Ich checkte am Montag um 15:15 Uhr ein und es ging schnell und einfach. Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber. Das Hotel liegt günstig neben dem KSL-Einkaufszentrum, in dem es viele Massagesalons, Friseursalons, einen Lotus-Supermarkt und viele wichtige Dinge gibt. Kostenlose Hausschuhe, Standard-Toilettenartikel und ein Minikühlschrank. Ich zahlte 52 $ für einen Aufenthalt (Kingsize-Bett) ohne Frühstück.

Leider mussten wir eine zweite unbehagliche Nacht ertragen, bevor ich das Thema wieder an den Manager gestellt habe. Ich muss den Dienstleiter für ihre rasche und entschlossene Aktion loben sie organisierte einen sofortigen Raumwechsel, der einen bedeutenden Unterschied machte. Dieses Niveau der Service-Wiederherstellung wurde geschätzt. Es ist jedoch unklar, warum die ursprüngliche Besorgnis nicht früher vom Frontdesk verschärft wurde, was unnötige Unannehmlichkeiten verhindern könnte. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr bequem, und die Frühstücksauswahl variiert täglich, was ein Plus ist. Ein besonderer Hinweis auf das Eistationspersonal sie waren konsequent freundlich und aufmerksam, um jede Anfrage mit einem Lächeln auch während besetzte Zeiten zu behandeln. Der Auscheck war reibungslos und effizient. Overall, while there were some fails in initial handling, the service recovery and certain staff members’ efforts stood out.

Overall the room is clean but dont expect the room is big. The only things surprised me is the breakfast , taste all is nice and more things to choose . If for short trip in JB , I will choose this hotel again because of price reasonable and service is good , staffs are all friendly.

I stayed at Five Hotel primarily for the location, which is unbeatable. It’s an easy walk to the CIQ, major malls, and plenty of great eateries. If you just need a clean place to crash, it hits the basics. However, the room design left a lot to be desired. The space is very cramped, and the bathroom layout is questionable—there was no soap at the sink, and the shower screen is too small to contain the water, so the floor gets soaked. The biggest issue, though, is the noise. The walls are thin, and every time a door opens, a loud alarm sounds. If you have neighbors coming or going late at night or early in the morning, you will hear it. As a light sleeper, this was a major downside. It’s clean and functional, but I’ll likely look elsewhere for my next trip.

I often stay at Trinidad Hotel when I visit Johor Bahru because the location is convenient and the rooms are comfortable. However, during my recent stay, the check-in experience was disappointing. At the lobby, the staff (an Indian girl) was quite slow. She asked us to wait, so we waited patiently. Unfortunately, after waiting for quite some time, she gave the available room to another guest who arrived later than us. It felt unfair because we had already been waiting earlier. I hope the hotel management can improve the check-in process so it will be more organized and fair for guests.

Stayed one night at Miico Hotel, which is newly opened in 2025. The hotel contacted me via Trip.com to confirm my estimated arrival time, which was a nice touch. The room was comfortable for one person, even with a queen-size bed, and basic amenities were provided. Eerything was still new and in good condition,with good air conditioning, nice and cool. The surrounding area has plenty of eateries and massage options, which is convenient.Behind the hotel has plenty of parking lot if you're driving.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel, besonders die Toilette und die Dusche im Zimmer waren kaputt. Als ich die Dusche öffnete, fiel sie auf mich. Danke, ich habe keine Verletzungen oder Blut am Kopf. Ich kann klagen oder die Polizei rufen, wenn ich mir beim Duschen am Kopf weh tue. Zweimal habe ich die Rezeption angerufen, damit es repariert wird. Niemand kam. Dann rief ich dreimal an und der Junge kam. Ich war wirklich sehr, sehr geschockt. Ich wurde vor einer Kopfverletzung bewahrt. Ich brauche mein Geld von diesem Hotel. Bitte erstatten Sie mir den Betrag. Ich möchte schon wieder nicht buchen. Bitte erstatten Sie mir den Betrag so schnell wie möglich, nicht die Hälfte.

Die Lage ist gut, nahe dem JB Stadtplatz (5Min. zu Fuß) und Tan Hiok Nee Erbsstraße (2Min. zu Fuß). Es gibt jedoch kein Frühstück im Hotel serviert, es gibt mehrere Restaurants/Cafés in der Nähe. Das Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig. Check-in und check-out Prozess ist schnell, freundliche Erinnerung, um rm100 für Einzahlung vorzubereiten (es wird zurückkommen, wenn check-out). Gesamterfahrung ist gut, und Wert für Geld. Die einzige Frage war der Nachtverkehrslärm, der noch auf dem 20. Stock, wahrscheinlich aufgrund des Straßenverkehrs, bemerkbar war.

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Bahru. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. The check-in process was smooth, and the famous warm DoubleTree cookie made the arrival even more pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-maintained facilities. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything spotless. The hotel location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping malls, restaurants, and the CIQ checkpoint. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the food quality was excellent. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Bahru to anyone visiting Johor Bahru and look forward to staying here again in the future
