This hotel is beautiful, the bedroom is stunning clean and well kept , the bed is just something else soooo comfortable I didn't want to leave and neither did my child , breakfast was a lovely spread , even had take out cups incase you wanted to take a brew out with you , only slight thing that I didn't like was I took my Amazon stick and tried to plug it in and watch it but it would world due to how the TV is programmed to the hotel apart from that everything was fabulous

Ich musste zu Beginn etwas warten, da meine Buchung aus irgendeinem Grund nicht auf ihrem System zeigte. Allerdings wurde mir ein verbessertes Zimmer aufgrund dieser. Das erste Zimmer schmelzte Cannabis und die Kante des Bettes Metallstücks war mit Dusche gel halb leer. Deshalb wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer gegeben, das in hervorragendem Zustand war, es war viel größere mit einem massiven TV-Bildschirm. Das Badezimmer dieses Hotels hatte auch einen Haartrockner und einen Haarauszug. Sie hatten auch einen Eisenbänk. Die Person am Rezeption war sehr freundlich, lächelte unabhängig davon, was und bot sogar Tee, während ich wartete. Einige der Zimmer hatten gute Aussichten zum Beispiel, Sie könnten das Leicester-Rad sehen.

Hotel was lovely. We stayed here and headed into Alton towers which was just an hour from hotel. Local village pubs in burbage were nice. Hotel was clean. Hotel bar was great and resturant was also very nice.

Zimmer sind geräumig, Bed was comfortable, Frühstück war gut mit schöner Auswahl. Bar-Bereich hat gute Bier auf Trage. Es ist nicht in der Nähe der Stadt entre das ist das einzige, was Sie brauchen, um zu warten, aber ich würde wieder bleiben.

Sehr gute Lage, gerade in der Mitte des Zentrums und Einkaufsstraßen. Auch in der Nähe der Bahnhof mit einem 10-minütigen Spaziergang. Allerdings ist die Frühlingsmatte im Zimmer drahtlos und nicht bequem zum Schlafen.

I had issues with the date so wasn't able to travel during the said booked time. I would like to give a special thanks to the lady I spoke to on phone who was really considerate and listened to me (I called several times) and arranged another day convenient for me. The room was nice but the walls were very thin due to which when people were playing music we could hear it in ours till 2am in the morning. Although they quickly responded when complained but the walls should be thicker so that people can enjoy their stay when they paid so much in a good hotel!

Loved this hotel was so reasonably priced was really pleasantly surprised beautiful clean room hot water was piping so was able to have lovely bath .. went on a freezing cold evening in feb but the heating was on the whole time was very hot and cozy .. lovely hotel would definitely recommend.. breakfast and all the staff excellent

Das Hotel ist schön, ein wenig verabredet, aber alles war sauber und gemütlich. Keine Bar oder Restaurant für den Abend, aber wir gingen zum Abendessen aus und sie haben uns eine Flasche Wein von hinter der Bar geholt. Nur die große Frage war die Matratze im Zimmer, es gab im Grunde ein Loch auf einer Seite und beide Seiten waren so verkleidet es war lustig. Hatte ich mehr als £56 bezahlt hätte ich um eine Zimmerbewegung gebeten
