lo recomiendo 10/10. Sobretodo si cogéis alguna oferta sale muy rentable ya que tenéis entrada temprana a los parques!!!!

Sie können den Park früh betreten, und es ist sehr praktisch, früh zu ILL, besonders am Wochenende, wenn viele Leute da sind. Dieses Hotel hat kein Magic Band, aber es ist sehr praktisch, den QR-Code zu scannen und direkt im Park mit der App zu bezahlen. Unten gibt es viele Restaurants, der Hotelservice ist durchschnittlich und die Einrichtungen sind alt. Ich musste früh am Morgen nach Hausschuhen fragen, aber als ich vor zwei Tagen danach fragte, waren sie nicht verfügbar. Nachts kann man Feuerwerk sehen, es wird aber trotzdem empfohlen, in den Park zu gehen, um es anzusehen.

Convenient, colourful and clean. It’s suitable for family as they provide many activities in the hotel. I am not really into the design though.

Excellent location with a Publix supermarket just across the carpark (2 minutes walk) to get easy daily stuff or snacks. Very close to Brickell city centre. Rooms are clean and spacious with nice views. Rooftop pool is nice but can get busy at times so have to avoid peak hours. Gym is spacious with great view of the city skyline. Love this hotel and will definitely stay again!

Es gibt mehrere Rosen-Hotels in der Nähe. Dieses wird als Familienurlaub vermarktet. Die Zimmerpreise sind erschwinglich und die Zimmerkategorie ähnelt der eines Motels mit Einzelmöbeln und gehobener Ausstattung. Zum Südcampus des Orange County Convention Center sind es zu Fuß etwa 25 Minuten, der Westcampus liegt sogar noch näher. Die Hälfte der Zimmer ist zur Autobahn ausgerichtet, die andere Hälfte ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Ich kenne das Aufteilungsprinzip nicht. Am besten geben Sie bei der Buchung an, dass Sie nicht zur Autobahn ausgerichtet sind.

Obwohl das Hotel klein ist, war der private North Beach in Miami, der mit dem Pool verbunden ist, wirklich wunderschön. Das Zimmer war einfach und sauber. Es war perfekt, um das wunderschöne Meer von Miami zu einem vernünftigen Preis zu genießen. Auch die Laufstrecke vor dem Hotel war sehr schön.

Decent Stay, but Lacking the Hilton Touch We arrived in Miami around 7 PM and headed straight to check-in. The lady at reception greeted us with minimal hospitality—no smile, no warmth—just a routine check-in. While she did her job efficiently, a simple welcoming gesture would have made a difference, especially at a Hilton, where a bit of warmth is generally expected. Our room was underwhelming—fairly compact for two adults and two 13-year olds with four pieces of luggage, making the space feel cramped. The biggest disappointment was the lingering smell of smoke in what was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Exhausted after a 14-hour flight, we opted not to complain and just settled in for the night. On the plus side, the location is convenient, with plenty of nearby attractions and dining options. The area gives off an old-money, relaxed vibe, which we appreciated. We stayed for two nights before our cruise to the Caribbean, and while the experience wasn’t terrible, it didn’t leave a lasting impression. Would I stay here again? Probably not—not because it was a bad experience, but because I’d prefer to explore other hotels that might offer better value for the price and better hospitality. PS. We didn't use cleaning service as we were only staying for 2 nights. But the cleaning lady, slightly older and only speak Spanish, was just the sweetest, and offer us extra bottle of waters.
