I stayed for a week , room heating worked well / shower pressure good & hot , body wash /shampoo / conditioner supplied & reasonable quality ,cleaning staff excellent
( everyday ) electric kettle in room , bed comfortable , breakfast very good , staff helpful enough when required , AMAZING patisserie just across the road as well as good donor store ..great hotel for very cheap price ! Will definitely stay there again if needing to be in famagusta again …

The overall stay was very nice. We've been there twice, hope to come again in the coming months and years.
We've seen some known faces from the last year, very smiley and approachable receptionist, I think it was Fotini.
Restaurant is very nice too, staff attentive, great job done with renovation of it. Gym is good too, so is the swimming pool.

Bequem sauber, alles, was Sie essen müssen. Wichtige Nuancen in der Siedlung: finden Sie, wie man den Kühlschrank wechseln und den Wasserheizer wechseln. Aber ich habe einen wunderbaren Nachbar, der alles erzählt hat. Aber Reepshen ist immer auf der Verbindung, gut! Alles super! Wir kommen wieder, das Komplex ist bequem.

Good stay overall. Very friendly European chap welcomed me, gave me my key and wifi. Explained everything clearly. Very nice pool area tbh punching above its weight.
Room is VERY basic though. Take if you are looking for a relatively budget option or not planning to use the room much.

Die Lage war großartig, nahe mehreren Stränden. Es gibt einen Shuttle, der Ihnen einen Fahrt zum nächsten geben kann, aber leider war während meines Aufenthalts aus dem Dienst - ich empfehle Konnos und Fig Tree Strände, die etwas weiter sind. Die Spa-Dienste (z. B. Massage, Exfoliation & Hydratation usw.) waren sehr unterwältigend und nicht wertvoll. Das Badezimmer hatte die Haarstriche des vorherigen Gästes auf der Duschewand und die Schicht in den Fliesen - eine Person wurde nach einem Anruf an die Rezeption zu “reinigen” gesandt. Andererseits war das Frühstück groß und inklusive. Der Pool war schön und die Bar war direkt neben ihm mit Getränken und schnellen Snacks (z. B. Salat, Clubsandwiches, Würfel usw.). Parkplatz war auch erreichbar und einfach.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, aber die Sauberkeit und Spa-Dienste sollten wirklich von der Einrichtung aus gezielt gepflegt werden.

Bis auf einen sehr unangenehmen Zwischenfall war alles großartig. Eines Abends schliefen meine Frau und mein zweijähriges Kind im Zimmer und mein Freund und ich tranken noch einen Drink in der Lobby. Gegen Mitternacht rief mich meine Frau an und sagte, zwei Männer seien ins Zimmer gekommen und hätten schreiend alle Lichter angemacht und das Baby aufgeweckt, das genauso verstört war wie meine Frau. Die Schlüssel zu unserem Zimmer funktionierten nicht mehr. Ich ging zur Rezeption, sichtlich erschüttert von dem Zwischenfall, denn es kann alles passieren, wenn fremde Männer mitten in der Nacht Zutritt zu Ihrem Zimmer erhalten - man entschuldigte sich schnell und sagte, es sei ein Fehler gewesen, dass sie unser Zimmer jemand anderem gegeben hätten. Bei einem 5-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich nicht mit einem so schwerwiegenden Fehler gerechnet und hätte mir eine etwas ausführlichere Entschuldigung als Wiedergutmachung für den Zwischenfall erwartet.

I really enjoyed my stay at Caesar blue resort😍👌🏽 There service was superb. Environment was clean and conducive plus the have several fun sites specially the water park. Generally i had a wonderful time there. I highly recommend ❤️

Großartig
DDenise KSTMe and my mum stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Two of the main reasons I booked this hotel were because of its excellent location and they have front sea view room available on the dates I wanted.
Let’s talk about the positive first. The seaview in our room was amazing and the location was perfect. Easy to go around, restaurants and bars and grocery are all walking distance. Bus 101 and 102 right next to the hotel can take us to all the tourist attractions nearby.
The balcony door was so soundproof that despite located in the middle of the center, we barely hear anything once the door was closed.
They did surprise us with a compliment bottle of champagne when we arrived as I mentioned that it was my mum’s birthday trip.
It is definitely a family oriented hotel if you have kids with you. They did have some sort of program daily for the kids to join and having a calm white sand beach right in front of the hotel is definitely something you want to have when travelling with kids.
Now comes to the negative. First of all, the service was definitely not I would expect from a 5 stars hotel. We arrived with a taxi, there was two bellboy approached our taxi which I thought they would helped with our luggage as we were all female including the taxi driver. However the older bellboy just stand there when me and the taxi driver were unloading the luggage from the taxi. He was literally right next to me and watched me struggle a bit with the luggage and did not even lift a finger. The older guy then told the younger one to take our luggage to the lobby after me and the driver unloaded it from the taxi. Honestly I found it quite unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel.
The receptionist that greeted us was nice and she gave me all the information I needed and brought us a welcome drink which it did immediately make me feel better.
The room was definitely dated, no toothbrush or cotton bud and cotton pads were presented in the room. Only shower gel and shampoo was provided ( no actual conditioner). It was fine for us as we always carry and use our own but I would expect those amenity to be already present in the room of a 5 stars hotel. Bed was extremely soft but we did not end up with back pain waking up so I think it was fine. All in all , the room was definitely not posh or what one might expect from a 5 stars hotel.
Then when we tried to reserve for the sunbed, there was not much available so we ended up on the grass but not next to the pool but I guess that’s just our luck and the hotel was pretty packed so can’t do much about it.
Breakfast in the hotel was ok. Quality was fair. Same food everyday. Freddo coffee is not included apparently. Service at the breakfast was 50/50. There were staffs that were smiling and greeting us and even remembering us ( all were from south Asian) and there were staffs with a poker face and just come collect our plate without even asking us if we still was eating. One Manager just stand there observing with a kind of upset face and zero interaction with customers. Another was annoyed by the staffs as some seem to not knowing which area they should be working in. As someone that works in hospitality I could sense that it was not a happy environment to work in. It seems like they were hiring inexperienced staffs and provide them only basic training at the peak season just so they can deal with the high amount of customers. The tension was high and even the customer can feel it looking at their interactions. By 10:30am they would try to collect everything on the table even you might still be working on the breakfast as they have to prepare for the lunch hour for the all inclusive plan customers.
I would not say it was a bad stay. I still did enjoy my time there in this hotel. However I think the hotel did not quite meet the standard of a 5 stars hotel.
Next time when I go back, I would tried their other sister hotel—sunrise pearl/ sunrise jade as they do look more posh and new.

We’ve just had the most incredible stay at Oasis Sunrise. Every single staff member has been amazing so friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our holiday special. From the restaurant team constantly keeping everything spotless and clearing plates so efficiently, to the entertainment and bar staff who truly made the experience unforgettable, we couldn’t have asked for more.
The food has been some of the best we’ve ever had in a hotel, with so much variety and consistently high quality. As well as great food at the hotel they also give you the option to dine out of the hotel twice during our 5 night stay at a choice of 4 different restaurants on the strip which was about a 5 minute walk, we visited the Lemongrass Asian restaurant and the Marcello’s Italian restaurant and the food at both these restaurants were really high quality and again the staff were lovely
Although every staff member we met was wonderful, we’d love to give a special mention to a few who really stood out:
• Nisan and Roy at the main bar – always so welcoming, attentive, and full of energy.
• Raj at the pool bar – brilliant service and such a friendly presence.
• Raj on the door – he made us smile every single evening, especially dancing along with the kids’ disco.
• Tunder, Martin, and Oliver from the entertainment team – honestly some of the best hotel entertainment we’ve ever experienced.
• Tracy at reception – always cheerful, helpful, and happy to assist with anything.
The whole team at Oasis Sunrise made our holiday one to remember. We can’t thank them enough and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic, welcoming, and fun-filled stay.

IIkuo MMy Best Hotel Experience!
Here are the things I loved:
* The room was clean.
* The pool was excellent in both quality and atmosphere.
* I didn't have breakfast, but it was affordable, even cheaper than surrounding restaurants.
* The presence of muscular security guards made me feel safe.
* The location was excellent, making it convenient to go anywhere.
A special mention: I was in a difficult situation because I only had Japanese Yen and couldn't pay for the bus. A female staff member helped me out by giving me Euro. I'm truly grateful for her kindness. I want to express my deepest respect and thanks to her in this comment section.
I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

AAnči K.I give high recommendation to Milea hotel! The location is just perfect, down the street is beautiful long and wide Pantachou beach, bus stops and supermarkets are also within 100m, rooms are clean, simple and modern, with just everything you need. Beds are comfortable, balconies (specially with inland view) are also super chill, calm and not noisy during night, eventhough it's in the center of Ayia Napa. Breakfast is amazing, with varieties of food, drinks, coffees, fruits... Stuff was always trying to be as helpful as they could, and dear receptionist Antonia on the day of our arrival managed to change our original room to the higher floor, despite the hotel was fully booked. Also, hotel's lobby is so well air-conditioned with modern and cool ambient where you can always chill and rest for a while. One very pleasant experience.

GGastnutzerWo unser Zimmer liegt, bedeutete es, dass wir die sehr lauten Bars über den Streifen jeden Abend hatten. Die meisten Bars waren Karaoke oder freundliche Handlungen mit Kunden, die zusammen singen, so dass sogar mit der Balkontür geschlossen Sie es hören konnten, als ob Sie da waren!! Ich persönlich mag die Sonnenbäder nicht auf dem Gras, bekommen feine Füße und Sonnenbäder. Wegen der Menschen, die in und aus dem Pool gehen, beginnen Sie zu schmutzigen Patches. Die Sonnenschirme sind nicht beweglich und die Sonnenbetten sind ziemlich in so wenig Raum verpackt, um Ihr Sonnenbett in die Schatten zu bewegen. Essen war großartig. Barpersonal sehr freundlich. Lifts sind zu klein für ein solches großes Hotel, so warten Sie auf einen Aufzug. Wir endeten am Strand die meisten Tage, schön sauberer Strand. günstig zu Sonnebetten für den Tag.
