Insgesamt war alles gut. Aber was den Reinigungsservice betrifft, war es ein bisschen enttäuschend, weil wir im Haus schliefen, die Reinigungskräfte öffneten einfach das Haus und gingen hinein, um zu putzen. Wir waren schockiert. Zum Glück war mein Bruder da und bat sie, draußen zu warten. Wir waren schockiert, dass er die Tür öffnen konnte, nicht einmal anklopfen ✊, bevor er hineinging. Nur das, aber ansonsten finden wir alles gut. Ich habe diese Einrichtung auch meiner Freundin für ihren Familienurlaub empfohlen.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, aber die Lage kann etwas aus dem Weg sein, obwohl sie Shuttle-Service zum Mid Valley bieten. Umgeben ist ziemlich leer nur eine kleine Strecke von Geschäfthaus. Wenn Sie eine ruhige Nacht und Einkaufen in einem großen Geschäft am Tag mögen, ist es gut hier zu bleiben. Das einzige, was ich nicht mag ist die Dusche, Wasser fließt aus dem Tauchbereich und ganze Badezimmer Fußboden ist nass, nachdem Sie eine Dusche nehmen. Benötig ein paar Slips, um das WC nach dem Duschen zu benutzen, es sei denn, Sie haben keinen Sinn, auf einem nassen und kalten Toilettenboden zu steigen.

The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with easy access to key business areas, shopping malls, and nearby eateries in Johor Bahru. It made traveling around the city hassle-free during my stay.

Schönes, gemütliches Zimmer mit guter Klimaanlage. WLAN-Verbindung ist ok. Zahnbürsten werden bereitgestellt. Es gibt keine Zimmer mit Verbindungstür im Hotel. Gutes, angemessenes Frühstück. Leider funktionierte der Warmwasserbereiter nicht richtig. Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber dem Einkaufszentrum, direkt auf der anderen Seite der viel befahrenen Straße. Einkaufszentren, Bahnhof (ca. 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß) und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Neben der Lobby gibt es einen Supermarkt.

JJust a casual travelerI was there for 3 nights, booking 2 rooms with queen size bed.
It was a less than satisfactory experience. I specifically requested for rooms away from elevators but they gave me 2 rooms that are right next to their employee elevator. So it means, the elevator is in between of the 2 rooms that I booked for my parents and I. No doubt, the employee elevator meant less activity but it's still next to the elevator where ppl could easily come up and down.
Secondly, we were unable to get the key card to open the door to the corner room that is for my parents. Took 1 trip down to concierge to inform them about the problem. They programmed the key card again and problem still exists. Only after I told them to relocate my parents to a different floor that they mentioned that the battery in the scanner of the door ran out so they have to get technician to change them. So, that left a bad impression from the getgo.
Thirdly, once we got on that floor, it smelled bad. I had to get housekeeping to spray air-freshener to get rid of the smell. I believe it from the drainage, where if water wasn't used or flushed down, it can start to smell. So my question was, how long was the room toilets not cleaned or flushed? If the rooms were occupied, surely it shouldn't smell.
Fourth, the pool was not what is expected of a hotel pool. Even a boutique hotel pool look better than that. But I don't care too much about pools as I am looking for good place to rest after spending a lot of time sightseeing when I'm traveling.
Fifth, noise insulation wasn't good. I could hear the guest in the next room snoring from my room. Let alone if the guest spoke loudly, I could hear.
The staff were polite and kind for the most part. One or 2 staff may not know certain things but they are probably new to the job and are on training. Not a big matter.
It is situated in a good location. It is 20-25 mins away from Johor city square. It is in a nice suburban neighbourhood, but within a commercial round area with a park in the middle. There is even a big Aeon Mall right opposite the hotel. Traffic isn't bad going into that area.
If you're looking to spend a lot of time in the room during your travel, this is not the one for you. If you want a comfortable room to rest for the night, this is good enough.

GGastnutzerAs a retired couple, we thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Four Points by Sheraton for a short 3 days getaway. It was surrounded by shop houses and 10mins walk to SKS mall (2 storey tall only). The room was spacious and the service crew was exceptionally helpful. We appreciated the hotel accommodating our request for a room near the lift, though the trade-off was a less-than-ideal view facing the hotel rooftop.
The breakfast selection was moderate, which was expected for the off-peak season. We particularly enjoyed our stroll at Desaru Beach; the hotel's free shuttle service is very convenient with three daily timings (9am, 12pm, and 5pm - for single trip only, however you may opt to set off at 9am and take the next shuttle bus at 12pm or 5pm back to hotel). We opted for the 5pm shuttle to catch the sunset, which was beautiful. The return journey via Grab was only 9 Ringgit, which we found very affordable. A great spot for a relaxing getaway. The best deal we found was having fresh Black Thorn durian and a cold, fresh coconut at a very reasonable price nearby.

TTentenAmaiodinThe unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed is bouncy and we slept well. The place also comes with useful amenities like a fridge, electric stove, oven, iron and hair dryer. However, there is no water dispenser or water filter provided. Basic utensils such as plates, spoons and bread knives are available, but there are no forks, bowls or other cooking tools, so you may need to bring your own or purchase separately if you plan to cook.
The downside was the check-in experience. We were only given the access card without the bedroom key, and ended up stuck outside for almost an hour trying to figure out how to enter. The owner’s response was quite late, which made the situation frustrating. The TV in the room was also not functioning. On the positive side, the owner did allow a late check-out at 1pm.
Overall, the stay was comfortable after settling in, but the initial access issue and late response affected the first impression.

GGastnutzerIch habe vor kurzem in Sheraton Johor Bahru geblieben und möchte meine Erfahrung teilen.
Zunächst einmal waren die Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und hilfreich während unseres Aufenthalts, was uns begrüßt und komfortabel machte.
Es gibt jedoch einige Bereiche, die Verbesserungen benötigen. Das Zimmer hatte weder ein ”Make-up-Zimmer” noch ein Hausaufbewahrungszeichen/Knopf, so dass die Mitarbeiter nicht wissen konnten, dass wir das Zimmer gereinigt wollten, während wir mehrere Stunden aus waren. Wir hatten das Zimmer schon gereinigt, aber leider war es nicht fertig. Wir haben dreimal Hausbetreuung angerufen und mussten fast eine Stunde warten, bevor die Mitarbeiter das Zimmer reinigten.
Schließlich hatte ich während des Frühstücks eine unbehagliche Erfahrung. Ich bestellte ein hart kochiertes Ei, aber es war überkocht und hatte schwarze Spots auf dem Joch, was enttäuschend war.
Insgesamt war der Personalservice gut, aber ich hoffe, das Hotel kann seine Haushaltung Kommunikationssystem und Frühstücksqualität verbessern.

AA.T.W.Es hat alles, was wir brauchen Gute Nähe zu den Zoll, komfortable Betten, gemeinsames Eisenbahnsystem und sehr sauber. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt. Meine Mutter schläft normalerweise nicht gut, wenn sie reist, aber sie teilte das Bett war so komfortable, dass sie gut schlief. Der einzige Abstand ist seine Nähe zum Straßenverkehr. Ich kann den Verkehr nachts und während des Tages hören, indem ich meinen Schlaf unterbreche.
