Hotels mit Pool in Gouvernement Aqaba, Jordanien

Das Hotel war gut und gut gepflegt (außer dem Fitnesscenter) mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Wenn Sie nach einem Pool-Lounge-Hotel suchen, gibt es bessere Optionen innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu Fuß, da dieses Hotel einen kleinen Pool hatte. Der Fitnessraum wurde nicht sehr gut mit Gewichten überall gehalten und die Ausrüstung selbst hätte besser sein können.

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

Everything was good and ok except that when I arrived to the hotel around 10:00 pm no body was there I had to go next door to the pharmacy to ask if the reception was open or if I had to call someone to check in , the pharmacy employee had to go inside the hotels office to find someone after 15 minutes someone came in

Ein Nacht. Gutes Strandhotel. Touristen sind wenig, wahrscheinlich aufgrund der Nähe Israels. Ihr Alkohol kann nicht transportiert werden, sie haben im Hotel. Zum Vergleich - eine Flasche von Schüttelwein im Laden kostet 12-15 Dinar, im Hotel - 60! Trink unter der Schleife des Hotels). Sie können zustimmen, aber nur, wenn sie etwas haben. Ja, es ist ok. Frühstück ist gut, große Wahl. Abendessen ging aus dem Hotelbereich.

كل شيء على مايرام ولكن واجهة مشكلة بعدم توفير المتطلبات مثلا تواصلت الصباح مع موظف الاستقبال وطلبت تنظيف الغرفة وتبديل الحذاء (تم التنظيف لكن لم يتم توفير الحذاء) في المساء طلبت توفير الحذاء واجاب الموظف ((حالا)) ولم يتم توفير طلبي

Das Hotel ist schön und riesig, aber die Schwimmbads sind sehr klein und nicht genießbar, und der Meeresstrand ist sehr klein. Das Personal ist wunderbar und hilfreich.

This hotel under major renovation, the room is outdated, not clean for sure, I checked in and I was super tired after 12 hours of flight all the sudden falling asleep right away when I wake up to use the bathroom I find out it’s full of urine and the shower full of see sand, I called the room service at 3 morning and I asked them to clean it especially I wasn’t able to use the bathroom, I had to clean it my self, since they ignored me, the breakfast was great has a lot  of different selection, over all I give it 4out of 10 I can’t believe it has the intercontinental franchise.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel Alena in Aqaba. Von dem Moment, als wir ankamen, war das Personal unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie erlaubten uns frühzeitig zu prüfen und sogar uns auf ein geräumigeres Zimmer upgradiert, was eine wunderbare Überraschung war! Die Lage des Hotels ist perfektAlles ist in der Nähe von Spaziergängen, einschließlich Restaurants, Geschäfte und Hauptattraktionen der Stadt. Die Sauberkeit, Komfort und außergewöhnliche Service machten unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genießbar. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel sehr und werden sicherlich bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Aqaba wieder hier bleiben!

Ein exzellentes, gemütliches kleines Hotel. Alles ist neu, und das Personal achtet sehr auf Sauberkeit. Das Riff ist wunderschön und man kann dort tauchen. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich. Das Abendessen wird als Buffet für 15 Dinar angeboten, und mittags kann man à la carte bestellen. Und das ist wahrscheinlich das größte Manko des Hotels: Es gibt kaum Ausflugsziele; die nächste Stadt ist 30 Gehminuten entfernt. Ein Taxi nach Aqaba kostet 8-10 Dinar. Im Hotel gibt es keinen Alkohol! ABER das Hotel bietet einen Hin- und Rücktransport zum Spirituosenladen für 10 Dinar an, wo man Alkohol kaufen und ihn völlig legal im Hotel konsumieren kann. Man kommt mit einer Flasche Wein zum Abendessen, und der Kellner bringt sofort einen Eisbehälter und Gläser. Sehr praktisch! Es gibt immer Liegestühle, einen großen, tiefen Pool und einen Whirlpool! Das Personal ist ausgezeichnet, und vielen Dank an die Managerin Svetlana!

Роскошный отель! Свежий ремонт и обстановка! Запах отеля - восторг! Потрясающее качество постельного белья и есть выбор подушек. Классный пляж с белым песком, но вода освежающая. Потрясающие завтраки и ужины в ресторане. Тирамиссу лучше , чем на родине десерта:) была ситуация когда понадобился градусник, а на помощь подошел медик отеля, провел короткий осмотр.
