Ausgezeichneter Service, großartiges und leckeres Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind wirklich komfortabel

Das Zimmer war erstaunlich, es war sauber und riesig. Wir kamen mit einem anderen Paar und fühlten uns, als hätten wir so viel Zimmer. So nahe Disney Land auch! Es war die perfekte Lage für uns.

The lady at the front desk was not very nice nor helpful. We arrived at 1:30pm, which I know is before the 3pm check in, but it's usually never a problem to check in early. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and that we would have to pay $30 more for another room that was ready. This place has over 300+ rooms, and not a single room was ready unless I paid more?!?! We worked til 5:30 am and just wanted to lay down and sleep, so we agreed. We asked for a quiet room since we needed to sleep and was working the grave yard again. When we got room our room it was right next to the elevator!!!! Not a quiet room at all as you can constantly hear the binging of the elevator, and here it going up and down no stop. We called the front desk, and the lady said we could vacant the room and wait 1 1/2 for our room to be ready. We asked how another room could not be available, especially after you charged us an additional $30. She said we asked to be upgraded to a bay view, and that's why she charged us $30 more, which was a totally lie.. All I cared about was sleeping, so I didn't care what room we were in or what view we had, I just wanted a quiet room to get some sleep. We explained to her that we work graveyard and desperately needed to sleep before our next 12 hour shift, but she refused to move us and said we could vacant the room. I begrudgingly said we would keep the room, but it was hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator. Same with the following morning, we got back from work around 6am and I had to drive back to Sacramento and didn't get much sleep listening to the elevator all morning. Worst customer service I ever had from a Hilton and will never stay again. I'm so disappointed they would not work with us.

This is an excellent place just outside Sequoia and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Great breakfast with bagels, waffles, fruit etc. The room was comfy and warm but we could hear our upstairs neighbour stomping and next door's TV. Although everyone seems to go to bed early so not a major problem. The laundry room is cheap (total of $3.50 for washer and dryer). The negatives were no fresh towels with room keeping service and also the staff seemed a bit miserable, with the exception of Emily who was amazing! Shout out to Emily!!!

The hotel is big, the city view is beautiful, the location is good, you can walk to the shopping mall not too far away.

Absolut schön und sehr ruhig hier! Der Service ist außergewöhnlich und die Ansicht, dass wir den Pool haben, ist nur atemberaubend. Mein Sohn und ich genießen unser Aufenthalt hier sehr! Die Zimmer sind riesig und das Essen an den Eichen ist auch sehr lecker. Lauren war mein Server und sie ist so süß und aufmerksam danke nochmal für meine wunderbare Erfahrung, die ich sicherlich zurückkommen werde! Auch ich habe vergessen, zu erwähnen, dass sie echte Feuerplätze haben und sie bieten einen Komplimentaren Feuerlog für jede Nacht, die Sie dort bleiben, wirklich die Atmosphäre.

All great and very friendly staff. Only major downside is noise. People walking on floors above and in the hallway are very audible. The fridge is also in the same space as the bed and when it goes into cooling cycles it's extremely loud in the middle of the night.

Die Firmenfeier fand ein paar Blocks entfernt statt, daher war die Lage perfekt. Wir checkten an der Rezeption ein (18:04 Uhr) und der Hotelregistrierungssachbearbeiter sagte, dass die ”Happy Hour” gerade zu Ende war (18:00 Uhr). Sie fragte, ob wir ein Glas Wein haben möchten (Teil der Happy Hour). Wir sagten ”ja” und keine 5 Minuten später hatten wir beide Gläser eines recht guten Pinot Noir (rot). Derselbe Registrierungsmitarbeiter ließ auch die zusätzlichen Kissen, die ich angefordert hatte, kurz nachdem wir unser Zimmer betraten, aufs Zimmer bringen. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll in gedämpften Grau- und Rottönen eingerichtet und die Minibar war gut gefüllt. Es gab weiche Jersey-Bademäntel zum Entspannen. Zusätzlich zu den Bademänteln enthielt der Raum eine Yogamatte, wiederverwendbare Wasserflaschen, einen Weinflaschenöffner und andere verschiedene Artikel, die bei Interesse zum Verkauf standen. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, was angesichts der Bauarbeiten in der Umgebung sehr willkommen war. Alles in allem würde ich dem Kimpton Sawyer Hotel 4,75/5 Sterne geben. Der Abzug von 0,25 war auf die extra feste Matratze auf dem Bett zurückzuführen. Die Matratze war so fest, dass sie für Seitenschläfer nicht bequem war.

Die Lage ist ganz gut. Auch das Ambiente ist akzeptabel. Die Schalldämmung im Zimmer ist allerdings durchschnittlich; man hört die Leute oben laufen. Ansonsten finde ich es für den Preis angemessen.

From the moment we got there staff was helpful and patient and really nice, in general amazing staff. Once we got to our room it was clean plenty of space, love the layout of the room. Very clean plenty of amenities.
