Ich benutzte dieses Hotel als Standort, die 24-Stunden-Check-in-Desk kam in echte Handy, als ich um 2 Uhr angekommen war. Zimmer war sauber, keine Probleme mit Lärm und ein gutes Spektrum von Einrichtungen. Personal war freundlich und professionell, schöne Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen. Ich werde sicher wieder auftauchen, hoffentlich habe ich mehr Zeit, um die Fitnesssuite zu benutzen. Das einzige, was mich beunruhigt hat, war die Parkgebühr, die ich nicht realisiert habe, also habe ich 7 Pfund für den Parkplatz an der Rezeption gezahlt, als ich ankam. Kommen Sie morgen, ich habe mich verpackt, ging zum Auto, und ging weg und die Gate-State muss ich 12 Pfund zahlen, um zu gehen. Ich muss dann von der Barriere abkehren, bevor jemand andere kommt, parken und gehen zurück zum Rezeption, um mir zu sagen, es ist ein Glitch und dass es nicht aufzuhören manchmal, das hat nur zu einem bereits engen Umdrehungszeiten Weise hinzugefügt. Have stayed here several times and usually have a good experience, except for the breakfast arrangements at the beefeater next door. On this occasion, we arrived with relatives in their 80s to find the rooms that had been refurbished and only completed that day, had no electricity. There was only one person on the desk, and it was a busy day in mid Dec. The poor girl fried frantically to get the electric working in both rooms, for over an hour, eventually moving us to other rooms on another floor, but again, no electric. We we're beginning to give up hope. Already feeling low as we were attending a younger relatives' funeral the next day. But after 90 minutes, she finally succeeded by using 2 key cards in the lighting slot, giving us light. Needless to say we were all tired and weary. To her credit she offered a refund for the cost of breakfast to compensate, and on feeding our experience back to Premier Inn, they also discounted the cost of the rooms. So we were happy with that, and generally we would stay here again. Our only other gripe is with the arrangement for breakfast in the beefeater accross the carpark. Having booked full English breakfast, that is what you expect. But being asked on arrival have you paid or not is poor practice, and would expect the booking in and restaurant services to be linked, so that question becomes mute. Then to go through each item in the English breakfast menu to be asked how many of each item is required is really unacceptable. I do hope they seriously explore a better way to greet and serve their customers. Most hotels would usually just ask your room number, which tells them if you have paid for breakfast or not, and then serve you the item as listed on the menu.

Der Service war sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich und effizient. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Auswahl an Frühstücksgerichten war ausgezeichnet und ich wurde als eine einzige Frau begrüßt und entspannt (das ist nicht immer der Fall in den Hotels auch heute). Ich genossen die Nutzung des Pools, der in der Nähe meines Zimmers liegt.

Die ganze Erfahrung war nach einer langen und erschöpfenden Reise so angenehm, zunächst mit großem Lächeln und einem warmen Willkommen zu begrüßen. Unsere Fragen wurden mit klaren Rat beantwortet, die gerade den Standard des zu folgenden festgelegt. Das Essen in der Bar-Zone war zu einem hohen Standard sowie der Service, es konnte einfach nicht fehlgeschlagen werden.Das Zimmer war geräumig und spotless mit einem frischen Duftbad. Das Frühstück war groß mit einer Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten, um für alle Geschmacksempfehlungen zu verpflegen. Dies ist und wird ein Ort, der auf unserer Liste hoch sein wird, um zu überprüfen.

The hotel itself is full of charm, with a beautiful setting and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was included both mornings and was a real highlight. It was such a refreshing change to have a cooked‑to‑order breakfast rather than a full buffet, while still being able to help ourselves to fruit, yoghurt, and pastries. Everything was fresh and delicious. We chose to dine at the hotel restaurant on both evenings, and the food was exceptional. The style is very much modern, refined cuisine, and both the duck and the stone bass were beautifully cooked and full of flavour. It felt special without being pretentious. The hotel also has a pub, which has a great atmosphere and adds to the overall charm of the place. Whether you want a relaxed drink or a cosy corner to unwind in, it’s a lovely space. Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to make sure everything was perfect. Their warmth really added to the experience. All in all, we had a truly lovely stay and would happily recommend The Bear of Rodborough to anyone visiting the Cotswolds. We’d love to return.

Everything about the hotel is amazing but the WiFi and network needs working on. Best hotel, Best location, close to the city centres, close to the bus station, close to the train station

The Mousetrap Inn proved to be an excellent choice for our recent getaway. The location is absolutely perfect – just a pleasant walk to the main town, giving us easy access to local attractions, shops, and restaurants while enjoying peaceful surroundings. What truly made our stay memorable was the genuinely friendly staff. From check-in to checkout, every team member was welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had everything needed. Their local knowledge and recommendations enhanced our entire visit. The included breakfast was a real highlight and exceptional value. Fresh, well-prepared options with plenty of variety kept us satisfied each morning before exploring. It's rare to find complimentary breakfast that actually exceeds expectations. The inn maintains a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that perfectly matches its charming name. Clean, comfortable accommodations combined with the convenient location made it easy to enjoy both tranquil relaxation and vibrant town center activities. Highly recommended for friendly service, great value, and ideal location.

Das Zimmer ist hygienisch zufrieden. Es gibt zwei Nächte, um jeden Abend zu bleiben. Der Ladenbesitzer bietet auch kostenloses Frühstück 🥰. Die geografische Lage ist bequem und bietet mehrere Touristenattraktionen in der Nähe, und es ist bequem, Kinder aus 㖞 zu nehmen.

Disappointed at first off when I found out I had to pay a further £5 for parking my car. First appearance was it seemed very dated. The room was ok, bed clean and comfortable, tea, coffee making facilities. TV was a limited on stations, but absolutely no WiFi or if there was it wasn’t available in my room. Noise from the next door room, and from upstairs in particular was unbearable, I think they must have been real heavyweights as every step across their room was vibrating down through my ceiling, and at one point sounded like they were jumping off the bed it was so loud, I actually thought they would be coming through. The bathroom had really seen better days, felt grubby, mould on the ceiling, plugs in both the bath and the sink were old and broken, and the bath itself had seen better days, but on a positive note the towels were clean. All in all I didn’t feel it was worth the £72 plus parking fees and wouldn’t recommend, unless you could get it for less than £40 Max.

Wir haben in diesem schönen Hotel für meinen 60. Geburtstag geblieben. Mit meiner Tochter. Die Ansichten sind atemberaubend und das Hotel selbst. Große Lage die Mitarbeiter sind sehr willkommen und freundlich. Es gibt viele Parkplätze , leider haben wir keine Chance, die Spa-Anlagen zu nutzen. Unser einziges negatives Ding war unser Zimmer, obwohl schön das Teppich ein paar Steine auf ihm hatte und unsere Fenster nicht leicht geöffnet , und der Eingang in unser Zimmer war sehr schmutzig, wir hatten ein Zimmer im Boden außerhalb des Hotels und für den Preis gegeben. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, nachdem wir diese Eleganz gesehen haben, mit dem Haupthotel und der Lobby usw. . Wir hatten auch ein Zimmer mit einem Badezimmer, das mehr für jemanden geeignet war, der mehr Unterstützung brauchte und obwohl es nichts falsch war, wäre es schön gewesen, eine Wahl für ein Bad auch und wir fühlten, dass jemand anderes hätte haben könnte verstärkte Vorteile mit diesem Aufbau auf ihrem Aufenthalt.
