Hotels mit Spa in Katalonien, Spanien

A short stay for of 2 days was booked with Triip.com for one adult and 2 children under 10, to join us who were booked in a day earlier for three days. Our three day booking was direct with the hotel, half board. The hotel is marked 'adults recommended' and they sure discourage children, by seeking to charge per occupancy rather than simply on a cost per room. The Trip site quite fairly offered the room at the rate for two adults, with children under 12 free, so this is what was paid. Half board was added but at the rate for two adults, which would be greater than the actual hotel rate for one adult and two children, but I was happy to have reserved restaurant secured. Things got messy at check in, the hotel insisting that the room was occupied by three 'persons' as they put it and should therefore be 50% extra, though the room was the same type as the twin we had for two adults. The Hotel also insisted that only breakfast was provided, and tried to argue that the B2B rate from the third party (Trip) was insufficient. I politely pointed out that the discounts provided to third party agents was no concern of the customer, and referred to my booking voucher which clearly stated I had booked a twin room, into which was going 1 adult, two very small children, and that breakfast and dinner was paid for, with the rate for 1 adult being greater than twice the local charge for a child. They were impossible to deal with, and I left the reception angry and upset. I contacted the Trip representative and by that evening it was sorted. Full marks to Trip, zero to the hotel. As for our stay, the hotel is excellent, but with room to improve. Dinner in the Buffet only commences at 8.00, resulting in quite the bunfight if the restaurant is busy. It was on that Thursday, a national holiday, and it was impossible to order wine and beverages after we seated, with a single service person taking orders. We ate our food dry, and finally placed an order for wine and water while eating dessert, some 40 minutes after seating. The same bottleneck occurred the next morning at breakfast, with the four snail paced Nespresso machines totally incapable of dealing with the coffee demands. Worse, all 4 machines overheated and went into 'service mode'. Worse again, these obviously unsuitable barista machines were the only source of hot water for Tea or infusions, but with no seperate hot water dispenser faucet. You had to stand for almost 2 minutes while the machine slowly dispensed through the coffee outlet, a single mug of hot water, to the frustration of the queue behind. This needs sorting, it took ages to get a breakfast beverage every morning, and on the second day I had to return 4 floors to my room and fill my cup from the in room Nespresso maker. I'd advise to bring a travel kettle with you. Otherwise, a fine hotel, but the restaurant problems and discriminatory pricing for children are an issue, so not a hotel for children.

Der Service war gut, Der Pool war leider nur bis 20:30 Uhr geöffnet, den Jacuzzi durften wir erst ab der zweiten Woche benutzen, die Wände sehr dünn, man hörte alles, dazu sehr laute Nachbarn...man konnte sogar Gespräche durch die Wand hören. Sehr gute Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung, tolle Bedienung.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Der Service ist auch gut. Es gibt ein Spa mit angemessenen Preisen. Das Frühstück ist komplett, aber ein bisschen gleich. Es sollte andere Proteinarten geben. Die Unterkunft liegt am Meer, ist schön und geeignet. Wenn ich die Chance habe, würde ich meine Familie gerne wieder mitnehmen.

Bei unserer Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass das uns zugewiesene Zimmer beschädigte Dielenböden aufwies, die Toilette defekt war und sich das Fenster nicht öffnen ließ. Als wir die Rezeption kontaktierten, schickten sie einen Hausmeister, der den Fenstergriff entfernte und sowohl die Tür als auch das Fenster ohne Verriegelung offen ließ. Daraufhin baten wir um ein anderes Zimmer. Uns wurden drei Zimmer gezeigt, die alle ihre eigenen Mängel hatten: wackelige Dielenböden, kaputte Toiletten und Abwassergeruch. Die Damen an der Rezeption, Rosa und Ariadna, waren sehr hilfsbereit und gaben uns ein Upgrade auf eine Familiensuite. Dieses Zimmer war schön, aber das Badezimmer roch immer noch nach Abwasser und die Dielenböden waren wackelig. Zum Glück erhielten wir vom Hotel ein neues, besseres Zimmer, kostenlose Getränke und drei Tage lang kostenloses Frühstück. Ich empfehle dem Hotel dringend, die bestehenden Mängel zu beheben, obwohl der Kundenservice der beiden genannten Damen hervorragend war.

Recently stayed at this hotel and i can gladly say i have loved it and it is a very aesthetically pleasing hotel. Staff are very nice and welcoming. Location is not city centre but it is about 15-20 min out depending on where you go, i used uber to go everywhere and this cost about 10€ - 20€. I was disappointed because two days before my trip i was made aware that i had to pay a 400€ deposit or a 800€ deposit which was also made unclear on their website. I wish they had made this more clear. To make this clear for everyone else , it is 100€ per night with a credit card and 200€ per night with debit card. At the end of the stay we still had to pay for a 40€ city tax. Considering we already payed alot for this hotel, having to pay a high amount of deposit is ridiculous. They do have a spa, but not included with the hotel so you have to pay an extra 40€ which i also thought it was quite upsetting. Everything else was great and very nicely equipped with everything we needed.

Der Hotelservice ist dieser Marke nicht würdig. Das Zimmertelefon ist defekt, der Fernseher ist kaputt und konnte während des Aufenthaltes nicht repariert werden. Die Wassertemperatur in der Dusche ist sehr instabil, manchmal heiß und manchmal kalt. Das Fenster lässt sich nicht öffnen, das Zimmer liegt neben dem Aufzug, was sehr störend ist, und die Tür ist sehr schlecht schallisoliert. Aber die Lage ist praktisch, direkt neben der U-Bahn-Station, 20 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, die öffentliche Sicherheit ist auch sehr gut und es gibt große Einkaufszentren in der Nähe zum bequemen Einkaufen.

Generally, it was 3 star experience. Advantages: good cleaning service, buffet food was okay most of the time, hotel is located very close to the sea. The biggest disadvantage is an “all inclusive”, it is definitely not comparable with Turkish all inclusive. First of all, visitors who paid for all inclusive are not getting anything in mini-bar, not even a water. You can get water from the bar from a water cooler, but you have to have your own bottle. Also, their “all inclusive” does not include a lot of drinks from the bar, and restaurant near the main bar and in front of the sea. The “all inclusive” ice cream is a joke, instead of the normal ice cream you are getting a smallest version of only 2 or 3 basic ice creams, for all other ones you need to pay. Also, the “snack bar” is located outside of the hotel, food itself was not too bad, but pretty basic, the area was very small and near the children’s swimming pool. For the beach towels you need to give 10€ deposit in cash, and if you want sun lounger with umbrella on the beach you need to pay 25€ for one day use. The hotel bar on the beach is also non “all inclusive”. So, out of all hotel locations you only can use your all inclusive benefit in 2 bars and 1 “snack bar” + buffet. Overall, hotel is not bad but not good. Would only recommend to go there with option bed+breakfast, and pay for the rest meals and drinks. It will be cheaper and you will not feel like an outsider or beggar, going around the hotel asking where you can eat. Because that how we felt exactly. P.S. Russian lady in the adults only bar was providing an amazing service and was very helpful and kind :)

Eindrucksvoll! Ohne Zweifel das beste Hotel in der Gegend. Unendliche Möglichkeiten zum Essen. Verschiedene Arten von Speisen sowohl im Hotel als auch direkt davor und von hoher Qualität. Das Hotel verfügt über fünf Swimmingpools mit Getränkeservice, balinesischem Bett, Unterhaltung usw. Abends ist es ein Genuss, bei Live-Musik einen Cocktail zu genießen (und wenn man keine Lust dazu hat, hört man aus dem Zimmer praktisch nichts). Wir werden ohne Zweifel wiederkommen.

Das Zimmer ist von einem Schrank geteilt. Die Landschaft des Meeres ist sehr schön und der Ausgang ist ein Schritt zum Meer. Es ist für Reisen geeignet. Das Leben ist sehr gemütlich und es sollte wieder kommen. Das vier-Sterne-Hotel ist fast das vier-Sterne-Standard.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, schön und prächtig, und das Erdgeschoss liegt zum Meer hin. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr professionell und enthusiastisch. Es gibt eine Rezeptionistin namens Maria, die uns empfing und sehr geduldig war. Da wir keine Fremdsprachen sprechen und älter sind, können wir nur Kommunikations- und Übersetzungssoftware verwenden. Sie war sehr geduldig und hat uns Schritt für Schritt angeleitet, was uns das Gefühl gab, dass das Hotelpersonal von hoher Qualität ist und das Hotel eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels würdig ist.
