"Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great."

"Der Nachmittagstee im Hotel war ein Highlight, der Milchtee war hervorragend, und die westlichen Gebäckstücke, Joghurts und Desserts waren bemerkenswert. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber sauber und im russischen Baustil gehalten. Die Wasserhähne sind extrem hoch (ich bin 168 cm groß und gelte im Süden als ziemlich groß, aber ich konnte die Wäscheleine im Badezimmer nicht erreichen; für einen so russischen Baustil sind die Zimmer nicht besonders geräumig). Die Innenheizung lässt einen die Kälte draußen vergessen. Empfehlung: sehr nah an der Linie 2 (drei U-Bahn-Stationen bis zur Eis- und Schneewelt, Zentralstraße, Hongzhuan Morgenmarkt, nur wenige Schritte entfernt). In der Nähe gibt es viele Grillrestaurants und andere Snacks. Es wäre praktisch, zwei Zimmerkarten zu haben, damit Touristen nachts leichter zurückkommen. Der Service ist etwas mechanisch, was verständlich ist, da die Einkaufsstraße sehr belebt ist und das Personal möglicherweise überfordert ist. Wenn man zum ersten Mal in Harbin ist, würde ich dieses Hotel trotzdem empfehlen, aber der Service sollte dem Zimmerpreis angepasst werden."

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Das Harbin Oriental Royal Hotel war eine echte Überraschung! Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt neben der Central Street und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Sophienkathedrale und dem Flussufer entfernt. Essen, Trinken und Unterhaltung sind super bequem zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind luxuriös und elegant eingerichtet, komplett ausgestattet und makellos sauber. Das bequeme Bettzeug sorgte für eine erholsame Nachtruhe. Der Service war herzlich und aufmerksam; die Rezeption reagierte schnell, und beim Check-in gab es ein nettes kleines Willkommensgeschenk. Das Frühstück bot eine reiche Auswahl, eine Mischung aus chinesischen und westlichen Speisen, die köstlich schmeckten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Es ist definitiv die erste Wahl für eine Reise nach Harbin, und ich werde beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen!

Die erfreuliche Fotos im Hotel sind großartig. Sie zwingen Sie nicht, für zusätzliche Fotos zu zahlen, obwohl wir am Ende für mehr zahlen, wie wir die Fotos mögen.

Was bedeutet guter Service? Wenn der Service gut ist, wird es den Kunden leidtun, wenn sie ihm keine fünf Sterne geben. Das Frühstück ist im Hotelpreis nicht inbegriffen (aber es gibt ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein größeres Familienzimmer). Da das Halbbuffet-Frühstück auf Ctrip gute Kritiken hat, haben wir es uns angesehen und entschieden, ob wir es kaufen oder nicht. Der Kellner, der gerade für mich bestellen wollte, sagte: „Kaufen Sie es nicht. Zusätzlich zur Bestellung frisch zubereiteter Speisen (um den Geschmack sicherzustellen) reicht Ihnen das Buffet, also gebe ich es Ihnen.“ Die Kinder waren schockiert: Warum? Foreman: Weil du gutaussehend bist. Der kleine Junge sah schüchtern aus. Verschiedene Details wurden gelobt, wie zum Beispiel, dass das Toastbrot mit einem Tuch abgedeckt war, damit es nicht austrocknete, der Kaffee frisch gemahlen war und ich mich für den Latte entschieden hatte und der Orangensaft frisch gepresst und nicht fertig war. Ach ja, ab 11 Uhr gibt es auch eine reichhaltige Auswahl an britischem Nachmittagstee. Ein gutes Hotel ist eines, in dem man nur eine Nacht bleibt und nie wieder weg will [Liebe] Die Lobby war voller aufrichtiger Danksagungen von allen.

I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!

Unser Aufenthalt war absolut wunderbar. Das Zimmer hatte einen erstaunlichen Blick, und das Personal nahmen große Aufmerksamkeit auf uns sie sogar eine nette Unterschrift Hotel-Doll. Von dem Zimmer konnten wir die berühmten Eisskulpturen auf der Sonne Island sehen, die die Erfahrung noch besonderer machten. Die Frühstücksauswahl war sehr vielfältig und lecker. 10/10. Der Schwimmbad ist groß mit schönen Aussichten, und jedes Detail des Hotels fühlte sich perfekt. Wirklich das beste Hotel für Panoramaaussichten in Harbin. Sehr empfohlen! ❤️

I stayed at Lizun Hua Sheng Hotel (Sophia Cathedral Branch, Central Street, Harbin) from January 26 to January 31, 2026, and overall had a very good experience. Location (4/5)
The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Central Street and visiting Sophia Cathedral. It’s easy to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Transport connections are also reasonably accessible. It’s not completely perfect, but for most travelers the location will be more than good enough. Cleanliness (5/5)
The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and towels, bedding, and amenities were always fresh. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells or dust during my stay. Service (5/5)
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly. They were also patient and tried their best to assist with local information and simple requests. Facilities (4/5)
I stayed in the Huasheng Cozy Double Bed Room, which had a 65‑inch TV, a down duvet, a zero‑pressure mattress, and a humidifier. The bed was comfortable and the humidifier was especially useful in Harbin’s dry winter air. Overall the facilities were good, though there is still some room for minor improvements, such as adding a few more storage options or small conveniences in the room. Overall
This is a comfortable and clean hotel in a great area of Harbin, with excellent service and solid facilities. I’d recommend it to both business and leisure travelers who want to stay near Central Street and Sophia Cathedral.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und hell, sauber und ordentlich, der Boden ist sauber, der Balkon ist gemütlich, die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist wunderschön, es gibt einen Luftreiniger und einen Luftbefeuchter, es ist bei uns im Süden sehr freundlich, und das Das Unterkunftserlebnis ist perfekt. Ich verlor mein Armband im Zimmer und das Gästezimmer kontaktierte mich umgehend und schickte es mir per Kurier. Es war ein perfektes Erlebnis. PS: Um zu bestätigen, dass es sich um ein echtes Erlebnis handelt, möchte ich zwei Vorschläge machen: 1. Der Luftbefeuchter war beim Einchecken nicht mit Wasser gefüllt. Ihm ging mitten in der Nacht das Wasser aus. Es wird empfohlen dass Sie es mit Wasser füllen, bevor Sie es für andere Gäste verwenden. 2. Es dauerte lange, das Gästezimmer aufzuräumen, bis ich fast in der Stadt war. Dies muss verbessert werden . Aber das Gesamterlebnis ist perfekt.

Ich war vor kurzem während eines Wochenendes im Holiday Inn und war angenehmen überrascht, wie viel ich meine Erfahrung genossen habe. Check-in: Die Eincheckung war reibungslos und effizient. Die Vorderbüro-Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und willkommen, so dass ich mich sofort zu Hause fühlte. Zimmer: Mein Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit einem komfortablen King-Size-Bett und einem gemütlichen Sitzbereich. Ich schätze das moderne Dekor und das große Flachbild-TV. Das Zimmer verfügte auch über einen Mini-Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle, die für Snacks und Restverbleibungen gemütlich waren. Ausstattung: Das komplimentäre Frühstück war ein Highlight! Es gab eine gute Auswahl an heißen und kalten Artikeln, darunter geschrotet Eier, Bacon, Joghurt und eine Vielzahl von Weidereien. Der Kaffee war frisch und jeden Tag verfügbar, den ich liebe. Das Fitnesscenter war für einen schnellen Trainingsraum angemessen ausgestattet, und ich genossen auch den Innenpool, der nach einem Tag der Erforschung des Bereichs ein schöner Touch für Entspannung war. Ort: Die Lage des Hotels war ideal, nur wenige Minuten von den großen Attraktionen und Restaurants entfernt. Es war leicht zu erreichen die Autobahn, so dass es einfach zu nahe gelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu fahren. Allgemeine Erfahrung: Für den Preis und die angebotenen Einrichtungen überstieg das Hotel meine Erwartungen. Es ist der perfekte Ort für Geschäftsreisende und Freizeitreisende, die Komfort und Komfort suchen, ohne die Bank zu brechen. Ich würde sicherlich hier noch einmal bleiben!
