Truly appreciate the free breakfast option! Well-located near John Wayne airport with driving distance to pretty much everywhere in LA thanks to location near the interstate.

Fantastisches Frühstück! Die Omeletts nach Wunsch waren super! Sehr nettes Personal; sie haben mir sogar eine Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta für meinen Aufenthalt gegeben. Das war echt praktisch! Der schnelle Kaffee an der Rezeption war genau das Richtige und die Auswahl war riesig. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

C’est un bon hôtel, le personnel fait un effort pour s’adapter aux clients avec leur téléphone pour la traduction super sympa l’équipe. Le laundry super efficace et pas cher du tout Merci.

This is an excellent place just outside Sequoia and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Great breakfast with bagels, waffles, fruit etc. The room was comfy and warm but we could hear our upstairs neighbour stomping and next door's TV. Although everyone seems to go to bed early so not a major problem. The laundry room is cheap (total of $3.50 for washer and dryer). The negatives were no fresh towels with room keeping service and also the staff seemed a bit miserable, with the exception of Emily who was amazing! Shout out to Emily!!!

We used to live in Laguna Woods but now back to visit. Laguna Lodge is in a great location and our room was well-appointed. Nice breakfast room.

A combined ****** and hotel. I personally don’t like to play so it’s not my type of place but for those who like it could be a good choice. Service is good.

The lady at the front desk was not very nice nor helpful. We arrived at 1:30pm, which I know is before the 3pm check in, but it's usually never a problem to check in early. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and that we would have to pay $30 more for another room that was ready. This place has over 300+ rooms, and not a single room was ready unless I paid more?!?! We worked til 5:30 am and just wanted to lay down and sleep, so we agreed. We asked for a quiet room since we needed to sleep and was working the grave yard again. When we got room our room it was right next to the elevator!!!! Not a quiet room at all as you can constantly hear the binging of the elevator, and here it going up and down no stop. We called the front desk, and the lady said we could vacant the room and wait 1 1/2 for our room to be ready. We asked how another room could not be available, especially after you charged us an additional $30. She said we asked to be upgraded to a bay view, and that's why she charged us $30 more, which was a totally lie.. All I cared about was sleeping, so I didn't care what room we were in or what view we had, I just wanted a quiet room to get some sleep. We explained to her that we work graveyard and desperately needed to sleep before our next 12 hour shift, but she refused to move us and said we could vacant the room. I begrudgingly said we would keep the room, but it was hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator. Same with the following morning, we got back from work around 6am and I had to drive back to Sacramento and didn't get much sleep listening to the elevator all morning. Worst customer service I ever had from a Hilton and will never stay again. I'm so disappointed they would not work with us.

Das Personal war durchweg exzellent: professionell, effizient und freundlich. Das Zimmer war ruhig und komfortabel, wenn auch etwas eng. Alles war sauber. Die Lobby ist recht elegant, die restliche Einrichtung des Hotels hingegen düster und trist. Der Teppich in unserem Flur war stellenweise deutlich abgenutzt. Das Restaurant gehört zu den deprimierendsten Orten, an denen ich je gewesen bin. Die Angestellten tun mir wirklich leid. Dunkel, mit einer Atmosphäre wie in einer Raststätte, besonders an der Hauptbar. Es überraschte mich daher nicht, dass es sowohl beim Abendessen als auch beim Frühstück sehr ruhig war. Das Essen war mittelmäßig. Der Burger für 18 Dollar war nicht besser als aus einem Fast-Food-Restaurant und sehr fettig. Das Frühstück war etwas besser, aber der French Toast war fest und hatte einen unangenehmen künstlichen Geschmack. In Großbritannien genießt Crown Plaza einen gehobenen Ruf, was Einrichtung und Essen angeht. Dieses amerikanische Hotel entsprach jedoch nicht einmal meinen Erwartungen an ein Budgethotel in Bezug auf Essen und Atmosphäre.

Der Ort ist sehr schön, sauber und das Personal sehr gut zu Hause. Ich ging um eine Snack spät in der Lobby zu bekommen, niemand war dort, aber ich verließ $ für meinen Snack und mein Zimmer, dachte, das war seltsam, aber neben dem, dass es ein schöner Ort ist.
