Apart from front desk receptionist who never smiled, greeted or said anything that might make travellers/ customers feel welcome, other staff were helpful and friendly. However, as the first person travellers encounter and deal with inside the hotel, after helpful bellboy taking our cases as we approached the front door, and doorman greeting us, this young lady could use a’refresher’ in PR / customer service and basic politeness! The hotel was renovated in 2023 but the carpet in our room could use a thorough steam cleaning, in fact the attractive decor and overall impression are undercut by a badly stained carpet, something vacuuming cannot remedy. Both my husband and I found the mattress uncomfortable- we like firm but this was hard - ‘like a board! I noted, and did not sleep well, turning frequently from one side to another. Had we stayed longer than two days, we would have asked to move rooms or have a ‘topper’ added. There were several good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well as a buzzy night market. Centrally located, we were able to access tourist sites easily by tuk tuk.

I recently stayed at Radisson Blu Chattogram and while the room itself was truly impressive—spacious, clean, and aesthetically pleasing—the overall experience left much to be desired. The hotel's architecture and interior design are definitely its strong points. However, the service did not live up to the Radisson brand. Throughout our stay, staff were unhelpful and dismissive, often responding with, “We don’t have this,” or “You can do it yourself.” This was particularly disappointing when it came to basic requests like airport transfer. For such a large hotel, having so few cars available is simply inadequate and quite frustrating for guests. Breakfast was another major letdown. It was, quite frankly, the worst I’ve encountered in all my hotel stays—limited variety, poorly executed dishes, and an overall lack of attention to quality. It was far from what one would expect from a hotel of this stature. Radisson Blu Chattogram has the potential to offer a world-class experience, but right now, it feels more like Radisson Black. There's serious room for improvement, especially in staff training and food & beverage offerings.

Das Zimmer ist zu alt, ein seltsamer Geschmack, Bettwäsche, Tischschrank, Klimaanlage, die Wand ist alle veralteten Spuren. Die Blumenspuren des Badezimmers sind sehr allgemein, obwohl der Service gut ist.

Sie hat unsere Sorge spürbar in ein Zimmer mit erstaunlicher Aussicht aufgebaut. Ihr Professionalität und Freundlichkeit haben uns sofort beeindruckt und den Ton für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt gesetzt. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer unschlagbaren Lage, mit direkter Zugang zum schönen, endlosen Sandstrand. Das Dachrestaurant bietet atemberaubende Aussichten, zusätzlich zu dem Gesamt-Charm. Nach einer großen Reise waren wir besonders beeindruckt von den Dienstleistungen des Hotels. Unser Zimmer war unschön, mit ausgezeichnetem Bettkomfort und Sauberkeit. Das Personal war gut ausgebildet und gut in Englisch, machte Kommunikation mühelos. Die Lobby war auch gut vorgestellt und einladend. Wir möchten unsere tiefe Dankbarkeit an die folgenden Mitarbeiter ausdehnen, die unseren Aufenthalt außergewöhnlich gemacht haben: Frau Fatima, Herr Salim (der Fahrer des Shuttlebuses), das Kundenserviceteam an der Rezeption, das Personal in den Restaurants auf den Ebenen 2 und 12 Die Küchenchefs, das Bodenpersonal, die Hauspflege, das Sicherheitspersonal und die Türen. Alle haben dazu beigetragen, unseren Aufenthalt wirklich erinnerebar zu machen. Wir empfehlen Ramada in Cox's Bazar, jedermann, der sich nach einer bemerkenswerten Hotelerfahrung sucht.

We had an excellent stay at Sayeman Beach Resort in Cox’s Bazar. We traveled as a family of 7, and the experience was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful views that made our stay even more relaxing. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help, which really stood out to us. The beach access was perfect, and the overall ambiance of the resort was calm and family-friendly. We also enjoyed the food—there was a good variety, and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. Traveling with a larger group can sometimes be challenging, but the resort handled everything very well, making our vacation stress-free and memorable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cox’s Bazar, especially families.

All over the experience was good. The hotel is nearer to the laboni and sugandha beach. So easily anyone can walk and reach the shore within 10 minutes. All the Burmese shop are 5 minute walking distance and affordable than anywhere else. Most of the known restaurants like al goni, handi, palongki ar nearer and we do not have any trouble to find out a place for dining. We got a buffet breakfast for two morning of our stay and there are varieties in menus for two days so it became enjoyable as there is no significant repeatation. But if Desert item and fruit juice were available, it'be topnotch hospitality. The swimming pool is just amazing and we had fun there. At a time I felt I was drowning in the pool don’t know how, the responsible person was running towards me for my scream and made me relaxed. Thanks to them. We got a room for two bed for four people and everything was quite good. But the thing I mention about the hotel is the cleanliness. As a 5 star hotel the management should be more cautious about cleanliness of room and washroom they serve us. The common washroom in lobby are too odorous that no one can use it. The washroom in the prior room was not so clean. The room bed cover and comforter are not so clean as well. If they look into this, the Hotel Cox Today will be the first choice ever. It’s right in front of the dolphin more(junction) which is the main point of busses from dhaka stops in cox’s bazar. Even though u have to walk 100m to access beach the great amenities and room would make up for it. A rooftop pool with a 360 degrees view of the sea and town. One of the best things about my stay is having a full English buffet breakfast. Can recommend for anyone.
