Auch wenn Sie den Code für die Rezeption suchen, ist es ungültig, und es ist enttäuschend! C’est un bon hôtel, le personnel fait un effort pour s’adapter aux clients avec leur téléphone pour la traduction super sympa l’équipe. Le laundry super efficace et pas cher du tout Merci.

Es fühlt sich an wie eine modernisierte Version eines Motels. Die Hygiene und Ausstattung sind recht zufriedenstellend, nicht herausragend, aber okay. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber ausreichend, um satt zu werden. Schräg gegenüber gibt es einen Gemeinschaftssupermarkt, was sehr praktisch ist und die Pizza🍕 ist auch gut

Hotel was clean for the most part, except under the bed which was absolutely disgusting; but who goes under there anyway?  The front desk staff were nice, so no complaints there, or anywhere except for parking!!  Apparently there is a customer there that is “VIP” (which is what the front desk staff told me) and they are allowed to park their trailer and take up 5 spaces, even though the rest of us paid for our rooms too.  My family and I were here on vacation to Disneyland, so the second day we arrived later in the evening back at the lodge.  I understand we weren’t going to get our original spot, but there was NO parking.  My husband drove the entire lot twice and by pure luck someone had just left, otherwise where would my family and I have parked?  Location is great and the staff were friendly, but this experience alone would never allow me to book here again.

A combined ****** and hotel. I personally don’t like to play so it’s not my type of place but for those who like it could be a good choice. Service is good.

The lady at the front desk was not very nice nor helpful. We arrived at 1:30pm, which I know is before the 3pm check in, but it's usually never a problem to check in early. We were informed that our room was not ready yet and that we would have to pay $30 more for another room that was ready. This place has over 300+ rooms, and not a single room was ready unless I paid more?!?! We worked til 5:30 am and just wanted to lay down and sleep, so we agreed. We asked for a quiet room since we needed to sleep and was working the grave yard again. When we got room our room it was right next to the elevator!!!! Not a quiet room at all as you can constantly hear the binging of the elevator, and here it going up and down no stop. We called the front desk, and the lady said we could vacant the room and wait 1 1/2 for our room to be ready. We asked how another room could not be available, especially after you charged us an additional $30. She said we asked to be upgraded to a bay view, and that's why she charged us $30 more, which was a totally lie.. All I cared about was sleeping, so I didn't care what room we were in or what view we had, I just wanted a quiet room to get some sleep. We explained to her that we work graveyard and desperately needed to sleep before our next 12 hour shift, but she refused to move us and said we could vacant the room. I begrudgingly said we would keep the room, but it was hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator. Same with the following morning, we got back from work around 6am and I had to drive back to Sacramento and didn't get much sleep listening to the elevator all morning. Worst customer service I ever had from a Hilton and will never stay again. I'm so disappointed they would not work with us.

Hotel is close to airport, only 5 mins drive. Airport shuttle is convenience but don’t run 24 hrs. Room decoration is old but clean. Aircon is dusty. Get what you pay for.

Der Ort ist sehr schön, sauber und das Personal sehr gut zu Hause. Ich ging um eine Snack spät in der Lobby zu bekommen, niemand war dort, aber ich verließ $ für meinen Snack und mein Zimmer, dachte, das war seltsam, aber neben dem, dass es ein schöner Ort ist.
