Das gesamte Hotel ist im russischen Stil gehalten, und schon beim Betreten fühlt man sich wunderschön. Besonders loben möchte ich die Rezeption: Die beiden Mädchen, die Pilz und Keks hießen, waren sehr freundlich und geduldig. Als ich abreiste, haben sie mir sogar Afternoon-Tea-Gebäck eingepackt, das war so rührend! Das Frühstück hier ist auch nicht schlecht. Morgens gab es tatsächlich Guobaorou (knuspriges Schweinefleisch) und Lammkeule, das Essen war fantastisch! Das Guobaorou war superlecker!! Brillanter Genuss – Afternoon Tea zum Doppel-Fest: Der Geschmack war sehr gut. Ausgewähltes Souvenir: Beim Verlassen gab es sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk, die orangefarbene Verpackung war besonders schön!

Zufrieden, fünf Sterne. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit von der Central Street entfernt und die Aussicht ist sehr weit. Das Frühstück war auch großartig. Vielen Dank auch an Cindy von Guest Relations, die sehr rücksichtsvoll war. Alles in allem werde ich mich wieder für einen Aufenthalt hier entscheiden, wenn ich wieder nach Erbin komme.

Der Nachmittagstee im Hotel war ein Highlight, der Milchtee war hervorragend, und die westlichen Gebäckstücke, Joghurts und Desserts waren bemerkenswert. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber sauber und im russischen Baustil gehalten. Die Wasserhähne sind extrem hoch (ich bin 168 cm groß und gelte im Süden als ziemlich groß, aber ich konnte die Wäscheleine im Badezimmer nicht erreichen; für einen so russischen Baustil sind die Zimmer nicht besonders geräumig). Die Innenheizung lässt einen die Kälte draußen vergessen. Empfehlung: sehr nah an der Linie 2 (drei U-Bahn-Stationen bis zur Eis- und Schneewelt, Zentralstraße, Hongzhuan Morgenmarkt, nur wenige Schritte entfernt). In der Nähe gibt es viele Grillrestaurants und andere Snacks. Es wäre praktisch, zwei Zimmerkarten zu haben, damit Touristen nachts leichter zurückkommen. Der Service ist etwas mechanisch, was verständlich ist, da die Einkaufsstraße sehr belebt ist und das Personal möglicherweise überfordert ist. Wenn man zum ersten Mal in Harbin ist, würde ich dieses Hotel trotzdem empfehlen, aber der Service sollte dem Zimmerpreis angepasst werden.

We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience. Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests. A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. He helped us plan our itinerary with genuine care and never once tried to sell or push any activities. Everything he did came from a place of sincerity. He truly wanted us to enjoy Snow Town, and that made all the difference. Some may feel the price is higher compared to other accommodations, but it is worth every single cent. You are not just paying for a place to stay, you are paying for genuine care, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly valued. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, to those serving breakfast, every individual played a part in making our stay so special and unforgettable. This experience exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend this place without even a moment of hesitation. I would 1000% encourage anyone visiting Snow Town to book with them—you will not regret it. Our experience would have been completely different without them. Location is excellent for this hotel. Staff are prompt and helpful with all requests. Very friendly and hospitable too. Love the breakfast! The complimentary photo taking service in the hotel is awesome. They do not force you to pay for additional photos although we did pay for more in the end as we like the photos.

Harbin Junyi Hotel, ich wollte ursprünglich eine Bewertung dafür schreiben. Lassen Sie mich zunächst über die Highlights sprechen. Der Service ist wirklich gut, die Einstellung und die Arbeit sind gut, der Servicestandard kann fünf Sterne erreichen und es kann flexibel sein. Es ist tatsächlich möglich. Ich werde sein Restaurant wählen, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Harbin gehe. Die Fotos sind besser als die in diesem Gebäude. Die Umgebung des Raumes ist nicht die neueste, aber er hat alles, was er haben sollte, und ist sehr schick. Das Parken ist ebenfalls einfach, aber nicht so bequem wie ein Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr reichhaltig, aber wenn ich mich an **s Gruppeneinkauf halte und nur Frühstück esse, empfinde ich es als etwas weniger gut. Am ersten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir nicht wirklich etwas gespürt. Am zweiten Tag haben wir das Hotel gewechselt und der Unterschied war offensichtlich. Am nächsten Tag waren wir in einem frisch renovierten 4-Sterne-Hotel, das tatsächlich nicht so gut war wie andere . Ich muss noch die Souvenirs erwähnen, die ziemlich gut sind.

We had a great experience of having spent 4 nights in this wonderful hotel Wanda Realm in NanGang Harbin. The location of the hotel was so handy to basically everywhere: 4 minute’s walking distance to Xicheng Hongchang Plaza; 5 to 6 minutes to Wanda Plaza and the subway station (Line 3). The hotel’s reception, house keeping, breakfast, facilities and services are all perfect.

I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.
