Ein Mädchen, das die Zimmer veränderte, sah mich mit meinem Gepäck kämpfen und beschleunigte mich, es zu der Haupttür für mich zu bringen, die ich wirklich geschätzt habe. Das Zimmer war sauber und ausreichend, aber unser Aufenthalt war etwas zerstört, als wir entdeckten, dass die Dusche auf extrem heiß war.. zu heiß, um Temperatur zu verwenden, so dass wir uns mit der Waschung im Waschbecken zufriedenstellen mussten, das wir nicht geschätzt haben.

Fair & Honest.   Negatives - 1) room (single with double bed) too small. 2) bar staff (gent) too cocky let the team down 3) no comeback when they checked my room out for cigarette smoke (from designated outside smoking area).    Positives -1) entertainment 1st class 2) all staff have obviously been well trained on how to respect customers.  3) very friendly holiday makers hotel  4) location

We had an amazing time this weekend. The kids loved the fact there were 3 TVs and 2 bathrooms, a swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room. The facilities were great. So much space to chill out and to sit and eat. An amazing last minute find. Free parking and so close to the shops and beach.

First time using Holiday Inn Good things are Spacious room with great standard Comfortable and clean bed & pillows , and towels ( a big and a small for one person each ) Has kettle and tea/ coffee with treats ( biscuits) Has a hair dryer and an iron with an iron board inside the wardrobe. It has a round table and a sofa chair on top of a worktop table and chair . It has a small gym , a swimming pool and jacuzzi . Can include breakfast and dinner ( has restaurant) and can order to the room ( room service) I only brought bed and breakfast and breakfast is great choices and plenty. Even for gluten free options! Bad things Hotel lift has broken and put me on 3rd floor but I can request the staff to give me on the ground floor ( said last room / no other choice) twin room . It is better to write the request that in the event of lifts are not working to give ground floor or lower floor. Kettle has no sieve ( may be broken before me. ) The sofa chair has a stain before me . Overall very good service and great room and has good facilities.

Very clean room. Amenities were excellent and staff helpful. Despite emails suggesting I needed an app for the key to the property I was provided with a key card, which I preferred. Excellent value.

Holiday Inn Preston, ein IHG-Hotel im Stadtzentrum von Preston, in der Nähe des Einkaufszentrums und des Busbahnhofs. Sauberes und ordentliches Zimmer mit bequemem Schaumstoff, das Personal ist professionell und freundlich, das Einchecken verlief reibungslos. Ich würde es definitiv meinen Freunden und meiner Familie empfehlen und wiederkommen. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen, es gibt viel Auswahl und schmeckt gut.

Perfekte Lage für meine Bedürfnisse , wirklich freundliches Personal , schönes warmes Zimmer , wirklich glücklich mit meiner Wahl wird definitiv zurückkommen, wenn ich dieses Gebiet noch einmal besuchen muss

Im Barton Manor Hotel und Spa mit meiner Tochter....wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit....von der Ankunft zum Verlassen des Personals kann nicht genug für Sie tun...das Frühstück ist wirklich nett...wir haben nicht im Restaurant für Abendessen gebucht, aber ich wurde von anderen Gästen erzählt ...dass das Restaurantsgericht lecker war. Wir werden sicherlich zurückgehen .
