Had a wonderful weekend stay at Radisson during my birthday. It's actually a golf resort. Location near to the newly opened K-Square mall. Within Sukajadi area with popular eateries like Anchor cafe, Madley cafe and Pagi Sore Indonesian restaurant. My room was clean and spacious with open concept bathroom and come with balcony facing the golf coourse. Hotel arranged some birthday decor as my partner informed them in advance, which is nice. Facilities includes a large swimming pool with a view of the golf course, gym, spa and restaurant. However, the second swimming pool and some amenities at the 10th floor wasn't in operations. Breakfast was awesome with lots of food variety. The manual juicer machine to make orange juice was something to remember. The hotel interior decorations have Bali design inspiration. Overall a highly recommneded hotel to stay when in Batam.

Got early check in after submitting two new emails to be registered for Ascott rewards. Assigned to 807 and sighted a few drain flies upon entering, small issue compared to what we faced later. Spotted 2 plaster bagworms, and toilet bowl had bugs surfacing repeatedly despite lid being down. Photos for both attached. Gave feedback to front desk and waited for duty manager to arrive (started waiting from 5.22pm), then went back to room while DM prepared a new room. Waited for about 25 mins and we decided to head to the lobby with our luggage as nothing was happening. We were offered the suite at 808 but tried to explain before entering 808 that the corridor was infested with the insects, he shrugged (prolly language barrier here). 808 had the same issue and the DM initially tried to explain it was not a bug and we had to show him photos on google, and also spotted a bagworm with the worm (photo for second room attached) inside on our way out. We told the DM we did not want an upgraded room, and just wanted a clean room that had no insects. Next room we were offered was 1305 which thankfully had no bugs and smelled a lot fresher. It was 6.07pm when we put our bags down and had to wait “5 mins” for keys to be delivered. Nothing happened after 20 mins and we had a dinner reservation to head to, called front desk and they sent the security guard up to hand us the room keys, not sure this is correct protocol? Around midnight we could hear the tv from next door, luckily front desk sent someone up within minutes. This was more an unlucky experience with inconsiderate guests next door, but soundproofing could be improved as we could hear their doorbell loud and clear when front desk came up to check the situation. Anyway we checked out a day earlier as we didn’t feel comfortable and well-rested.

Stayed at Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment during my family trip to Batam, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. This place is suitable for travelers who prefer a quieter and more relaxing environment instead of staying right in the busy city center. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff service. The team was very friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever needed. I would especially like to mention a staff member named Berkat, who truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and ensure that our stay was comfortable. His helpful attitude and dedication made a very positive impression on us and added warmth to the overall experience. The environment of the residence is peaceful and relaxing. Unlike hotels located in crowded tourist areas, this property offers a calmer atmosphere that feels more suitable for families or travelers who simply want to rest and unwind. The surroundings are quiet, and the overall ambiance is comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy, and the facilities provided were sufficient for a family stay. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment-style setup gave a more homely feeling compared to a standard hotel room. One thing to take note of is the location. The residence is located quite far from Batam’s main city or town area, roughly around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. This means you may need extra planning if you intend to travel frequently into town for shopping or dining. Fortunately, the property provides a scheduled shuttle bus service, which is very helpful. However, guests will need to follow the shuttle timing strictly, as it operates based on a fixed schedule. Overall, Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent hospitality from the staff. While the location may not be the most convenient for those wanting quick access to the city, it is still a good choice for families or travelers looking for a peaceful accommodation experience in Batam.

Aufgrund der Bewertungen auf TripAdvisor hatte ich keine großen Erwartungen. Aber ich finde das Hotel insgesamt ziemlich gut. Ja, das Hotel ist ein bisschen alt und die Bettwäsche hat vielleicht einen winzigen Fleck, aber ich war angenehm überrascht, dass ihr Doppelbett eigentlich ein Queensize-Bett und ein Einzelbett ist. Die Zimmer sind außerdem hauptsächlich mit Holzmöbeln eingerichtet. Eine weitere Sache, die mir sehr gut gefällt, ist die Klimaanlage, sie ist sehr stark und sehr kalt. Wir haben uns wie ein Burrito in die Decke gewickelt. Eine Kleinigkeit, die vielleicht noch erwähnt werden sollte, ist, dass es trotz der „Rauchen verboten“-Schilder in den Aufzügen immer noch Reisende gibt, die dort offen rauchen. Aber ansonsten finde ich das Hotel insgesamt in Ordnung. Es ist auch ziemlich sicher, weil Sie die Zimmerkarte scannen müssen, bevor Sie die Etage auswählen, in die Sie möchten. Es gibt auch McDonalds in der Nähe, Sie müssen nur die Straße überqueren.

Lage in der Nähe des Hafens von Batam, fußläufig in ca. 15–20 Minuten erreichbar. Zimmerausstattung wie angegeben. Der Service ist recht nett, Gepäck kann aufbewahrt werden, wenn man zu früh ankommt. Ein früher Check-in wäre jedoch viel besser, da jedoch keine Zimmer verfügbar sind, können wir wie angegeben erst nach 14:00 Uhr einchecken. Frühstück wie gewohnt, Brot, Kaffee, Mie usw. Die Beleuchtung könnte vielleicht von gelblich zu heller verbessert werden. Man kann sich Grab oder Gojek besorgen, um herumzukommen. Insgesamt ist die Übernachtung angenehm.

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind und haben im Premier-Studio mit einem Schlafzimmer übernachtet. Mein Mann hatte Geburtstag, und das Personal überraschte uns mit einer Torte und einem Lied. Vielen Dank an das Team für die liebevolle Dekoration des Zimmers für das Geburtstagskind! Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es ein paar kleinere Probleme, die aber vom Servicepersonal umgehend behoben wurden: Die Zimmertür ließ sich wegen einer schwachen Batterie nicht öffnen, und wir hatten das falsche Zimmer bekommen (Deluxe statt Premier). Das Servicepersonal ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar und antwortet sehr schnell auf unsere WhatsApp-Anfragen. Sie fuhren meinen Mann sogar gegen 4 Uhr nachts, um eine Grab-Lieferung abzuholen. Das Premier-Zimmer ist meiner Meinung nach viel besser, vor allem wegen der Aussicht und des Smart-TVs. Das Zimmer ist sauber, und das Bett ist bequem. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, gut gelaunt und kinderlieb. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und bietet eine große Auswahl. Für Kleinkinder ist das Frühstück kostenlos. Unsere Highlights waren: der Meerblick durch die Badezimmerfenster und vom Balkon, das Spa mit der angenehmen Meeresbrise, die Pandan-Drinks im Spa, das Spielen im hoteleigenen Pool, das hervorragende Mittagessen im Restaurant Tadd, die Quad-Tour, die man unbedingt ausprobieren sollte, und der Spielbereich für Kinder im Tilo Kids Club. Wir lieben den Buggy-Service; mein Sohn sitzt gerne beim Fahrer. Ein Punkt, den das Resort verbessern könnte, ist die Qualität des Essens. Es ist zwar in Ordnung, aber für den Preis könnte es im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants in Singapur heutzutage besser sein. Insgesamt waren wir von dem Aufenthalt, der Atmosphäre und den Leuten begeistert und hoffen, bald wiederzukommen.

Liebe unser Aufenthalt hier! So ein schönes Resort und Strand vor. Die Lage ist gut für einen klaren Strand und Meerblick, keine Schiffe/Fähren in der Nähe. Die Pools waren auch großartig. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Nur die Lüftung funktionierte nicht im Toilette, so alles blieb mehr lang ziemlich nass. Frühstücksausbreitung war gut, Indonesisch und westlich. Sie haben ein Restaurant dort für Mittag und Abendessen geöffnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich, vor allem die Türmannen und Buggy und Shuttle-Fahrer. Wir wollten ein Restaurant in Montigo versuchen und sie haben uns nett gebuggy-d uns außerhalb des Eigentums. Lage ist nur 30 - 40 min von der Stadt Nagoya entfernt.

Hat den besten Aufenthalt im AP Premier Hotel. Es wurde für unser Geburtstag gebucht und eine süße Überraschung gegeben. Und wir liebten und schätzten es!  Das Zimmer ist gereinigt! Nur unten war unser Zimmer rökfrei, aber als wir erst eintraten, war der Zigarettengeur zu stark! Aber der Geruch scheint langsam nachdem wir unser eigenes Parfüm sprühen, um den Zigarettengeur zu töten. Aber im Allgemeinen haben wir unsere Reise genossen und würden es empfehlen, und wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Location is good near to City Centre Breakfast is good but yet can improve  Staff is friendly and the Hotel manager make his round at the cafe to mingle with guest to make sure the guest is enjoying their stay at the hotel. Kuddos to Staff of Eska Overall the stay was good will go back again if i happen to be at Batam

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.
