”Exceptional Stay at the Galt House Hotel - A Louisville Gem!” I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and elegant ambiance set the tone for a truly memorable experience. The location of the Galt House is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown Louisville with breathtaking views of the Ohio River. It’s within walking distance to many attractions, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the grand, modern decor that beautifully blends the hotel’s historic charm with contemporary elegance. The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room offered stunning river views that made waking up each morning a delight. The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. Ich wollte meine Erfahrung als einzelne Vorfälle aufzeigen und sie verschwinden lassen. Das war bis letzte Nacht um Mitternacht ein Telefongespräch! Ein Rep. von Trip ruft mich um meinen Eintrag zu meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Ich habe ihr vermittelt, dass ich vor ein paar Monaten nach einem Freund angerufen hatte und ich ein Zimmer vermietete. Wir vermieten ein Zimmer um 5 Uhr oder so. Ich hatte gesagt, dass die Kraft in unserem Zimmer - das Fernsehen, Lampen, Mikrowelle, Frig. , nicht funktioniert. Wir setzten eine Beschwerde in das Frontdesk um 6 Uhr. Die Frage wurde erst später, um 10 Uhr ungefähr gelöst. Etwa eine Stunde nach dem Bett ist also 95% der Fernsehsuche, Mikrowellen usw. wurden ausgeschaltet. Als ich vor ein paar Monaten den Anruf in Trip,.com gelegt habe, erhielt ich keine Nachfolge, bis letzte Nacht. Gestern Abend wollte der Anrufer Rückmeldungen über mein Zimmer. Ich ging alles über, was passiert war. Sie wollte auch Einträge über, wie sie verbessert werden könnten. Ich sagte, es ist sehr einfach, nur auf die grundlegende Kundenetikett und Zufriedenheit konzentriert. In keinem Fall wurde über meinen Verlust der Genuss von hier gesagt Hotel-Stand ausgedrückt. Kundenservice/Zufriedenheit wird nicht vorhanden .

NICE LOCATION, NICE SPACIOUS ROOM, WE LOVED THE HAPPY HOUR AND APPETIZERS AND JUST A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY. VERY COMFORTABLE BED (PILLIOSW NOT SO MUCH) SHOWER GOT REALLY HOT WHICH WE REALLY APPROECIATED. ONLY ISSUE FOR US IS THAT WE DID HAVE A PET SMELL THAT WAS UNBEARABLE AT TIMES BUT THEY SAID THEY DONT BELIEVE OUR ROOM HAD A PET IN THERE BEFORE OUR STAY. I HAVE BAD ALLERGIES AND SNEEZED ALL NIGHT LONG

Das Hotel war nicht schlecht, der Preis zu berücksichtigen. Die Zimmer waren ziemlich sauber. Das Bett war wirklich weich, obwohl ich ein Firmenbett bevorzuge. Die Damen, die den Frontzähler laufen, während ich war. Es waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe sogar meinen Zahnbürsten vergessen und sie gab mir einen kostenlosen. Das Frühstück, das enthalten ist, ist ok für die mittlere Person. Jedoch kann ich Typ 2 Diabetes und das einzige freundliche Diabetes-Nahrungsmittel. Sie hatten was Wasser war. Alles der Nahrung war hoch in Kohlenhydraten. So schlecht für Diabetestage. Das heiße Objekt war Kuchen und Grau war wirklich hoffnungsvoll für einige Eier. Vielleicht ein paar Bacon, aber nein. In meinem besonderen Zimmer, das ein neunzehn war, konnte die Badezimmertür stehen, um viel Farbe auf sie zu ersetzen, und der Unterseite davon. Es sieht aus, als hätte jemand sie geschlagen oder etwas das Unterseite kam aus. Der Duschesprecher, die Schampoanei Seite ließ sich weiter fallen. Die kleinen Tische brachen auf meinen Füßen. Also habe ich es einfach hinabgelassen. Wenn ich je nach Kentucky zurückkehren würde, was ich nicht geplant habe, würde ich in diesem Hotel bleiben. Und ich würde nur daran denken, Schwimmtrunken zu bringen, so dass ich den Pool nutzen könnte. Und nur ein wenig visuelle Wirkungen Sie. die falschen Flaschen in der Pop-Maschine oder Soda-Maschine, die Sie bevorzugen, konnten nicht stehen, um sie schlecht zu ersetzen.

The hotel was very good. My only complaint is that the water, for a shower at 9:00pm at night, was barely room temperature. Was very disappointed for such a nice hotel in every other way. Would reconsider staying again if it was in colder weather. I certainly hope that was an exception and not the norm. Breakfast was also somewhat disappointing. No half and half (only Coffee-Mate) and no butter, only whipped margarine. Seemed pitiful. The hot food was marginal. The baked goods (I had a croissant, and my husband had a cinnamon scone) were phenomenal though. I hope you continue with those as they made up for the other food. Also, Jasmine (our stay 10/11) was extremely helpful. She was clearly very busy working but when I asked if she had time for a question, she didn't look annoyed at all or miss a beat. She answered my questions with a great attitude. I then asked for directions, and she actually walked me outside so she could point out where to walk, along with sharing landmarks along the way so I could be confidant in where I was going. She is definitely an asset to your hotel as her hard work, knowledge and great attitude really shone. If I lived locally, I'd love to hire her with those stand-out qualities which seem hard to find these days.

The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand my girlfriend is short very short so she had to practically stand on the bar just to reach the top of the shower head to adjust it or she had to yell for me to come in and adjust it the door did not lock. The front door didn't matter if we closed it it was easily able to be pushed open there was a crack all the way around the door so you could see the light coming through you could hear everything everybody getting on the elevator every time somebody got ice out of the machine the walls are extremely thin. The service was fine they only came into our room one time to ask if we needed anything and we got everything that we needed. And my girlfriend did not like the shampoo or the conditioner as it stripped her hair so bad that she was pulling chunks of her hair out with the hair brush trying to get it brushed out. The carpet was dirty you can vacuum it and it was clean but it needs the steam clean as my girlfriend wore white socks and within a few hours or socks were black. My girlfriend didn't even swim at the pool I tried to get in but the water was cold super cold I ended up getting out.

Dieses Hotel war in einer perfekten Lage für unsere Familien Frühlingsreisen während wir die Mamath Caves, Lost River Cave und die National Corvette Measume besuchten. Viele Restaurants rund um und einfach auf/aus der Haupthütte. Das Frühstück wurde ein Plus enthalten. Mein Freund genossen die Kuchen und Grab und die Kinder lieben die Waffeln. Der Pool und der Heißrock waren von allen geliebt und wir gingen in sie alle drei Nächte, die wir dort waren. Die Zimmer waren durchschnittlich groß und nichts besonderes, könnte ein wenig hier und dort befestigen und vielleicht einige Hügel auf der Rückseite der Badezimmertür oder eine Racke über dem Toilette für einen Ort, um Handtücher zu hängen, aber es war ein Ort, um zu schlafen und Dusche. Eines kann ich sagen, dass die Parkplätze nicht sehr groß vor dem Hotel und die meisten Punkte, die bereits als wir kamen und gingen, so dass wir auf der Seitenlote, die auf einem gebratenen Hügel ist und es ist Schmerz in der Schoß, in und aus zu parken. Wir würden immer noch bleiben, da der Preis für das, was Sie erhalten, das beste war, was wir gefunden haben.

Wir haben hier schon vor geblieben und wir lieben dieses Hotel wirklich! Es ist in einem schönen modernen Design, immer sauber, immer freundlich und hilfsbereites Personal dekoriert. Es ist sehr nah an Restaurants, Gemüsegeschäften, etc. Erlanger hat über alles, was Sie von einer kleineren Stadt ohne den verrückten Verkehr wollen. Aber Sie sind nahe genug Newport, Covington, Cincinnati, dass es ein ziemlich schnelles Fahren überall im U-Bahn-Bereich. Frühstück hat viele heiße Gegenstände zu wählen. Sehr schönes Hotel und wir werden wahrscheinlich in Zukunft wieder dort bleiben.

Nice hotel that presents well. It's not in a ”bad” part of town, per se, but it also felt a little more industrial around it than expected. Doesn't have a distinct ”hotel smell” that's usually tied to chlorine or cleaners. Amenities were nice and the room was clean. Someone had pooped on the side of the pool when we had arrived, although that wasn't any fault of the hotel. It was promptly closed for the night and reopened the next morning. Staff was friendly and we can't say there were any real snags. It was a little strange that we booked a room with a king bed and pull-out sofa bed for 4 people, yet upon arriving to the room, there wasn't any linen or pillows for the pull-out sofa. We had to ask for linen, and it was promptly delivered to our room, it just seemed off that we booked the room clearly for 4 people and didn't have the linen for it.
