The hotel is indeed cheap, but the low price does not justify the unacceptable conditions.
During our stay, we found both a rat and a cockroach in the room, which was absolutely unacceptable. The furniture was also old and showed obvious signs of wear and tear.
We booked three rooms, and the air conditioning in two of them was not working properly and could not get cold. After complaining to the reception, a technician was sent to check the rooms. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the issue, the technician insisted that the rooms were cold, which felt extremely dismissive and frustrating.
The overall experience was so bad that I had to look for another hotel and move out. Unfortunately, it was the Singapore National Day long weekend, so most hotels were already fully booked, making the situation even more stressful.
Please think twice before staying here, even if the price is cheap. In my opinion, the unacceptable cleanliness, poor room conditions, faulty air conditioning, and lack of proper customer service are simply not worth the savings. Absolutely one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.
