The Mombasa M6 room was really terrible. The shower temperature was not regulated and it kept burning my skin. The air in the room had so much particles, I kept coughing through the night. The towels were all worn out. Compared to my experience in the Bustani Junior Suite, room quality was miles apart. Facilities in the M6 room was outdated and old. Buffet service for breakfast was largely the same and not exciting. And some of the staff definitely need a refresher training on service particularly Sylvester the water sports guy

The construction uniqueness is a breath of fresh air all on its own. The individualism of the rooms/cabins essentuates and hightens the level of privacy and relaxation. Even though it is lined across the coast with various other quality hotels, I still got a sence of a private beach with white sand and breath-taking views. The private pool and the two private jacuzzies either side of the pool with sun lounges also added an exequisite luxurious touch. The FOOD...Oh my God! High quality stuff. Very friendly and welcoming Staff (Elizabeth especially, the waitresses and the bar staff were very kind and accommodating) The room/cabin facilities and layout was the sort of attention to detail i always notice first everywhere i vacation and LalaGalu was exceptional The Monkeys, yes, the monkeys - were more or less part of the 'furniture' during day time - Absolute lovely stuff! TWO-Hotels-in-One (BOXO and Galu) One is a container construction and the other is stand-alone wooden structures - something you won't see anywhere least not everyday. It was not a 5-Star for me, It was a 10-STAR stay for me.

Ich war schon oft hier, sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel. Die Umwelt, die sanitären Einrichtungen und die Einrichtungen sind alle erstklassig. Der Service der meisten Mitarbeiter war sehr gut. Diese negative Bewertung ist darauf zurückzuführen, dass das Hotel die Reservierung für eines der drei von mir gebuchten Zimmer nicht im System gefunden hat, obwohl ich meine Reservierung vorgelegt habe. Einer der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption fragte sogar nach meinem Zahlungsverlauf. Das Endergebnis ist, dass das Hotel endlich alle Bestellungen im System abgerufen hat. Aufgrund des Fehlers des Hotels hatte ich auf dieser Reise ein sehr unangenehmes Erlebnis. Ich finde es sehr unhöflich, wenn das Hotelpersonal meine Zahlungsabwicklung überprüft, wenn ich meine Bestellung bereits vorgelegt habe. Ich hoffe, das Hotelzimmer wird sich entschuldigen.

Ich möchte das Chale Island Resort und sein Team zu ihrem unglaublichen Service gratulieren. Alles war großartig. Ich genossen es so viel, jeden Tag für die letzten 6 Tage! Nehmen Sie Gepäck in einem anderen Hotel Tag vor meinem Aufenthalt, kein Problem! Perfekter Service. Nehmen Sie sich und fallen Sie am Flughafen, perfekt zu Zeit! Dienst immer mit einem großen Lächeln, und immer bei Ihrem Dienst. Das Zimmer war jeden Tag sehr sauber während meines Aufenthalts. Vieles von Lebensmitteln oder Restaurantwahl. Ich genoß die breite Variété beim Frühstück. Echt ein ausgezeichneter Ort, nach einer intensiven Safari-Reise zu ruhen ;-) Und was ist mit den Ansichten, Sonnenaufgang, Sonnenuntergang, nennen Sie es, atemberaubend ... Gehen Tauchen, so viel danke meinem Freund Evans für einen tollen Morgen Tauchen um die Insel ... Das war der perfekte Aufenthalt, um mein Abenteuer in Kenia zu beenden, ein großer ASANTE Chale ...

@Windflow Snow Moon, Monbasa Diani Strand ist ein Vielfaches Urlaubsresort, Swahill bezeichnet das Beste, außer den Innendetails des Zimmers müssen verbessert werden, der gesamte arabische Dekorationsstil ist wirklich schön, die Keniawaschili-Kultur und die arabische Kultur sind wichtig, Das Hotel hat zwei kulturelle Elemente in einem integrierten Ansprechkonzept entwickelt. Es gibt verschiedene Betten im Garten, die sich überall verstreut haben, um Zeit zu suchen, um zu schlafen 😂 Das gesamte Frühstückspaket, viele Restaurants können Sie wählen, die Live-Band im Buffet ist so gut, zwei Stunden zu sitzen. Das Hotel, Restaurant, Fahrer und Immobilienpersonal in Kenia macht mich unerwartet gut ausgebildet und sorgfältig. Eine leidenschaftliche Sonne und eine heiße Sonne, die es in der Heimat ermöglicht, ein starkes Herz zu schützen, das tausend Jahre lang an der Jacke anzusehen, sehen wir jetzt auch Leute lachen Say Jambo!

Our stay at Boxo was amazing. The staff the environment the food was a 10/10. We arrived late afternoon and were met by the lovely Harriet who gave us a nice little tour of the hotel. She was absolutely amazing and made us feel super welcome when we arrived. Our stay here was comfortable and the rooms have air conditioning which is a need in HOT Diani so that came as a welcome amenity. We ate at Boxo’s restaurant and the food was delicious. The cleanliness of the place was also really appreciated.Overall experience was amazing.I would recommend this place if you are in Diani.We stayed on February 8th 2026.

В отеле отдыхают в основном граждане Германии возраста 40-50 +. Еда вкусная , нельзя сказать , что сильно разнообразная , но всего хватало, готовят вкусно : мясо , рыба , много овощей и фруктов. Веселые аниматоры , доброжелательный персонал . Номера простенькие , мебель старая ,но все работало. На территории отеля много обезьян 😅 не оставляйте вещи без присмотра . Вечером всегда проходит анимация , каждый день разная программа-молодцы! Возле бара на пляже часто собирается очередь , но обслуживание довольно быстрое. В целом , отель понравился, также посетили Diani resort ( до него по пляжу 15-20 минут пешком )Кстати Вы можете посещать отели одной сети , в том числе пользоваться услугами бара /ресторана . На ресепшене любезно разрешили остаться в отеле и пользоваться услугами все включено после выезда из номера, так как трансфер был около 14-00. Ставлю все пятерки за отношение персонала

I've had a great stay in Safari hotel! There was a bit of a problem with my reservation but they took care of it the best way possible. The whole staff treated me like a family member. They were super helpful for anything I'd need. Special thanks to Jackson who really took care of me making sure it was alright. Thank you guys and I hope to see you all again!!!

Отличный отель, обслуживание на высшем уровне. Хорошие номера, тихо, рядом с пляжем. Чудесный бассейн, зона лежаков не вплотную друг к другу, а позволяет расположиться немного приватно, всегда были свободные. Питание для Африки отличное. Мы получили большое удовольствие от проживания здесь после сафари. Бич бои корректные, скажешь - слушаю музыку, гуляя по пляжу - желают удачи и отходят. Есть приливы и отливы, но мы предпочитали плавание в бассейне, а гулять по побережью было приятно и безопасно. Если пойти влево от отеля (минут 15-20) - дозодили до отеля Блю Марлин, там приятно выпить кофе или коктель под шум волн. Там же влево (5 мин) - кафешка на берегу Фишерман - очень вкусные смузи и капуччино. Если пойти вправо от отеля - в минутах 15-20 красивая кафешка на завтрак, не помню название, там качели вдоль барной стойки видно с берега. Еще брали услугу здесь на трипстере - фотосессия с дроном на прозрачном каяке (кому актуален контент для инсты - рекомендую, хорошо получилось) Такси оаботает bolt (приложение), спокойно ездили на нем, но выезжать из отеля некуда, ориентируйтесь на отдых в отеле + прогулка по побережью. Отель классный - рекомендую.

Großer Ort, um zu bleiben, bietet gute Werte für Geld mit Selbstverpflegung. Frühstück und andere Mahlzeiten sind ebenfalls verfügbar. Obwohl der Ort ein wenig verbraucht ist, hat er einen großen Charme. Der Pool war wunderschön. Ausgezeichnete Lage nicht weit vom Strand und Supermärkten entfernt
