Great staff. Rooms were clean, pool and whole pool area was clean, gaming area was also clean. That's a pretty hefty accomplishment, considering how messy some of the hotel ”guests” were. Food at the restaurants was pretty good. Definitely met my expectations. Restaurant staff was also top notch. We came solely for the kids to use the water park & they had a blast. Great hotel for young families. My only complaint is the beds were not very comfortable. The metal bed frames do not provide very good support at all.

North Dakota fühlt sich sehr lächerlich an. In einigen Kleinstädten gilt Bismarck als Hauptstadt. Es fühlt sich okay an. Ich erinnere mich nur, dass das Bett ziemlich groß und ruhig ist. Ich werde vorbeikommen.

Wir waren auf einer langen Straßenreise und verbrachten unsere letzte Nacht auf der Straße hier. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig, und bequem gelegen in der Nähe des Parkplatzes für die Beförderung von Taschen in unser Zimmer. Frühstück bei Denny’s war eine nette Zusätzlichkeit zu unserem Aufenthalt. Wir werden hier zurückkehren, wenn wir in der Region sind.

The service was super friendly - we had our two small children at the free breakfast (amazing btw) and they gave us a bag of books to look through - each child got to take one home! Pool & hot tub were clean and we had it all to ourselves.
Big suite with two bedrooms, fold out couch for the kids and everyone had their own tv. Will definitely visit again.

DDebra HDer vorderen Eingang des Hotels war schön - wow große Sitzbereich mit Tische und Stühlen und sah aus wie eine Bar- nicht sicher, wofür sie das verwenden.
Personal bei der Eincheckung schön!
Großes Zimmer, viel Platz für Gepäck. Großes Badezimmer. Eishersteller im Kühlschrank. Sehr schönes Sofa, das auch ein Bett versteckt war!
Die Tapete war leicht braun, die jede Farbe zeigt. Kann ich eine mittlere/ dunkle Braun vorschlagen, wenn Sie über die Ersetzung denken. Ich nehme immer meine Schuhe an der Tür aus, aber ich denke, es passiert und die Tapete schmutzig wird. Arme Reinigungspersonal. Ich bin sicher, dass die Tappet sauber war, wie das Zimmer gerade gefärbt. Oh, gut.
Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Und entschuldigt für die wenigen Artikel auf dem Grab und gehen.
Die Website sagte kostenlos Frühstück für 4; aber.... Grab und gehen Frühstück aber nicht viel - Granola Bar, wenige kleine Muffins, Kaffee, Tee, warme Schokolade. Einige Packungen von instant Oatmeal aber vermuten Sie, Sie würden einen Kaffee-Kopf verwenden? Keine Milch, sondern Kaffee Creme.
Das Zimmer war großartig und ich würde wahrscheinlich nochmal dort bleiben. Für alle Hotels auf Ihrer Website wäre es schön zu wissen, wie zu wissen oder eine bessere Angabe der Frühstücksverfügbarkeit - das Mindeste, das eine Mindeststücke oder wenn nicht dann kein Frühstück angeboten werden würde .

GGastnutzerWe ended up booking this place, but due to some car troubles we arrived late. I had called previously knowing that I would be late on arrival and making sure my reservation that I prepaid for would still be available. I was told by the receptionist that the room would be available upon my late arrival. When we arrived there was no one at the front desk to check us in and an attendant who helps maintain the property showed up. Apparently, the reservation was cancelled which made me upset. They had to call around and ask to instruct the attendant how to find my previous reservation and get me checked into a room, which took a while. The room was fine. It was nice they had a complimentary destination charger which you needed a code for in order to use.

GGastnutzerThis hotel was fantastic from the moment I walked in the door. They were able to get me a room on the bottom floor away from the elevator & near a side door for my dogs. This hotel had fresh coffee all day, a little store to shop in & our room was sparkling clean without a speck of dust (ours was Courtesey of Yvonne). The Hotel was very very quiet, staff were very friendly, kind and helpful when we had to unexpectedly book for a second night due to bad weather. I can't even begin to express how thankful we are that we were able to stay in the same room. Thank you Yvonne from room 115 12/27 & 12/28

RRealRedBaronDer Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut. Große Lage, nahezu alles. Der Warmwassertube funktionierte nur 1 von 4 Tagen, die wir dort waren, und der Pool, den ich für wärmer fühlte, aber meine Frau sagte, es war am letzten Tag am Morgenschwimmen. Das Hotel hatte während unseres Aufenthalts minimal Personal, aber ich habe immer noch das, was ich brauchte, als ich angerufen habe, so dass das war schön.
TIPS:
- Zimmer brauchen mehr (oder größere) Gepäckbänke.
- Zimmer brauchen einen Recycling-Bin.
- Das Hotel braucht mehr Müll und Recycling-Bins auf jedem Stock. So zum Beispiel an jedem Aufzug, in der Nähe der Eis-/Wassermaschine, Hauptbodeneingang (in und aus).
- Das Hotel braucht Recycling-Bins auf jeder Etage.

JJanet MaryRoom was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room next to us had a very inconsiderate person in it. He had his tv on quite loud. It was hard to hear our TV. This continued throughout the entire night. I finally called the front desk at 1:00 am to ask if they could do anything about it. She said all she could do was to try and call the room. This obviously didn't work as the sound was on alll through the night and was still on when we left at 8:00 am. I talked to the front desk and all she said was that she was very sorry about it. Very frustrating!

GGastnutzerOverall a good stay. Parking in the ramp is a breeze. Downtown location is convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the complimentary bathroom amenities, they are different from the usual hotel stay. Tasteful decor.
The carpet in our room is worn and had a big stain. Bathroom tile could use a good steam as the grout is quite black.

GGastnutzerAnna war sehr angenehm und freundlich. Sauberkeit war nicht großartig. Hinter unserem Toilette sah aus, als wäre sie nie gereinigt worden. Sie können ihnen einfach Handtücher zu den Schranken hinzufügen, ohne jemals zu zerstören. Wir ziehen das Bett zurück, als wir ankamen, um zu sehen, ob die Blätter gesäubert wurden und es gab eine Wachse von gedrehten Haaren am Fuß des Bettes innerhalb der Decken.

was wet. The entrance was slippery (lots of snowy shoes coming in and out). The hot tub was minimal but pleasant. The pool towels were pretty thin.
The personnel were helpful and friendly.
