Hotels mit WLAN in Präfektur Hiroshima, Japan

Ich habe den Service eines authentischen klassischen Hotels gespürt. Dieses Hotel zeichnet sich vor allem durch seinen unvergleichlichen Blick auf die Burg von Hiroshima, die gute Erreichbarkeit des Busbahnhofs von Hiroshima, seine gepflegten Einrichtungen und die Freundlichkeit des Personals aus. Während einer Rundreise durch Hiroshima hatte ich einen Unfall, bei dem ich meine Einkaufstasche im Stadtbus zurückließ, und bat das Hotel um Hilfe. Es gab immer Personal, das Koreanisch konnte, sodass die Sprachverständigung einfach war. Das koreanische Personal und der Hotelmanager kontaktierten aktiv das Busunternehmen, sodass ich mit dem Fahrer des Busses, in dem ich saß, Kontakt aufnehmen konnte. Da es sich um einen Stadtbus handelte, beschloss ich, an der Bushaltestelle für die Rückfahrt zu warten und mein Gepäck abzuholen Gepäck, das ich zurückgelassen hatte. Wie vom Hotel angewiesen, wartete ich früher als zur vereinbarten Zeit an der Bushaltestelle. Der Hotelmanager schien jedoch besorgt zu sein, dass wir die Bushaltestelle möglicherweise nicht finden oder mit dem Busfahrer kommunizieren könnten, also kamen wir an Zur verabredeten Zeit gingen wir bei kaltem Wetter über den Zebrastreifen und kamen nur in unserer Uniform zur Kreuzungshaltestelle zurück. Es tat mir wirklich leid und ich war sehr dankbar. Darüber hinaus erinnere ich mich an den Service der Gepäckaufbewahrung zwischen dem Check-in und Check-out im Hotel sowie an das Lächeln und die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter, denen ich im Aufzug und in der Lobby begegnete. Ich denke, ich werde dieses Hotel in Zukunft immer wählen, wenn ich nach Hiroshima komme. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, meine Dankbarkeit auszudrücken, deshalb hinterlasse ich dies als Rezension. Es war der beste Aufenthalt!

Die Einrichtungen sind sehr alt, aber der Service ist einfach und gut. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Zeit ist sehr richtig. Der private Freibad ist auch interessant, und ich kann es mit meiner Familie nutzen. Für diejenigen, die in der Stadt exzellente Dienstleistungen anbieten wollen, ist es vielleicht etwas unzufrieden, aber es ist oft ein gutes Hotel. Ich will es immer noch verwenden.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer waren etwas klein, aber für Japan ziemlich normal. Das Frühstück gab es im nahegelegenen Café von einer festen Karte.

I think it is unfair that this hotel has a low score on Trip.com. The reason I say this is because people were either looking for a “cheap hotel” in Hiroshima and were surprised by how far it is from Hiroshima Station and the city center, or they assumed the hotel was located on Miyajima Island. Since there are only five reviews on Trip.com as I am writing this, I want to make clear who this hotel is suitable for and who it is not. This hotel is perfect for people who want to stay as close as possible to the Miyajima ferry and spend just one night before heading to the island the next morning. You can reach the ferry either by walking (around 30 minutes) or by taking the local tram (around a 10–15 minute ride). This hotel is not a good fit if you want to stay in Hiroshima and explore the city. It is not close to Hiroshima Station, the city center, or any sightseeing spots. The area around the hotel also offers nothing, there were no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, so take that into account. However, if your plan is to stay one night and go to Miyajima Island as early as possible the next morning, and you are traveling with limited luggage (do not bring large suitcases or any heavy luggage), then this hotel is a good choice. We had our main luggage sent to our hotel next to Hiroshima Station and only carried a small 5 kg carry-on with clothes for the next day. The walk from the nearest metro station to the hotel was about 10–15 minutes, and it was not as difficult as some reviews made it sound. Just use Google Maps and you will be fine. About the hotel itself, because of what we read, we expected nothing, but we were pleasantly surprised. The check-in process, done by machine, was instant and smooth with no issues at all. Sometimes I really wonder what people are doing when I read their experiences. The room itself was more than fine. You have all the amenities you need, the room was spacious enough for two people with luggage, the bed was big enough for us, the hotel was clean, and overall it felt like a good hotel. I was even surprised that the hotel had a laundry room.

The hotel’s facilities are excellent, and the location is very convenient. For the price, it offers great value. Most staff members were friendly and helpful, but the January 5th evening shift staff member was not friendly at all. On the night of January 5, this male staff member was quite unhelpful and rude. I had a package delivered to the hotel, and I had confirmed ahead of time that the hotel could receive it. When I asked about it, he said they hadn’t received any packages. I explained that the building’s address might be shared and that it could have been delivered to the neighboring property (this had happened before, and another staff member had kindly helped me retrieve it). However, he simply told me to contact the delivery company myself and walked away abruptly. Since I don’t speak Japanese, it was difficult for me to handle the issue alone. I chose a hotel with front desk service specifically for help in such situations. The next morning, I spoke to another staff member, who kindly said they would look into it. Later, they found the package, which indeed had been delivered to the neighboring building. That evening, I was finally able to collect it—but it had been opened. The staff apologized repeatedly, and I accepted their apology, but thinking back, it does raise some concern. The opened package contained over-the-counter medicine, and the box was clearly labeled as such. If there was any suspicion, I believe it would have been more appropriate to verify with the guest upon pickup or report it to the authorities, rather than open the package privately. Overall, the hotel’s hardware and location are excellent, and the staff are generally polite. I just hope that management can improve staff training and establish a better procedure for handling delivered packages to ensure a more professional experience in the future.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und ordentlich. Die Lage etwas ausserhalb von den Sightseeingspits, allerdings gibt es einen Bus der direkt bis dahin fährt. Und es bietet sehr schöne aussichten über das Meer und den Hafen. Abzug für den Service, das Hotel hat 10 minuten mit mir diskutiert weil es unbedingt meine Kreditkarte haben wollte. Musste mich dann an den Manager wenden bis endlich akzeptiert wurde, dass ich nur eine Nacht und nur zum schlafen in diesem Hotel einchecke, da es nur ein kleiner Stop auf meiner Japan-Rundreise war. Es gab allerdings noch ein kleines Zimmer-Upgrade zum QueenSizeBed-Room. Abgesehen von dieser Diskussion empfehle ich das Hotel auf jeden fall weiter.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It’s right next to Peace Memorial Park, directly behind the museum, in a quiet and pleasant area. It’s about a 3–5 minute walk from the tram stop and around 5 minutes to the main shopping street. If you get this hotel at a good price and only plan a short stay focused on the Peace Park, the location is definitely a plus. The room itself, however, was extremely small. Seating was uncomfortable — only a small stool with no back, and in my case the screws were sticking out, making it unsafe and unpleasant to use. You are basically either on the bed or out of the room. The biggest issue was severe condensation and dampness. The room had extreme moisture problems — water running down the walls and windows, and the bed and floor becoming damp overnight. I woke up with wet feet and later realised why. This is not normal condensation; it was excessive and clearly an ongoing issue. I raised this with the front desk when checking out, but it was brushed off. After contacting Trip.com with photos and videos, the hotel refused responsibility once I had checked out. Trip.com eventually offered partial compensation, but the hotel itself showed no accountability. Because of this, I would not stay here again. I am not overly picky with hotels, but a damp room that can make guests sick is unacceptable. Also, I do not recommend the breakfast. You receive a very small bento box with unclear contents and a bottled tea. For the price, you are far better off going to a nearby convenience store like Lawson. Overall: great location, but poor room conditions and lack of responsibility from the hotel. There are better options in this area.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, viele Essmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, auch viele Geschäfte befinden sich sehr nahe zum Hotel. Peace Museum und Peace Memorial Park sind in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück im Hotel ist mittelmäßig, das betrifft sowohl die Auswahl der Speisen als auch die Räumlichkeiten, wo Frühstück stattfindet, es könnte unter Umständen sehr voll und eng sein. Das Zimmer, was wir hatten war für zwei Personen ziemlich klein aber sauber, WLAN im Hotel ist schwach. Im großen und ganzen ist dieses Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Hiroshima ganz ok.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, die sehr nahe der Shinkansen-Ausfahrt von Hiroshima Station ist. Das Front Desk ist gut in Englisch und willkommen, verschiedene Fragen zu beantworten. Ich schätze die große Bettgröße und den Spiegel vor dem Wand-Seiten-Desk. Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung.

Ich hab in der Unterkunft zwei Nächte verbracht und würde es wieder tun. Die Lage ist super, man ist schnell am Bahnhof und den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten, ob mit Tram, Bus oder zu Fuß. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Ausstattung mit den Annehmlichkeiten grandios. Besonders toll dan ich auch den Flyer mit Empfehlungen, ich hab mich meinen Aufenthalt daran etwas orientiert. Darüberhinaus fand ich den späten Check-out auch erfrischend, da kann man in Ruhe die Taschen packen und frühstücken. Meine Erwartungen und Bedürfnisse an eine Unterkunft als Alleinreisende Frau wurde erfüllt und ich war sehr zufrieden.
