Ich checkte am Montag um 15:15 Uhr ein und es ging schnell und einfach. Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber. Das Hotel liegt günstig neben dem KSL-Einkaufszentrum, in dem es viele Massagesalons, Friseursalons, einen Lotus-Supermarkt und viele wichtige Dinge gibt. Kostenlose Hausschuhe, Standard-Toilettenartikel und ein Minikühlschrank. Ich zahlte 52 $ für einen Aufenthalt (Kingsize-Bett) ohne Frühstück.

Der Eincheckprozess ist schnell und dünnenlos. Der Empfänger war freundlich und auf Anfrage bequem, als ich für 1 weitere Kartenschlüssel gefragt habe. Das Zimmer ist von guter Größe und im Allgemeinen sauber. Allerdings ist die Duschefläche fertig und braucht eine ganze Kleidung von Schrauben. Grundeinrichtungen sind verfügbar, einschließlich Zimmerslips (wichtig, da der Teppich ist Abdrückdampf). Matratzen ist aus guter Unterstützung, obwohl die Kissen geräuchert (nicht von frischem Waschbecken geräuchert). Überwinden Sie sie durch das Anlegen eines Gesichtshandtuchs über den Kissen. Wir hatten eine gute Nachtruhe. Klimaanlage ist für Anpassungen responsiv, was ein Pluspunkt ist. Frühstück ist inbegriffen und eine anständige Verbreitung und Qualität.

Breakfast at Oliva cafe was great. But on the 2nd morning which coincides with Xmas day, the service was not too great. Too a while to replenish food 😅 might be due to lack of staff? I don't know. The best point is the location, near (walking distance) to mid valley south key mall but not the same pricey tag to st Giles. Room is clean and functional. I like that I can control the thermostat

Okay, Fives is definitely not a five-star hotel, but honestly, the location, price, and staff more than make up for it. Pros: Price is shiok — especially if you book a few weeks in advance. Your wallet confirm happy. Location solid — Yes, it’s a few hundred metres further than the big-name hotels, but still right opposite Komtar JBCC. Just cross the road and you’re there lor. Staff all very steady — Always cheerful and polite. Stayed here more than three times already, and every time feels like coming home (minus the nagging from mum). Facilities okay one — No pool, but got a big, comfy lobby where you can nua while waiting for your Grab. Best part? Got a huge convenience store inside the lobby that opens till 2am. Supper crisis solved lah. Cons: No pool lor. So if you wanna float around in a bikini, go somewhere else. Never tried the breakfast spread, so cannot comment. Maybe nice, maybe meh. Other notes: Rooms are small-small one, and while they look clean, maybe don’t go CSI mode and inspect too closely. Not a dealbreaker though — just manage your expectations. Verdict: If you’re in JB for one or two nights, and you just want a good location, great price, and no-frills stay, this one is perfect.

This is my third time staying here, and I’m still satisfied with the service provided. The only downside this time was that the room didn’t have a safety deposit box, and it was located on the first floor in the middle section, so it was quite noisy due to traffic and people hanging out by the roadside. If you want a quieter room, request one on the 2nd–3rd floor at the end of the wing.

Als Geschäftsreisefahrer fand ich das Hotel sauber, gut gepflegt und komfortabel für Ruhe und Arbeit. Das Zimmer war teuer und ruhig, bietet eine geeignete Umgebung, um sich nach einem langen Tag zu konzentrieren. Die Ein- und Auscheckung war effizient, was ich angesichts eines engen Zeitplans wirklich geschätzt habe. Die Lage war bequem, und die Grundausstattung erfüllte meine Bedürfnisse für einen kurzen Geschäftsaufenthalt. Insgesamt war es eine zuverlässige und angenehme Erfahrung.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel, besonders die Toilette und die Dusche im Zimmer waren kaputt. Als ich die Dusche öffnete, fiel sie auf mich. Danke, ich habe keine Verletzungen oder Blut am Kopf. Ich kann klagen oder die Polizei rufen, wenn ich mir beim Duschen am Kopf weh tue. Zweimal habe ich die Rezeption angerufen, damit es repariert wird. Niemand kam. Dann rief ich dreimal an und der Junge kam. Ich war wirklich sehr, sehr geschockt. Ich wurde vor einer Kopfverletzung bewahrt. Ich brauche mein Geld von diesem Hotel. Bitte erstatten Sie mir den Betrag. Ich möchte schon wieder nicht buchen. Bitte erstatten Sie mir den Betrag so schnell wie möglich, nicht die Hälfte.

I booked the hotel for a night just a few hours before I checked in and the check-in was fast! Room is clean and spacious - big plus - and also overlooks the city. Location is also very accessible, short walking distance from City Square mall. Right after check out I went to explore Jln Wong Ah Fook area for lunch and thrift stores. I’ll stay here again the next time I’m here!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. While the hotel itself is very well-maintained and conveniently located, it was the exceptional service that really set it apart.Every staff member I encountered was professional, warm, and attentive!

Das Hotel ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber. Aber wir waren unsagbar überrascht, als wir die Fenster öffneten und die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer im 23. Stock genossen. Sie können selbst sehen, wie schlecht es gepflegt ist. Ansonsten sind sie nicht entgegenkommend, wenn wir nach zusätzlichen Mineralwasserflaschen fragen, im Gegensatz zu 5-Sterne-Hotels, die uns auf Anfrage ein paar geben. Hier ist es anscheinend kostenpflichtig. Einer der männlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich, als er unsere Fragen beantwortete. Keine Wärme, kein Lächeln oder freundliche Ausstrahlung von ihm. Das ist eine Überraschung für einen Hotelangestellten. Da kann man besser sein. Das Frühstück war nicht allzu schlecht und bot eine gute Auswahl. Prost!
