Room was great and clean staff was really nice and helpful with everything

I was very satisfied & pleasantly surprised after reading some of the older comments. It's really sad that some people are so harsh but... I was very satisfied except for the lack of hygiene products. I accidentally forgot mine... Woke up late after a late night at Knott's & unfortunately missed the breakfast & actually can't remember if I was able to get any coffee before I left. My only other issue was when, I initially was making my reservation, I needed to ensure that we were getting an ADA room as paid for & was hoping to get one on the first floor. It's a good thing I did call because the elevator wasn't in service & the first CS agent wasn't able to find a way to even find my reservation. I called back & when I spoke to a different CS agent, there was no problem, we received the first floor ADA room & us Disabled Vets were able to maneuver easily in/about/out of the room. Thank you to all of the staff who went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable!! I'm in the process of booking two more stays here for the Military Tribute Days at Knott's!!

Das Zimmer war so schön, wir haben die Suite, es ist nur, dass das Wasser nicht heiß genug für eine Dusche in meiner Meinung, es nicht kalt, aber sicher nicht heiß genug, es war ok für meinen Freund, aber nicht für mich. auch es wird besser, wenn das Bett steht die Brücke, aber nicht die andere, denn jetzt, wenn wir schlafen, sehen wir nur Gebäude, aber nicht die Brücke oder die Bay, wie ein Abfall, wenn wir das Bett getroffen haben

This is an excellent place just outside Sequoia and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Great breakfast with bagels, waffles, fruit etc. The room was comfy and warm but we could hear our upstairs neighbour stomping and next door's TV. Although everyone seems to go to bed early so not a major problem. The laundry room is cheap (total of $3.50 for washer and dryer). The negatives were no fresh towels with room keeping service and also the staff seemed a bit miserable, with the exception of Emily who was amazing! Shout out to Emily!!!

The hotel is big, the city view is beautiful, the location is good, you can walk to the shopping mall not too far away.

Absolut schön und sehr ruhig hier! Der Service ist außergewöhnlich und die Ansicht, dass wir den Pool haben, ist nur atemberaubend. Mein Sohn und ich genießen unser Aufenthalt hier sehr! Die Zimmer sind riesig und das Essen an den Eichen ist auch sehr lecker. Lauren war mein Server und sie ist so süß und aufmerksam danke nochmal für meine wunderbare Erfahrung, die ich sicherlich zurückkommen werde! Auch ich habe vergessen, zu erwähnen, dass sie echte Feuerplätze haben und sie bieten einen Komplimentaren Feuerlog für jede Nacht, die Sie dort bleiben, wirklich die Atmosphäre.

We loved the place, the staff was very helpful and except for the internet it was a good stay. Internet in the room was too bad and as per the staff they have these issues. For breakfast it's same scrambled eggs and sausages only.

Die Lage ist ganz gut. Auch das Ambiente ist akzeptabel. Die Schalldämmung im Zimmer ist allerdings durchschnittlich; man hört die Leute oben laufen. Ansonsten finde ich es für den Preis angemessen.

From the moment we got there staff was helpful and patient and really nice, in general amazing staff. Once we got to our room it was clean plenty of space, love the layout of the room. Very clean plenty of amenities.

Meine Erfahrung mit der Reise zum ****** war schrecklich! Die Zahl der Autos und andere Fahrzeuge auf der Autobahn war unglaublich. Das war am Thanksgiving! Schlimmer, als ich je gesehen habe. Jetzt für meinen Aufenthalt war es das beste Zimmer und die damit verbundenen Einrichtungen, einschließlich professioneller Dienstleistungen und Buchung. Das ****** war mit Rauchen von Rauchern Kunden gefüllt, aber das war zu erwarten. Andernfalls war alles andere sauber, gut gepflegt und verfügbar. Ich wünsche mir, dass der Buffet geöffnet wurde, aber die besten Wünsche kann ich nur für. Mein Abendessen war gut, außer wenn eine Person zum Abendessen gewöhnt wird, ihre Mutter, die gewöhnt ist, Koch nicht passt, es kann ein wenig enttäuschend sein. Allerdings war das Endergebnis zufriedenstellend. Ich würde es wieder tun. Die Reise nach Hause war besser, weil ich früh um 5.30 Uhr verließ.
