Dritte Swiss Belinn-Kette, in der ich übernachtet habe. Die Lage ist neben einem Einkaufszentrum. Alle Speisen zum Ausprobieren. Das Einchecken ging schnell. Die Lobby ist komfortabel und hat einen Sitzbereich im Freien. Die Aussicht von meinem Zimmer auf die Berge war großartig. Das Zimmer war mit Teppichboden ausgelegt, die Raumaufteilung war gut, mit heißer, starker Dusche. Der Swimmingpool ist klein, hauptsächlich für Kinder, aber die Aussicht ist großartig. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen an eine Swiss Belinn-Kette. Nicht viel Auswahl und mein Wunsch nach einem weichgekochten Ei wurde hartgekocht.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The service was truly excellent, from the security staff to the reception team and concierge, everyone was kind, professional, and very helpful. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink and were even allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. The security staff were especially friendly, helping us with our luggage and opening the car door for us. It truly a five-star service. The room was very comfortable, the bed, lighting, and overall ambience were excellent. What I loved most was the strong water pressure in the shower, which made it very comfortable and enjoyable. In terms of location, it’s quite convenient, close to Gaia Mall and the airport.

The man on frontdesk so low attitude , and mood swing , haven't a good hospitality ; the room is large but a little old , the hotel located in central of the city ; near with coffee street , ”Ligo” supermarket walking around 10 minutes, and flamboyan traditional market nearest by walking 5 minutes 😊 overall the breakfast so good simple but complete •

The shops situated opposite the entrance & exit of the hotel play very very loud music until 3.00 a.m. We hardly slept on the first night. However, we moved to another room which was facing the swimming pool on the second night and it was very peaceful. Personally, I don't like the switches in the rooms. There should be more switches for guests to control the brightness of the rooms and the bathrooms. Currently, the room is either very bright or I can turn on 2 wall lights (very dim) + 1 night light. The Foyer and Reading switches don't work. For the bathroom, one switch controls all the lights in the bathroom & exhaust fan. Therefore, it's either very bright in the bathroom + noisy exhaust fan or total darkness. I like to see more switches for guests to control the brightness in the rooms and bathrooms. Nevertheless, this is a very beautiful hotel with very friendly staffs. I will definitely come back and stay when I come back to Pontianak.

+ Location is great. Near the city center & surrounded by a lot of cafes, restaurant, supermarket, food places, etc + Room is big. + The breakfast is amazing. I like it - The cleanliness is not too good. The cleaning service must pay more attention about this. Overall, I like staying in this hotel. I will come back again.

Bewertung: 4 von 5 Sternen HARRIS Hotel Pontianak zeichnet sich mit einer guten Lage, freundlichem Personal und einem insgesamt festen Paket aus. Die öffentlichen Bereiche sehen modern und gut gepflegt aus, und sowohl ‑in als auch ‑out waren effizient und hilfreich. Der Punktabzug ist für das Bett: die Linen wurden frisch gemacht, aber sie hatten sichtbare Farben, und die Matratzen unterhalb wurden klar bedeckt – Hier muss das Hotel dringend seine Qualitätsstandards verbessern. Mit einem Spotless-Bett und einer renovierten oder gründlich gereinigten Matratzen wäre diese Eigenschaft für mich leicht eine 5‑Stern-Wahl innerhalb ihrer Kategorie.

I have fond memories when staying at Aston Hotels as the service staff are always polite & smiling. Always going out of their way to please. However, I observed that the premises are normally on the older properties, albeit they try their best to keep clean & that the hot/water works well. I commend the front desk & the concierge personnel for their cheerful demeanour & eager smiles. It's near to the nice local produce shop for fruits & packed gifts goods of Pontianak which I bought for home.

Als der erste Tag den Ausfluss des Klimaanlages plötzlich der Klimaanlage nicht kalt war, aber sofort das Zimmer wechselte und ************* sehr zufrieden mit sauberem Kalt und guter Service sowie der Empfangsperson

This is a nice hotel but unfortunately it is extremely noisy. There should be signs to say that there are quiet hours. So many other guests were making noise in the corridors at all hours of the day and night. The WiFi is good and the restaurant is handy.

Der Service muss wirklich verbessert werden, der Raumreinigungsantrag muss mehrmals gefragt werden, bevor es getan wird & die Ergebnisse sind auch nicht zufriedenstellend, Der Klimaanlage ist nicht kalt, es wurde von der Ingenieur geprüft und sie versprach es zu ersetzen mit ein anderes Zimmer, aber wartete bis die Auscheckung bis 2 N nicht erfüllt war. Das Frühstück ist ziemlich komplett und lecker, das Menü ändert sich jeden Tag.
