Ich benutzte dieses Hotel als Standort, die 24-Stunden-Check-in-Desk kam in echte Handy, als ich um 2 Uhr angekommen war. Zimmer war sauber, keine Probleme mit Lärm und ein gutes Spektrum von Einrichtungen. Personal war freundlich und professionell, schöne Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen. Ich werde sicher wieder auftauchen, hoffentlich habe ich mehr Zeit, um die Fitnesssuite zu benutzen. Das einzige, was mich beunruhigt hat, war die Parkgebühr, die ich nicht realisiert habe, also habe ich 7 Pfund für den Parkplatz an der Rezeption gezahlt, als ich ankam. Kommen Sie morgen, ich habe mich verpackt, ging zum Auto, und ging weg und die Gate-State muss ich 12 Pfund zahlen, um zu gehen. Ich muss dann von der Barriere abkehren, bevor jemand andere kommt, parken und gehen zurück zum Rezeption, um mir zu sagen, es ist ein Glitch und dass es nicht aufzuhören manchmal, das hat nur zu einem bereits engen Umdrehungszeiten Weise hinzugefügt. Hoffentlich werden sie das beheben.

Have stayed here several times and usually have a good experience, except for the breakfast arrangements at the beefeater next door. On this occasion, we arrived with relatives in their 80s to find the rooms that had been refurbished and only completed that day, had no electricity. There was only one person on the desk, and it was a busy day in mid Dec. The poor girl fried frantically to get the electric working in both rooms, for over an hour, eventually moving us to other rooms on another floor, but again, no electric. We we're beginning to give up hope. Already feeling low as we were attending a younger relatives' funeral the next day. But after 90 minutes, she finally succeeded by using 2 key cards in the lighting slot, giving us light. Needless to say we were all tired and weary. To her credit she offered a refund for the cost of breakfast to compensate, and on feeding our experience back to Premier Inn, they also discounted the cost of the rooms. So we were happy with that, and generally we would stay here again. Our only other gripe is with the arrangement for breakfast in the beefeater accross the carpark. Having booked full English breakfast, that is what you expect. But being asked on arrival have you paid or not is poor practice, and would expect the booking in and restaurant services to be linked, so that question becomes mute. Then to go through each item in the English breakfast menu to be asked how many of each item is required is really unacceptable. I do hope they seriously explore a better way to greet and serve their customers. Most hotels would usually just ask your room number, which tells them if you have paid for breakfast or not, and then serve you the item as listed on the menu.

Great location. A very nice spa. The hotel room is unfortunately quite old, the shower was cold, the bed was uncomfortable and the walls are very thin making it hard to sleep.

Wir reservierten ein Zimmer für 3, das mit einem Königsbett und einem Sofabett kam. Das Sofabett ist eines der schlimmsten Bette, auf dem ich je geschlafen habe. Sie könnten praktisch den Frühling spüren, wenn Sie bewegen. Ich muss meinen Eltern auf dem Königsbett schlafen lassen.  Das Zimmer war am Ende des Gebäudes. Hotelgäste nutzen die Ausfahrtstür, um zum Park zu kommen. Jedes Mal, wenn ein Gast die Ausfahrt, die Korridor-Ebene “krackt” und folgen durch die Tür Schlammschließung. Nur zu laut und beeinflusst unser Schlaf. Andernfalls wäre es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt gewesen. Das Hotel sollte den Boden stärken und einen weichen schließenden Mechanismus an die Tür hinzufügen.

The hotel itself is full of charm, with a beautiful setting and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was included both mornings and was a real highlight. It was such a refreshing change to have a cooked‑to‑order breakfast rather than a full buffet, while still being able to help ourselves to fruit, yoghurt, and pastries. Everything was fresh and delicious. We chose to dine at the hotel restaurant on both evenings, and the food was exceptional. The style is very much modern, refined cuisine, and both the duck and the stone bass were beautifully cooked and full of flavour. It felt special without being pretentious. The hotel also has a pub, which has a great atmosphere and adds to the overall charm of the place. Whether you want a relaxed drink or a cosy corner to unwind in, it’s a lovely space. Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to make sure everything was perfect. Their warmth really added to the experience. All in all, we had a truly lovely stay and would happily recommend The Bear of Rodborough to anyone visiting the Cotswolds. We’d love to return.

The Mousetrap Inn proved to be an excellent choice for our recent getaway. The location is absolutely perfect – just a pleasant walk to the main town, giving us easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants while enjoying peaceful surroundings. What truly made our stay memorable was the genuinely friendly staff. From check-in to checkout, every team member was welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything needed. Their local knowledge and recommendations enhanced our entire visit. The included breakfast was a real highlight and exceptional value. Fresh, well-prepared options with plenty of variety kept us satisfied each morning before exploring. It's rare to find complimentary breakfast that actually exceeds expectations. The inn maintains a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that perfectly matches its charming name. Clean, comfortable accommodations combined with the convenient location made it easy to enjoy both tranquil relaxation and vibrant town center activities. Highly recommended for friendly service, great value, and ideal location.

Das Zimmer ist hygienisch zufrieden. Es gibt zwei Nächte, um jeden Abend zu bleiben. Der Ladenbesitzer bietet auch kostenloses Frühstück 🥰. Die geografische Lage ist bequem und bietet mehrere Touristenattraktionen in der Nähe, und es ist bequem, Kinder aus 㖞 zu nehmen.

Staff exceptionally helpful. Arrived in the middle of night, very warm & friendly. We came from the southbound m5, the lady at reception stayed on the phone guiding us to the hotel & gave instructions to get back on the m5. The room was very clean & basic but did smell a bit musty but was absolutely fine.

Wir haben in diesem schönen Hotel für meinen 60. Geburtstag geblieben. Mit meiner Tochter. Die Ansichten sind atemberaubend und das Hotel selbst. Große Lage die Mitarbeiter sind sehr willkommen und freundlich. Es gibt viele Parkplätze , leider haben wir keine Chance, die Spa-Anlagen zu nutzen. Unser einziges negatives Ding war unser Zimmer, obwohl schön das Teppich ein paar Steine auf ihm hatte und unsere Fenster nicht leicht geöffnet , und der Eingang in unser Zimmer war sehr schmutzig, wir hatten ein Zimmer im Boden außerhalb des Hotels und für den Preis gegeben. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, nachdem wir diese Eleganz gesehen haben, mit dem Haupthotel und der Lobby usw. . Wir hatten auch ein Zimmer mit einem Badezimmer, das mehr für jemanden geeignet war, der mehr Unterstützung brauchte und obwohl es nichts falsch war, wäre es schön gewesen, eine Wahl für ein Bad auch und wir fühlten, dass jemand anderes hätte haben könnte verstärkte Vorteile mit diesem Aufbau auf ihrem Aufenthalt.

Liebe Aufenthalt im Bell. Recht im Gegensatz zu Tewkesbury Abbey, konnten Sie nicht um eine bessere Lage bitten. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auch hier ein echtes Bonus und die Lage ist nahe dem Severn Way Spaziergang, für Spaziergänge nach Deerhurst und darüber hinaus. Freundlich, engagierend, echten und manchmal Spaß, Service und Aufmerksamkeit von allen Mitarbeitern machten uns sehr willkommen. Das Frühstück war so wert und auch große Teile! Wir blieben auch für Abendessen eine Nacht ( hatte ein großer Indianer am Raj zweiten Abend) und waren so schön überrascht. Als ein “Pub-Kette” Hotel denken Sie manchmal, dass das Essen ziemlich blenden und Firmenspitze sein könnte, aber die Kochen hier wissen, was sie tun. So glücklich mit dem Essen. Ein oder zwei kleinen Krüppeln könnten der Verkehrslärm sein, denn unser Zimmer war auf der Straße ( so trug Ohrenschneider und feine) und das sehr weiche Bett, aber es war wirklich feine. Wir würden wahrscheinlich noch einmal bleiben, wenn wir in Zukunft diesen Weg durchlaufen würden.
