Excellent Stay.
It was my first visit and I was booked for one day but ended up staying extra day. Staff is extremely helpful. This property is clean and with very relaxing ambiance. They have beautiful kids park with swings. Lots of car parking. I recommend this place and I would love to stay again in the near future.

Location was good,and whole the hotel has valley view.food was average.aesthetics were so good,hotel is huge according to expectations.
Staff was humble and welcoming
Check-in was too smooth like completely hassle free,they also provided early check-in
But They could not solve the television issue in the room,which was not connecting to youtube
We ourselve later sorted it out when they weren't able to buy it took whole day
Will recommend others too.

Good hotel at a convenient location. However, we were quite disappointed with the room allotted - it was the corner-most room in the deluxe category (room 109) & it was extremely congested (seemed like the space was forcefully utilised to fit in a room). Other rooms on the same floor of the same category were quite well spaced and airy. Our room’s balcony was also half the size in comparison. Rooms in the same category with the same price should not have such a difference in look and feel.

We had a great stay at Justa. Big thanks to Mr Vijay Sharma for his great hospitality. Mr Vijay took so much initiative to attend to us and ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay, from our arrival till our departure.
We would also like to thank Jitender Thakur, Vinod kumar, Tarun Thakur, Palak, Lalit, Vinod Sachin, and those whom we may have forgotten their names. Our thank is for the entire staff of Justa who made us feel home.
The bar is cozy with our own choice of songs. Great for family time with delicious bar snacks.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Awesome views from our room balcony. Though this hotel is away from the main town but for those who wish to have a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, Justa is the place to look for. The meals are freshly cooked and we enjoyed every single bite.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were immaculate and matched the photos perfectly. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our visit, making us feel welcome and well-cared for.
Our only concern was a safety issue with the air conditioning unit leaking water directly in front of the balcony door. This created a slipping hazard that could potentially cause injury when accessing the balcony. This should be addressed promptly for guest safety.
Despite this single issue, everything else about my experience was excellent, and I would happily recommend this accommodation to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-serviced place to stay

The hotel's location is excellent—it offers convenient access to all the interesting sights. Cleanliness is a ”four out of five”—which is standard for India.
The photos in the app do not fully correspond to reality. The profile picture features an outdoor pool that does not actually exist. The toiletries provided were also an incomplete set—hair conditioner was missing.
There was some confusion when ordering dinner: we were served a different dish than the one we had ordered. The manager claimed that *we* were the ones who had made the mistake, even though that very same dish had been prepared differently just the day before. Such details do impact the overall impression.
Breakfasts were top-notch: a good variety of options, served by polite and attentive staff.
All in all, it is a worthwhile choice, provided you keep these specific details in mind. I recommend checking the photos in advance.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel war nicht so gut wie in den Bildern gezeigt und das Zimmer war nicht gut konzipiert. Aufzug funktionierte nicht richtig. Es war nach Einrichtungen teuer. Aber es war an einer guten Lage, der Service war durchschnittlich, die Schneiderei war nicht richtig gereinigt, elektrische Häfen funktionierten nicht richtig. Ac war zu klein und nicht funktioniert, und ac Fernseh wurde auch nicht gegeben, wir müssen Knöpfe auf dem Ac verwenden, die uns einen Schock geben können.

Das Design des Hotels sehr modern, hervorragender Service, sauber, das Personal sind großartig freundlich und ihre Serviceverhalten 5 Sternen Rating. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet gut. Bbhatiarajivoverall property was good.last day I got stuck in their lift due to some malfunction for about 15minutes abd nobody came for my help .Only after 15minutes I got any help from the hotel staff.So my take average for the services.
