Schönes Hotel. Brand neue so unschädlich und sehr sauber. Die Dachbar und Blick auf Glos ist ein toller Ort für Getränke. Sie brauchen jedoch mehr Kuchen und Sitz unbehaglich, wenn Sie nicht auf einem gekühlten Stuhl sitzen können. Wein OK- begrenzte Rose Optionen. Zimmer gut konzipiert und High-Tech-Angebote wie Kaffeemaschine, Milch im Kühlschrank und Küchen. Keine Earl grauen Tee oder Orange Milch Optionen traurig. Haartrockner und Dampfer sind alle Top-Tech. Dusche leistungsfähig und geräumig. Produkte frisch und gut Qualität. Bequem Bett und Luftkon. Kleidung Kleidung vermisst die Gürtel!

Anständig. Hat alles, was Sie brauchen, wenn nur für eine Nacht. Betten komfortabel. Bad und Dusche in unserem Zimmer. Tee und Kaffeetasche schön Alle Einrichtungen funktionieren, nur nicht erwarten Luxus für den Preis, den Sie zahlen.

Wir blieben hier für Badminton Pferde-Tests und hatten eine tolle Zeit! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich von Anfang an zum Abschluss. Das Frühstück war schön und es gab eine große Auswahl an Lebensmitteln. Wir hatten dort jeden Abend Abendessen sowie das war schön. Ich würde dieses Hotel sicher an andere empfehlen.

Beautiful hotel. Room is spacious and bedding very comfortable. Bathroom can improve in particular splash from shower n wetting the floor. Staff overall very nice and polite. Waiting staff in Brasserie Joanne and Megan are particularly impressive in accommodating customer’s requests.

Stayed here for a weekend at the Cotswolds. Great location as base for visiting surrounding villages. Nice short drive into Cheltenham city. Clean rooms, great reception and restaurant service. The same breakfast selection every day but it was good and covered the basics of an English breakfast. They were also very on it when refilling stations. Didn’t get to try any amenities this time though.

Das Zimmer ist gut, das ist, dass der Leuchtkörper gebrochen ist, der Kellner ist sehr gut, hilfsweise die Zimmertür. Es ist das beste Hotel, das die Schule besucht.

This hotel is luxurious and on this our second stay was just as gd except for breakfast The location of the table meant my husband had difficulty getting to his chair each time due to a sideboard close to his chair. The staff were not v attentive and I had to look for a member of staff to clear the table of bowls and glasses folllowing our first course of yoghurt & granola. Our choice of cooked breakfast was served to the table but we had to help ourselves to toast. The cooked breakfast came to the table COLD. The bacon was tough as it must have be sitting either in a warmer or under a heater !! At no staff during breakfast did waiting staff ask if we needed anything further or if everything was ok !! On leaving the restaurant there were no staff to make a complaint to. We were in the breakfast room between 9 & 9.30 there were only a few other tables with guests in the breakfast room.

Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel verfügt außerdem über ein Partner-Fitnessstudio und einen Swimmingpool, was eine angenehme Überraschung war. Das Zimmer ist für britische Verhältnisse recht groß und bietet ausreichend Platz für einen großen Koffer. Das Personal ist geduldig und freundlich. Es ist ein vertrauenswürdiges Hotel.

Disappointed at first off when I found out I had to pay a further £5 for parking my car. First appearance was it seemed very dated. The room was ok, bed clean and comfortable, tea, coffee making facilities. TV was a limited on stations, but absolutely no WiFi or if there was it wasn’t available in my room. Noise from the next door room, and from upstairs in particular was unbearable, I think they must have been real heavyweights as every step across their room was vibrating down through my ceiling, and at one point sounded like they were jumping off the bed it was so loud, I actually thought they would be coming through. The bathroom had really seen better days, felt grubby, mould on the ceiling, plugs in both the bath and the sink were old and broken, and the bath itself had seen better days, but on a positive note the towels were clean. All in all I didn’t feel it was worth the £72 plus parking fees and wouldn’t recommend, unless you could get it for less than £40 Max.
