Terrible attitude from the front desk staff. The clerk managed to mix up the rooms allocated to our party and then, rather arrogantly, blamed us for swapping rooms, when in reality I had to change rooms because the heater in the original room was not working. I even apologised in case there had been any misunderstanding after a long journey, but instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, she replied that she was also tired. To make matters worse, it later became clear that the confusion stemmed from the room allocation system itself, with room numbers being noted on a piece of paper with handwritten markings. If it had not been for the other member of staff, who remained calm, understanding, and helpful throughout, I would have packed my belongings and left immediately. This is simply not the right way to treat paying guests. Customer service should focus on resolving problems, not shifting blame. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression of what could otherwise have been a pleasant stay

A really lovely hotel and country club which is tucked away in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex. The driveway is a wonderful welcome with all the purple rhododendrons in bloom. The decor of the entire hotel was contemporary mixed with tradition - loved it. We had amazing service which made us feel very welcome. We stayed in a family room within the hotel with an amazing view of the golf course (9th tee) - it was perfect; beautiful interior, comfortable bed and pillows, fluffy towels, great balcony, tea/coffee and biscuits and lovely toiletries. It had a lovely country cosy feel to the room and the entirety of the hotel. The service in the restaurant was brilliant and super friendly and the breakfast was superb - the perfect amount of choices. The view from restaurant was brilliant, the first tee! We used the health club in particular the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The changing rooms and showers were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful as was the family cat 😊. The only slight down side was the swimming pool closed at 5:30pm for children. The golf pros in the golf shop were super friendly and made us feel welcome. We were pleasantly surprised how lovely this hotel was after booking very last minute, it was very reasonable and we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Highly recommended, thank you very much.

Das Zimmer war groß, mit Kaffeemaschine, aber ein wenig Staub, hätte ein regelmäßiges TV bevorzugt, nicht das Internet, und von Geräusch außerhalb des Zimmers geweckt am Morgen. Das Bett war hart, und zwei Singles zusammen sind nicht so komfortabel. Keiner von uns schlief leider gut. Kostenlose Parkplätze waren gut. Ich hätte gerne den Pool und die Heiße Tub und Fitness versuchen möchten, aber nur eine Nacht geblieben und lief aus der Zeit. Handy für Reisen zum Flughafen Gatwick. Wert für Geld.

Wir hatten einen schönen Übernachtungsaufenthalt im Sandman. Es war wunderbar sauber und ruhig. Der Deskservice war sehr gut und sie waren hilfreich, bemerken wir, dass wir vor dem Frühstücksservice auschecken und uns ein Picknick-Frühstück mitnehmen. Die einzige Seite dieses Hotels war seine Isolation, die bedeutete, dass Sie das Restaurant auf der Website nutzen müssen. Die Server waren freundlich und aufmerksam, aber die Küche war unglaublich langsam, was sehr enttäuschend war. Wir haben auch den Pool und den Fitnessraum getestet, die sauber und grundlegende waren.

We booked overnight so that we could surprise family who were at Butlins for the week. We were impressed by the Hotel, its proximity to Butlins and the warm welcome we received. The staff were genuinely happy which was very refreshing. The car park was right outside and everything was so close we didn't need the car to get around. The sea view from the room was spectacular and the ability to book the small pool in the Hotel was an added bonus. We will definitely book again

We had a great night stay at Baliffscourt, we did however find the spa busy, all the loungers reserved with towels but few people actually on them. We therefore spent the duration using the facilities which are all fab. The staff are helpful, attentive and we really enjoyed the breakfast! Overall a great stay.

The stay was close to perfect. Very nice spa, beautiful ground, high quality restaurants, good service. The room did get a bit too hot on a 30 degree day despite the electric fan provided by the hotel.

Es fühlte sich wie eine Prinzessin in diesem schönen Zimmer. Alles, was ich brauchte, freundliches Personal, und ein schönes Kochen, um morgens Frühstück zu bestellen. Eine wahre britische Manorhauserfahrung.

Dieses Hotel ist ein echtes Gemt sehr gereinigt geräumig und willkommen im Eingang Schlafzimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber schön große Badezimmer auch Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren auch perfekt und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl. Und ich würde gern hier bleiben, wenn ich die Gegend wie für die Gebühren es wurde im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in der Nähe Gatwick Flughafen es war wirklich eine echte Suche und ich würde sicherlich hier wieder bleiben Viele Parkplätze, die kostenlos sind, so dass keine zusätzlichen Kosten über Nacht hinzugefügt Dies ist eine echte Suche und perfekt für alle, die Zugang zum Flughafen Gatwick zu niedrigeren Kosten als Hotels in der Nähe des Flughafens benötigen.

Ein ausgezeichneter Ort . Wir werden bald wieder kommen
