Well, knowing that this hotel belongs to the Marriott family, it is surprisingly basic. Of course clean but with little care in the interior, the lights the way the customer is received, in general, small things make life better, and here at this Marriott could have been improved very easily. In Tijuana people travel by Uber or taxis from the hotel for many reasons, especially because of poor public transportation, thus, customers wait in the hotel lobby for their taxis, and many customers can coincide at the same time, and there is only a sofa and two armchairs (3 squeezed and 2 like Winston Churchill in single seats) and nowhere else to rest yourself or your bags. This is making the experience a bit off a sort of train station-ish platform. The breakfast is acceptable, providing all you need, but the the dinning area is very dark, badly lighted, to be honest you can’t hardly guess the time at all. The furniture there is very cheap, and doesn’t make you feel I want to read tye newspaper while having breakfast but I just want to finish and leave this 7/11 store. I am sure that I might sound a bit picky, but I am not, it is very easy to make small changes, non expensive that can improve the whole experience greatly. It is a Not a cheap place to stay, let’s remember this.

Die Lage ist sehr bequem, etwa 3 km von der Grenzübergangsstelle der USA entfernt, und es ist sehr bequem, Autos zu nehmen. Innerhalb einer Straße von einer Bar, 4500 m von der Revolutionsstraße, kann man zu Fuß gehen. Das Zimmer ist wirklich groß, die Toilette ist noch vorhanden, es fühlt sich ein bisschen schwer, aber es ist noch akzeptabel, und es kann nach einer Weile nicht fühlen. Hinweis: Das Hotel hat keinen Gepäckspeicherservice. Ich habe beim Abgang gefragt, ob ich nicht auf dem Rezeptor gepäckt habe. Ich habe gesagt, es gibt keinen Platz. Ich habe gefragt, ob es irgendwo anders gibt, um das Gepäck zu speichern. Ich habe später $20 für eine Verzögerung bis zum Abgang von 3 Uhr gezahlt.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. The room was very clean, well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is also great and convenient to many places. Overall, excellent service and a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Das Hotel ist ziemlich sauber und sicher. Nur Hotelgäste können eingehen, da Sie einen Zimmerschlüssel benötigen, um den Aufzug zu benutzen.

Der Ort ist alt in allen Sinnen, das Bett hatte eine große Farbe und selbst wenn ich zwei Tage gebeten habe, die Bettblätter zu ändern, sie änderten es nicht. Der Tau und die Dusche hatten Probleme mit dem Drinn (sie fixierten es nach meinen Beschwerden). Das Frühstück ist großartig und einzigartig, sehr empfehlenswert das Essen und hochwertige Service von Kochen und Fürsten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war ausgezeichnet, sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und untergebracht. Das Hotel ist gut gepflegt und Sie haben Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und im Hotel.

The hotel cleaning and breakfast are great, but front desk staffs and absolutely zero cancellation policy made it no return to hotel anymore. Also, laundry and dryer were very old dated and tiny sizes. To wash 2 sets of clothes, it took me 4 hours cause machines wont work same time.

A clean and comfortable hotel in a very safe and upscale part of Tijuana. You are a five minute walk to shopping at Plaza Rio, and a 10 minute walk to the Tijuana cultural center. Revolution street is about a 15 minute walk. Uber is now in Tijuana so transportation is easy and safe too.
