AAnonymer BenutzerI stayed in a very spacious room—true to its description, it’s an apartment setup, so you can cook if you’d like (I didn’t bother; the city’s food scene is way too tempting!). The staff were incredibly helpful, and everything about my stay was just amazing. The area around the hotel is wonderfully quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep.
One thing to note: it’s about a 25-minute walk to the city center, but I actually enjoyed it—perfect for stretching my legs and soaking in the sights. If you love exploring on foot like I do, it’s a bonus!

GGastnutzerI went for an oversea training in Nante and spent 2 weeks in this hotel, I chose this hotel is mainly because of their flexibility on Trip.com and the price is within company requirement.
The location is good, around 15 mins walk to city center, and door step to Tram station. The service and cleanliness are just normal, the facilities are quite old school, especially the TV. It's a stand TV, really ”long time no see” this kind of TV in a hotel. Have wardrobe, no safe box or lockers, shower cubicle is small. However, as what we always say, you get what you paid for.
There was one day the cleaner helped me clean the room then left my window opened (wide open mode), I'm staying on level 2 (1st floor as per the lift), if someone want to climb up, will be very possible. The 2nd time room cleaning didn't have this issue, so I guess it's the first cleaner forgot to close my window. In addition, the first cleaner never re-fill the toilet roll for me, at first I thought here need to purchase toilet roll (as a budget hotel), so I bought some tissues on my own. Then 2nd time room cleaning, the cleaner left me 2 more toilet rolls... then I realized, the hotel is providing toilet rolls, just the 1st cleaner forgot it. In conclusion, the 2nd cleaner is good, the 1st cleaner is a forgetful person.
On my checkout day, there was a crazy women smashed the reception desk. this is not hotel's fault, they were calmly solving this problem. They are quite professional, just a bit unlucky.
In general, my suggestion is, for business travel here is not a good choice, better choose a more secured place to stay.
If for personal short stay, you can consider it as a budget choice.

First, the castle in itself is just amazing, with its building architecture and its interior design with art collections… gorgeous. Our bedroom was the Île Sacrée Miyajima bleu and gold symphony… with outside balcony and intimate deco… superb…
Second, the service, everyone was perfect, smiling, helpful and courteous. One note: no one proposed to take our suitcases from the car, which I would have expected from a 5 stars hotel…
Third, the cuisine at the restaurant was actually not my favorite cup of tea. But it is obviously a very updated one, and both service and quality of ingredients were great. The breakfast and its buffet was very high quality.
Price wise, obviously not a cheap location, but expected for the 5 stars ranking and the beauty of our stay. After a flight of 13h + a train of 3h , it was a sophisticated and resting break where we will come back.

FfterraboI had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Le Mans, France. The location is very convenient, with a Carrefour supermarket and a boulangerie just within 200 meters, making it easy to grab groceries and fresh bread. One of the best features was the air conditioning—it was already on when we entered the loft, which was very welcoming, especially on warm days.
The apartment is nicely arranged, with a dishwasher and provided towels adding to the comfort. I also appreciated the local recommendations, especially for food and gastronomy, which enhanced my experience of the area.
However, there were a few minor shortcomings. There was only one fork available, the shower gel supply was insufficient, and a mop was missing, which would have been helpful for cleaning. Additionally, the aroma liquid that was supposed to be in the jar was missing.
Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, with just a few small details that could be improved.

GGastnutzerSehr schön und kein Brainer für Geschäftsreisende. Es ist nur neben dem Flughafen (bedürfte man durch einen großen Park gehen, aber es könnte ein bisschen hart mit großen Gepäck sein). Das Frühstücksgebiet ist sehr klein, aber die Qualität ist alles schön. Eier, Wasser, Milch, sogar Schlamm nutzen sie die besten Qualitäten. Der Service des alten Mannes, der für das Frühstücksgebiet verantwortlich ist, ist auch verrückt gut.

GGastnutzerViele positive Punkte. Zunächst die Grüße, die freundlichkeit, die Verfügbarkeit und die Beratung von meinem Gastgeber. Die Einfachheit für den Transport mit Jalla (Noch einmal, vielen Dank für die Überall herbeiführen! ). Auch die Schönheit des Ortes, wirklich ruhig, geräumig, und ein Qualitätsbett. Der Drei-Füll-Garten. Der Pool ist wirklich geschätzt. Schließlich, die größte Qualität der Lebensmittel. Einige leckere Gerichte und wirklich koppig. Eine superbe marokkanische Kochkultur mit vielen verschiedenen Gerichten, die mit Herz gekocht werden, und vertrauen Sie mir, dass Sie es fühlen können. Ich empfehle dieses Gasthaus wirklich und ich werde wahrscheinlich bald wieder kommen!

GGastnutzerIch checkte ein, und als ich mein zugewiesenes Zimmer betrat, war es bereits belegt! Also musste ich mit meinem ganzen Gepäck zurückgehen, um ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen. Außerdem belästigte ein Mann an der Rezeption, der betrunken oder psychisch labil (oder beides) war, die Gäste (mich eingeschlossen), und das Personal unternahm nichts, um ihn loszuwerden. Als ich endlich mein eigenes Zimmer hatte, war es zwar klein, aber komfortabel und sauber genug. Das Doppelbett bestand jedoch eigentlich aus zwei zusammengeschobenen Einzelbetten, war also nicht so bequem, wie es sein könnte, und für Paare ungeeignet. Insgesamt war ich von dem Aufenthalt enttäuscht.

J'avais compris qu'il y avait un parking, mais ce dernier est payant et sur réservation. Dommage.
A l'acceuil, le personnel ne donnait pas l'air de bien maîtriser les réservations via ce site, après m'avoir fait payer la taxe de séjour, il voulait me faire payer les petits déjeuners. Mais pour moi ils étaient compris dans le prix. En présentant la réservation j'ai fait valoir cette situation.
La chambre, tip top, seul petite chose qui pourrait être améliorée, la douche.
La position du support de douche était mal disposé à mon avis et l'eau allait trop lion dans la salle de bain.
