The hotel is good, very interesting and beautiful design on every corner, the swimming pool is outdoor and great for the photos.
The room is quite small.
The breakfast is average, but they have a coffee machine.
The prices in the rooftop restaurant is quite high.

In general, not a great customer service as the personals were very rigid. Also, at best warm water on the colder side which doesn’t help in the winter.

This place is quirky and charming at the same time. The decor does overwhelm at times, but that is also what makes this place interesting. Best part of the stay was the staff - superb customer service. The rooftop restaurant was fantastic, with an extensive menu and great wine selection. Rooms were comfortable and roomy. Would definitely recommend this place!

We had a royal suite that was large and comfortable, but the over the top decor was enough to give you a headache- everything was carved, painted or decorated in garish colors- even the ceiling of our room was painted with a floral design- but not tastefully done. Other than that, we had to prove to them that when they made up the room they didn’t put any toilet paper in the bathroom. So they made up for it in the second night when they lined up around 8 rolls of toilet paper on the shelf. We couldn’t get small change for tips at the desk, and the elevator has very limited capacity, but the dinner was excellent, the waiters were very good, and breakfast was nice as well.

It’s very beautiful property but I was only there to sleep and catch my flight the next day early. Dinner and Breakfast was very good. I enjoyed the music and dance show during my dinner. The stuff was nice but it took more than an hour to have access to internet. I found a bit awkward the main electrical switch to be outside the room giving access to anyone.
Overall it’s a beautiful place to stay and relax!
