"Dieses Hotel ist gut, mit einer tollen Lage. Es ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Ferry Terminal. Es gibt auch viele Lebensmittel, Komfortgeschäfte, Einkaufszentren usw. in der Nähe. Die Besatzungsrate dieses Hotels ist sehr hoch, und es gibt viele Menschen. Ich reservierte 2 Zimmer, und die Eincheckzeit war um 2 Uhr, aber das Zimmer war nicht bereit um 3 Uhr. Dies ist die einzige Beschwerde, die ich habe. Das Front Desk Personal war sehr nett und freundlich, aber der Eincheckprozess könnte schneller sein! Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und ich schlief sehr komfortabel. Es ist es wert. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch sehr gut, mit verschiedenen Gerichten jeden Tag. Ein großes Hotel. Ich werde das nächste Mal wählen."

"Came Batam for 2 nights but only managed to booked 1 night here as it was fully booked on a weekend. Its a very popular hotel so do book early.
Location was superb, walking distance to the instagramable cafes such as Itsumo, to big malls such as Grand Batam and surrounded by lots of good massage and dining options. The famous A2 eating place is also 5min walk away.
Hotel has a nice artistic touch was very new as it was barely 3 years old. Room and bathroom is still in very clean and good shape. Only downside was there is no bath tub in the room.
Check in and check out was a breeze. Staff was friendly. Buffet spread was not the best variety but was okay.
Overall stay here if you want to be in the heart of the action without need to travel out."

"This is my 2nd time in this hotel.
The last time I stayed was almost more than 1 year ago.
The place had definitely went thru renovation as the rooms that we had stayed in level 2 were new, clean and fresh.
We were given choice to upgrade with additional 1,000.00++ rupees 2out of the 4 rooms that we had booked to family and executive room to accommodate the extra bed as there are 11 of us in total.
The location definitely is a killer as it was abt 3 mins walk to Grand Batam Mall.
I guess the only set back is that the hotel doesn't comes with a pool for the kids and the GYM is still under maintenance.. The spa nothing great but it's not a concern for us as there are many spa/massage parlour along the hotel area.
The breakfast needs improvement however the staff is friendly and also ready to serve the guests at all cost.

"This is a relatively new hotel wih great facilities. I was upgrdaed from normal Deluxe room to Suite. Good spacious room with confoirtable bed. Main restaurant is at top floor for nice view of surrounding. Breakfast has a good spread of food choices and taste satisfactory. Buffet dinner at weekend that includes durians is very reasonable as well. Location is great at Nagoya area with many eateries, foodcourts and entertainment in the vicinity. Nearby mall include Nagoya Hill Mall and Nagoya Thamrin City. Not for swimmers though as no swimming pool. But still high recommended for its price and purpose of accomodation."

"Very close to Batam centre Ferry terminal and walking distance to mall but at night be careful of big holes in the pavement whilst walking. Outlook of hotel looks new and clean. But inside hotel smells like toilet air freshener. Inside room smoke smell. Tried calling front desk to request if have non smoking room but no one pick up call so I just left it since only 2 nights. But didn’t enjoy going back to sleep…. Luckily I brought essential oil so I tried wiping down the floor and cleaning the room to freshen up… tried opening the window to air the room but sewage smell is strong outside….
Went to breakfast at 9am and food very empty… selection a lot but not refilled. Made do with it and just ate some rice and meat..
The price is really cheap so cannot expect too much I guess. Would not return definitely.
Grab taxi is cheap there and we enjoyed the laid back club and cafe hopping for the 2 days we are there."

"The hotel is very new , is open on 16 Nov 2023.
Room are quite spacious, very clean basic amenities like toothbrush with tooth paste, shampoo , body gel and room slippers, coffee , teas and 2 bottles of mineral water are provided. .
And outside your room has water dispenser which you csn get it yourself.
The hotel staffs are very friendly, courtesy and helpful.
Check-in was very fast and it's very nice the hotel allow us to check in before the standard time. This is a plus point.
The hotel also has bicycle for rent, in case you want to explore the area.
The hotel also provides 1 way shuttle to Nagoya Hill mall or Grand Batam mall.
We stayed 3days 2 night and we really enjoyed the view from. Room window overlooking the river with seafood restaurant, beautiful sunset and ferry arriving and departing from the terminal.
I strongly recommend this Yello hotel to those who come to Batam. Price is reasonable too.

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

NNurhidayahThe hotel is in the Nagoya area, which is quite convenient. It’s new, with clean and welcoming corridors. Our room was clean too, but unfortunately, the hotel is not smoke-free.
When we entered the room, it smelled strongly of smoke, which gave me a headache, especially worrying since my kids were staying in too. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp, but they only suggested using air freshener, which didn’t help. I even asked to change rooms and was willing to pay extra, but got no follow-up.
Later, I realised the smoke smell was coming from the toilet, possibly due to shared ventilation? The smell got worse at night, and we had to cover our noses with blankets. I really hope the management will address this ventilation issue other than that I find the hotel was value for money.

RRachel Hwee PhengSelected the family suite - biggest room for our family of 3. The room was big and located on level 2. I stayed at rm 225 corner room. Breakfast was good although the fried cakue and coffee can be better. Location is perfect…in between BCS and Grand Batam mall and the local market which provided good food options in the day time and also A2 food court at night. A lot of massage places as well. Will come back to stay.

HH L DThe hotel is OK in general with friendly staff, but the building is old and requires some repair. Our room has a cracked wall and mold in the bathroom. The curtain has some stains and can benefit from a good wash. I asked to change the room due to the crack, and the staff showed me 2 other rooms with similar conditions (moldy bathroom, light cracks on the wall) so I chose to stay in the original room.

Nur eine gute Nachtruhe konnte nicht, wenn Sie nicht jemand sind, der mit dem ganzen Lärm schlafen kann. Die Wohnung hat ein Mall, aber nur 1 Kaffee und wenige Geschäfte. Das Außenbereich hat nur 1 Heizung und ein Kaffee. Wir gingen zum Morgenbacker ca. 7min entfernt nahmen wir eine Grab-Rückwohnung bei ca. 20000 Rupiah. Wir nahmen auch ein Grab-Auto zum Maha-Tempel für 4 von uns bei idr22000. Ich kann die Moschee sehen, die im Batam Zentrum ist. Besser bereiten Sie sich eigene Haarschampo und Klimaanlage. 2Drottning und 1 Matrix auf dem Boden verfügbar. Morgen kann man die Gebete hören. Wir bestellen auch Lebensmittel, da wir jus lazy zu gehen in der Nacht. Der Ort ist wirklich in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums durch Grab. Zimmer ist sauber. Kein Toilettenroll und kein Wächter im Keller. High floor with Seaview.

GGuest UserDie Eincheckung war ein Brise , aber das Zimmer furnishing etwas alt und es gab Spiderweb auf der linken oberen Hand des Bettwäsches . Das Gesamtzimmer war ok , aber sie mussten das Zimmer neu zu befüllen, wie es schlecht gewartet . Meine ehrliche Meinung .
