The main reason I booked this hotel was because it is part of an international hotel chain and is rated as a 4-star property. However, I was very surprised by the building condition and the quality of the renovations. What made this even more disappointing is that the hotel has been open for less than a year. Given that it is a newly opened property, I expected everything to be in excellent condition. Instead, I felt that the hotel was not fully completed and may have been opened in a rush. There were still many areas that appeared unfinished and in need of touch-ups and further renovation work. Another issue was the shower’s hot water supply, which was very unstable. Even after setting the temperature to a comfortable level, the water would frequently fluctuate between hot and cold without warning. At times, it became unexpectedly too hot or too cold, making the shower experience quite unpleasant. Overall, my stay was disappointing. The hotel’s condition and facilities did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star international hotel, especially one that has been operating for less than a year.

The price is very reasonable, even quite affordable considering the room is very nice, modern, and clean. It was very comfortable to sleep here, especially because the air conditioning was cold and worked well. The amenities were complete, and we were also allowed a late check-out until 1 pm. Free parking is available for guests, and the service was good. The only minor downside was that the water pressure in the bathroom was not very strong. Other than that, it was a nice experience. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Pontianak.

The man on frontdesk so low attitude , and mood swing , haven't a good hospitality ; the room is large but a little old , the hotel located in central of the city ; near with coffee street , ”Ligo” supermarket walking around 10 minutes, and flamboyan traditional market nearest by walking 5 minutes 😊 overall the breakfast so good simple but complete •

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is clean and well-maintained, and we absolutely loved the welcoming vibes created by the friendly staff. The location is very convenient, and the view from the 19th floor was truly spectacular – a highlight of our visit. The only downside was the lack of a hair dryer, which would have been a helpful addition. Overall, a great experience, and we would recommend it to others!

Der Punktabzug ist für das Bett: die Linen wurden frisch gemacht, aber sie hatten sichtbare Farben, und die Matratzen unterhalb wurden klar bedeckt – Hier muss das Hotel dringend seine Qualitätsstandards verbessern. Mit einem Spotless-Bett und einer renovierten oder gründlich gereinigten Matratzen wäre diese Eigenschaft für mich leicht eine 5‑Stern-Wahl innerhalb ihrer Kategorie.

Secara keseluruhan sudah bagus tetapi untuk kamar yang sudah di isi oleh pengunjung tolong didata kembali karena saya mengalami kejadian yg kurang mengenakkan dimana seorang pengunjung diberikan nomor kamar yang sama dengan saya, dan pengunjung membuka paksa pintu kamar saya sehingga saya terganggu dengan hal tersebut, tolong perbaiki lagi untuk pendataan kamar yg sudah terisi

The hotel has seen better days and so obviously by the damp patches, rotting wood, missing roofs, shabby towels hasn’t been maintained or looked after. It’s such a shame because the location on the water is amazing. Jemmy in reception was great connecting us up with the head ranger for a jungle trek and organising motorbike hire. Breakfast was ok - again a bit tired and lacking variety. Also there’s no hot water in most of the rooms. It’s the only place to stay in Sukadana which is a beautiful place to explore.
