Great service and breakfast, but noisy nights ruined our stay The hotel has a very central location, and the absolute highlight was the staff – incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. Unfortunately, one major downside significantly impacted our experience: the location of our room. It faced the main square in Östersund, which is surrounded by several bars. Although these venues were supposed to close around 22:00 or midnight, this was not enforced. On the weekends, one of the bars even operated as a nightclub. Because the room was very hot, we had to keep the window open during the night – but the noise from the square made it nearly impossible to sleep. Sadly, this meant very little rest during our main vacation, and as a result, we would not choose this hotel again for our next visit to Östersund.

Simple, clean, in convenient location. The fact that you need to bring your own bedsheet should be noted. Service hours of front desk are rather limited, but check in and check out via keybox worked well. Odd: as I checked in and out outside service hours, I couldn’t pay at the front desk. Should be no problem, as I had secured the booking with my credit card. Nonetheless the hotel requested payment by bank transfer instead of simply using the credit card already provided…

Clean room and bathroom. Restaurant very basic. No wine or beer and only very average buffet. No ala carte. However free tea and coffee with cookies!

In der Stadtzentrum der kleinen Stadt ist diese Stadt sehr klein und bevölkert 5-60,000 Menschen. Im Winter kann man Skifahren und das Licht sehen. Es sollten seltene chinesische Touristen wissen und hierher kommen.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr gut, praktisch, die Landschaft außerhalb des Balkons ist sehr einzigartig, das gesamte Hotel ist groß und sauber und sauber, die mit der Einrichtung ausgestatteten warmen Sauna ist einzigartig in dieser kleinen Stadt und das Frühstück ist auch sehr reichhaltig!
