I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable visit, though unfortunately, there was a stain on my pillow when I checked in. Navigating the hotel with suitcases was also terribly inconvenient; my room was on the third floor, but access was poor, even with the elevator. The staff were unhelpful—no one greets you when you walk in. They are busy with ”more important” things, like pretending to work at their computer screens. The service was nonexistent. There was a small gym where you could get a basic workout in. The room had a great shower with good water pressure and clean water. Location-wise, you can even walk to Tesco. To get to the airport, you need to order a taxi or take the bus—it’s just a one-stop ride.

Es ist nicht so gut wie erwartet. Es ist nur eine Burgruine. Es ist nicht mit den Schlosshotels in Schottland zu vergleichen. Die Zimmer sind nicht schlecht und die Einrichtungen und Ausstattung sind recht gut. Tucao über das Abendessen, es wird gesagt, dass es Michelin-Niveau ist, aber vom Service bis zu den Gerichten kann es nicht stehen, sehr enttäuschendes Essen.

Freundlicher Empfang. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir checkten abends ein und waren daher müde. Das Hotel wirkte auch etwas abgewohnt – es hatte schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Da wir im Erdgeschoss wohnten, fühlten wir uns nachts nicht sicher, das Fenster zu öffnen. Wir drehten den Heizkörper ab, um das Zimmer zum Schlafen abzukühlen. Es war eine stickige Nacht, aber für die Umstände gut. Bequemes, sauberes Bett. Das blinkende grüne Licht des Rauchmelders war nervig, aber ich konnte trotzdem weiterschlafen. Das Frühstück war okay – etwas enttäuschend. Die Würstchen waren nur mittelmäßig. Das Rührei war etwas gummiartig. Die Champignons waren trocken und geschmacklos. Speck und gebratenes Brot waren gut. Toast, Aufstriche und der Heißgetränkeautomat waren in Ordnung. Schade, dass wir keinen frisch gepressten Kaffee aus dem Automaten mit aufs Zimmer nehmen konnten … es hing ein Schild, dass dies nicht erlaubt sei. Das Badezimmer war wie erwartet einfach ausgestattet, mit einer Dusche mit reichlich heißem Wasser – super! Als wir abreisten, war niemand an der Rezeption … es gab einen Briefkasten für den Zimmerschlüssel.

Im höchsten Stock in einem einzigen Zimmer. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt, aber ein paar geringfügige Verbesserungen würden die Erfahrung viel besser machen. Eine der Balkontüren hatte Kondensation zwischen dem Doppelglas gefangen, wäre gut, wenn das sortiert wurde. Die Blinde auf derselben Tür wurde beschädigt. Es gab einen etwas seltsamen Geruch im Zimmer. Ein Diffuser würde wahrscheinlich das sortieren. Die Fernbedienungen für die Fernsehsender waren fehl und die Innenfläche der Mikrowelle wurde nicht richtig gereinigt. Es gab auch keinen Schlüssel für die Balkontür, so konnte sie nicht verriegelt werden. Ich war nicht wirklich besorgt darüber, weil der Balkon nicht ohne jemanden zugänglich ist, der es auf die Außenwände schnurrt. Das Hotel ist jedoch ein schönes Gebäude in einer schönen Landschaft. Die junge Frau auf der Rezeption war wunderschön - geben Sie ihr einen Lohnaufschlag! Wahrscheinlich würde wieder bleiben.

We (couple in their 60’s) booked a Friday to Sunday, 2 night break over the August bank holiday weekend. First time at this hotel, we felt it was very good for us. The premises are a little tired but the owners are looking to develop the site over the next year. The welcome by the Receptionist was warm, and he provided a room on the ground floor which had good space and adequate facilities. We heard a few floorboard creaks from the room above, and the stairs which were near our room, but nothing horrendous. Breakfast was okay but basic, and not a great deal of variety; the staff were friendly and attentive, though a bit distracted at times by various other guest requests. Hot food was reasonably good; needed a few additional options (pastries, fruit, etc) to fully impress. Had to ask a few times for items we needed. Overall for us a good 7-8 out of 10.

Lovely staff but very disapointed at no soft close on room doors so lots of loud banging from about 06.00 Hot water tap in the sink didn't work - video proof if needed - and loud commercial vehicles outside reversing til very late and early morning. The windows were truly filthy. Lastly, despite complimentary breakfast they can't cater for Gluten Free medical needs and I couldn't purchase alternative.

A really lovely hotel and country club which is tucked away in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex. The driveway is a wonderful welcome with all the purple rhododendrons in bloom. The decor of the entire hotel was contemporary mixed with tradition - loved it. We had amazing service which made us feel very welcome. We stayed in a family room within the hotel with an amazing view of the golf course (9th tee) - it was perfect; beautiful interior, comfortable bed and pillows, fluffy towels, great balcony, tea/coffee and biscuits and lovely toiletries. It had a lovely country cosy feel to the room and the entirety of the hotel. The service in the restaurant was brilliant and super friendly and the breakfast was superb - the perfect amount of choices. The view from restaurant was brilliant, the first tee! We used the health club in particular the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The changing rooms and showers were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful as was the family cat 😊. The only slight down side was the swimming pool closed at 5:30pm for children. The golf pros in the golf shop were super friendly and made us feel welcome. We were pleasantly surprised how lovely this hotel was after booking very last minute, it was very reasonable and we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. Ich hatte für eine Nacht ein ** Königszimmer mit Badewanne ** reserviert. Als ich ankam, war es schon sehr spät *** um 11 Uhr. **Ich hatte über einen Monat reisen, also am letzten Abend brauchte ich wirklich ein Zimmer mit Badewanne, um meinen Körper zu entspannen. ** Als wir jedoch ankamen, gab uns der Vordertafelmann ein ** behinderten Zugangsraum**, das natürlich ** keine Badewanne** hatte. Ich dachte, ich würde einen Wechsel beantragen, aber ich war ** extrem müde**, und es war zu spät. Am nächsten Morgen rief ich den Vordertisch an, um zu fragen, was passiert war. Das Personal sagte, es sei, weil sie überbucht waren. **Sie gab keine Entschuldigung und schien mir sogar die Schuld zu geben, und sagte, ich hätte fragen sollen, wann ich den Schlüssel bekam. ** Sie behauptete auch, dass zu diesem Zeitpunkt keine anderen Zimmer verfügbar seien. Ich erläuterte, dass beim Duschen im behinderten Zugangsbad ** das Wasser nicht richtig abgewässert ** *** vielleicht etwas geschlossen wurde. Das machte es ** gefährlich, weil das Schleifen ein echtes Risiko **. Nachdem sie zugehört hatte, rief sie zurück **eine Minute später **, sagte ein Zimmer war jetzt verfügbar und dass ich zum Vorderbrett kommen könnte, um zu wechseln. Ich fühlte mich ** sehr enttäuscht ** mit dem Dienst und werde ** nie wieder ** Auch die Kehle war sehr schmutzig.

Wir haben die Nacht vor unserem frühen Morgenflug dort verbracht. Ein freundlicher Mitarbeiter begrüßte uns und half uns bei der Nutzung der Check-in-Automaten. Wie immer bei Premier Inn: saubere und funktionale Zimmer – genau das, was wir brauchten. Das Nordterminal ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und der Transferbus hält direkt vor dem Hotel.

Absolutely awesome location! The rooms are located on floors 5 to 8, accessible by lifts located close to the airport security screening area. It could not be more convenient 😃 The rooms are comfortable and offer a choice of lighting from bright lights to gentle colour. Great heating/air conditioning system. Shower room is a wet room and the shower was wonderful (it has incredible water pressure 🚿 😍) . Everything was spotlessly clean. 😇 TV with good choice of programmes. 📺 🥰 Check in was so easy! I just tapped the link on the email, which led me to an app advising me of the room number. 🚪When I arrived outside the room I simply opened the app, tapped to confirm I was there and the door automatically opened. This would prove difficult for someone not accustomed to using apps or without a compatible phone, but I saw a computer screen near the lifts to assist with checking in (obviously there to assist guests who might have issues with their phones) I’d definitely stay here again. Was very impressed overall 😁
