I stayed with family at this hotel for 3 days it was very good experience, the hotel was clean and rooms big and services very good also have space for walk in hotel like park and many activities, like boating,🧘♀️, etc

Bad welcome! At the time of check in, forget the welcome and welcome drink, we were offered a city view room whereas we had booked for the Pool View ( better view and more price) room.( Approximately Rs 15,000 / USD 150 per night ) We were made to go up and down two times to check different rooms. The staff at the reception tried his best to offer less priced room with additional benefit of Lounge access. Only when we put our foot down, we were offered the room we paid for only after 1 hour of wait. We checked in at 6:00pm finally. I never understood the logic behind not allotting the room which paid for. Be sure not to book this hotel during the Season ( Christmas vacation). It is highly chaotic during this season. Room service was good. The room was clean. Room offered a great pool view. We booked the New Year Poolside Party with them which was absolutely let down. Bad music and average food and below average drink options. Highlight is Breakfast and the staff is courteous. Stay here if you get good deals.

Das Hotel und das freundliche Personal sind eine wunderbare und erstaunliche Erfahrung. Ich und mein Mann haben vom 07. Juni bis 11. Juni 2024 eingereist. Von der Eincheckung bis zum Auschecken , wir wurden von der erstaunlichen Personal voll und ganz versorgt. Afsal ist ein wunderschönes Personal, Wittchen, Chatten und kümmert sich um Devika (meine Lieblingsschönheit Kutty) und Amuritha - sie haben wirklich um unsere Nahrung gesorgt und vegetarisch - sie bieten die Wahlen für das vegetarische Nahrung. Chef Arun ist eine fantastische und betreuende Person. Er hat unsere Geschichte zugehört und Da mein Mann gerade die 24 Tage oder Ayruveda Behandlung abgeschlossen hat, muss er kontinuierlich seine Medikamente und Kashyam, die für eine Zeit zu brüten müssen. Chef Aurn kümmerte sich um das und auch Mahesh hat das auch geregelt und schickt es in unser Zimmer. Aufgrund der Initiative von Chef Aurn hat mein Hubby seine Medikamente ohne Scheitern fortgesetzt. Alle von ihnen sind Gastgeber und haben uns wirklich zu Hause fühlen lassen. Der Zimmerservice ist fantastisch, von der Bereitstellung von Wasser und der Ersetzung des Spülsafes. Die 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (Ich kann mich seinen Namen nicht erinnern, aber er ist schlank und hatte gekurbelte Haare und sehr angenehme Persönlichkeit) ist fantastisch und hat unsere Bedürfnisse gepflegt. Mein Mann fühlte sich in Wunderland und als Jeanne in der Lampe, bitten Sie um etwas und Ihre Bedürfnisse sind erfüllt. Sie sind sehr rechtzeitig und erfüllen. Schließlich möchte ich die Führung des Hilton Garden zu der feinen Erholung Ihres Teams und Ihres Personals und zu der Verbesserung des Kundenservices auf die Kundenexzellenz gratulieren. Ich wünsche allen, einschließlich der Front-Angestellten, der Sicherheit und der Wächter, die besten Wünsche und glücklich in diesem fantastischen Kundenorientierten Umfeld zu arbeiten.

Cochin war Zweiter und es war in Ordnung hier. Ich habe letztes Mal zu Mittag gegessen, also habe ich zu Mittag gegessen. Die Spaghetti, die ich im Momo Café gegessen habe, waren großartig.

We stayed here for about four nights and even extended as it was so great! Loads to do in the surrounding area and the staff were great and really helpful.

Amazing Stay at this hotel. Awesome staff great installations and rooms. The food is great. 100% recomendable for some peaceful days.

The property was soo good with all the amenities. The room was very spacious ***** with a very nice view from the bed itself. Basic amenities were all present in the room as well as the bathroom. The room service was also very quick and the in room dining was very delicious. The breakfast which was included in our room package was also great and had a lot of variety. The check in and check out process was also quick and the ballet parking service was also provided. Other than all this, we were also provided a 15 mins complementary foot massages for 2 and 2 complimentary soft drinks. We stayed there for 2 nights and overall it was an amazing stay and i would recommend this property to everyone.

The property was excellent and well maintained. The staff were very warm and attentive. Would like to book again. The only slight glitch was in the breakfast rates. We had made a booking without breakfast. As per trip.com offer breakfast rate was Rs 450 per person to be paid at the hotel. But the actual rates were Rs 750 plus tax. So double check the rates with the reception before availing.

Very nice property on back waters…resort has water body in centre which is good to look at Good quality is good and service was good Rooms are good size but need renovation now as don’t seem like 5 star standard
