Eenvoudig hotel in nabijheid van luchthaven. Personeel moet je ‘s nachts wakker maken om in te checken. Bed zelf was zeer goed, wel wat gehorig. Badkamer heeft renovatie nodig, maar douche was prima! Gezien de prijs kunnen we niet klagen.

Nettes komfortables Aufenthalt mit leckerem Frühstück, besondere Erwähnung an Frau Unnati Kanojia für die Organisation des überraschenden Geburtstags für meine Frau. Wird sicher wieder besuchen.

I recently stayed at this hotel, which claims to be a 5-star property, but in my opinion, it's more of a 4-star hotel. The stay was generally good, with comfortable rooms and decent service. However, there were a few areas that fell short of my expectations. The breakfast options were limited and could be improved. Additionally, the spa was not operational during my stay, which was a disappointment. Overall, it's an average hotel that needs to work on its amenities and services to live up to its 5-star claim. Great hotel w really prompt house keeping service. Restaurant staff was very attentive as well. Overall great experience. I do have one negatuve feedback : The front desk staff was discriminatory towards gold members compared to diamond members so I would advise you train them better to avoid such an un welcoming behaviour in the future.

Location near Jaipur Train Station but 20-30 minutes ride to Hawa Mahal or the Pink City Area. The bed sheets are a bit dirty. Good service but questionable manner from bellboy that got tip from us, his gesture were like saying the tip is not enough🙏🏼

Sehr gut ~ Absolut günstig, um ein so gutes Schlosshotel zu genießen ~ Sehr groß ~ Ich ging in den Garten und pflanzte verschiedene Blumen und züchtete einen Pfau, und die Bücher, die ich in meinem Kopf las, kamen mir in den Sinn. Der abgebildete Garten Eden sollte so aussehen ~ Wir lebten zwei Tage in Jaisalmer. Am ersten Tag zelteten wir in der Wüste. Das Hotel, in dem wir am zweiten Tag übernachtet haben, war absolut beruhigend und entspannend. Es gab viele kulturelle Relikte mit Aufführungen und Atmosphäre. Es ist auch sehr gut ~ Du kannst abends die Sterne im Schloss sehen ~ Wenn du das nächste Mal deine Eltern mitbringen willst ~

Room facilities expected of Holiday Inn Express standards. One of the cupboard handles in my room was barely able to hold on to the cupboard door, and would fall off if not careful. Perhaps, the room maintenance could be up-kept better.Otherwise, the staff were generally polite and service oriented.
