I’ll start with the highlight of our stay: the ski rental team at Yabuloni Hotel. Since rentals are included in the stay, we spent a fair amount of time with them, and they are truly world-class. Led by a charming and compassionate boss, the team of four （photo attached) is incredibly professional and approachable. They don’t just hand you gear; they perform thorough safety checks, ensure a perfect fit, and offer genuine tips for the slopes. They made our trip seamless and safe. They will be the reason why we will come back and stay here Unfortunately, the hotel itself doesn't live up to that same standard. The hallways are dimly lit and poorly ventilated, a theme that continues into the rooms. The biggest issue was the bathroom, a persistent, foul sewage smell made us feel like we are using a public toilet that has not been cleaned for years. If this is 5 star standard, i'm afraid they have to do much much better. To top it off, the reception staff felt poorly trained. Despite having plenty of people behind the desk, no one could answer basic questions about local attractions, slope openings, or even help us arrange a driver for dinner around the area. For the price point, they should think of how they can justify their service other than having a world class and helpful ski rental management team.

Ausstattung: Unser Zimmer wurde kostenlos upgegradet, es war sehr groß und hatte eine weite Aussicht. Ein besonderer Dank geht an den netten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (zweites Bild von unten), der uns beim Check-in geholfen hat. Sauberkeit: Sehr gut. Umgebung: Sehr gut, sehr praktisch, um zum Fluss, zur Central Avenue und zur Sophienkathedrale zu gelangen. Service: Exzellent, vielen Dank an den Mitarbeiter am Eingang (erstes Bild von unten), der uns proaktiv mit dem Gepäck geholfen und uns Empfehlungen für lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben hat. Das Frühstück war das beste und reichhaltigste, das ich je hatte – es gab einfach alles!

Das Harbin Oriental Royal Hotel war eine echte Überraschung! Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt neben der Central Street und nur wenige Gehminuten von der Sophienkathedrale und dem Flussufer entfernt. Essen, Trinken und Unterhaltung sind super bequem zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind luxuriös und elegant eingerichtet, komplett ausgestattet und makellos sauber. Das bequeme Bettzeug sorgte für eine erholsame Nachtruhe. Der Service war herzlich und aufmerksam; die Rezeption reagierte schnell, und beim Check-in gab es ein nettes kleines Willkommensgeschenk. Das Frühstück bot eine reiche Auswahl, eine Mischung aus chinesischen und westlichen Speisen, die köstlich schmeckten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Es ist definitiv die erste Wahl für eine Reise nach Harbin, und ich werde beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen!

Wir wollten mehr als Luxus . Wir wollten ein Hotel, das Harbins Charakter, Erbe und Geschichte wirklich widerspiegelt. Wir freuen uns, dieses versteckte Geschirr entdeckt zu haben. Das Mansion 1903 Hotel ist wahrscheinlich eines der charmantesten Hotels in Harbin, schön mit alten Welteleganz, modernem Komfort und starkem russischen Erbe. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, bequem nahe Zhongyang Street, aber friedlich und raffiniert. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber, stilvoll und außergewöhnlich komfortabel, während das Personal warm, professionell, aufmerksam und ehrlich Gastgeber. Der Service machte unseren Aufenthalt besonders erinnerebar. Die elegante Lobby-Umgebung, zusammen mit den traditionellen Sarafan- und Kokoshnik-Kostüme, bietet auch eine wunderbare Gelegenheit für Fotografie und fügte sich in die einzigartige kulturelle Atmosphäre des Hotels hinzu. Besonders danken Sie Herrn Deng für seine sorgfältige Teilung und Einführung der antiken Sammlungen im Hotellobby. Seine Leidenschaft und Wissen haben unsere Erfahrungen sehr verbereichert.

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area. 

Was bedeutet guter Service? Wenn der Service gut ist, wird es den Kunden leidtun, wenn sie ihm keine fünf Sterne geben. Das Frühstück ist im Hotelpreis nicht inbegriffen (aber es gibt ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein größeres Familienzimmer). Da das Halbbuffet-Frühstück auf Ctrip gute Kritiken hat, haben wir es uns angesehen und entschieden, ob wir es kaufen oder nicht. Der Kellner, der gerade für mich bestellen wollte, sagte: „Kaufen Sie es nicht. Zusätzlich zur Bestellung frisch zubereiteter Speisen (um den Geschmack sicherzustellen) reicht Ihnen das Buffet, also gebe ich es Ihnen.“ Die Kinder waren schockiert: Warum? Foreman: Weil du gutaussehend bist. Der kleine Junge sah schüchtern aus. Verschiedene Details wurden gelobt, wie zum Beispiel, dass das Toastbrot mit einem Tuch abgedeckt war, damit es nicht austrocknete, der Kaffee frisch gemahlen war und ich mich für den Latte entschieden hatte und der Orangensaft frisch gepresst und nicht fertig war. Ach ja, ab 11 Uhr gibt es auch eine reichhaltige Auswahl an britischem Nachmittagstee. Ein gutes Hotel ist eines, in dem man nur eine Nacht bleibt und nie wieder weg will [Liebe] Die Lobby war voller aufrichtiger Danksagungen von allen.

Wir hatten ursprünglich ein Standard-Doppelzimmer gebucht, haben aber bei der Ankunft für zusätzlich 250 pro Nacht ein Upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit doppelseitigen Fenstern bekommen. Das Zimmer war doppelt so groß und super bequem. Wir haben an der Rezeption einen Luftbefeuchter angefordert. Devin und Dragon waren super nett und hilfsbereit, haben uns sogar unser Essen aufs Zimmer gebracht. Die Putzfrau hat immer sehr gründlich gereinigt 🧹. Das Frühstück war allerdings sehr streng geregelt. Es gab keine kostenlosen Extras. Selbst wenn Kinder nur 2 cm größer waren, mussten wir extra zahlen ಥ_ಥ Der Föhn war von Dyson. Jeden Tag gab es Elche 🫎 zur Interaktion im Erdgeschoss.

Unser Aufenthalt war absolut wunderbar. Das Zimmer hatte einen erstaunlichen Blick, und das Personal nahmen große Aufmerksamkeit auf uns sie sogar eine nette Unterschrift Hotel-Doll. Von dem Zimmer konnten wir die berühmten Eisskulpturen auf der Sonne Island sehen, die die Erfahrung noch besonderer machten. Die Frühstücksauswahl war sehr vielfältig und lecker. 10/10. Der Schwimmbad ist groß mit schönen Aussichten, und jedes Detail des Hotels fühlte sich perfekt. Wirklich das beste Hotel für Panoramaaussichten in Harbin. Sehr empfohlen! ❤️

I stayed at Lizun Hua Sheng Hotel (Sophia Cathedral Branch, Central Street, Harbin) from January 26 to January 31, 2026, and overall had a very good experience. Location (4/5)
The location is very convenient, especially for exploring Central Street and visiting Sophia Cathedral. It’s easy to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Transport connections are also reasonably accessible. It’s not completely perfect, but for most travelers the location will be more than good enough. Cleanliness (5/5)
The room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and towels, bedding, and amenities were always fresh. I didn’t notice any unpleasant smells or dust during my stay. Service (5/5)
The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check‑in and check‑out were smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly. They were also patient and tried their best to assist with local information and simple requests. Facilities (4/5)
I stayed in the Huasheng Cozy Double Bed Room, which had a 65‑inch TV, a down duvet, a zero‑pressure mattress, and a humidifier. The bed was comfortable and the humidifier was especially useful in Harbin’s dry winter air. Overall the facilities were good, though there is still some room for minor improvements, such as adding a few more storage options or small conveniences in the room. Overall
This is a comfortable and clean hotel in a great area of Harbin, with excellent service and solid facilities. I’d recommend it to both business and leisure travelers who want to stay near Central Street and Sophia Cathedral.
