AAnonymer BenutzerI've stayed at Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Grand Batam twice this year, in February and May 2026, and once again, the experience exceeded expectations.
This time, I booked an Executive Twin room for my mother-in-law and her friend for a short getaway from 30 May to 1 June 2026.
The location is excellent—directly opposite Grand Batam Mall, making shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient. The hotel is also right next to Eska Wellness Spa, where guests can enjoy massages, hair treatments, manicures, and pedicures, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway.
Even before arrival, the service was impressive. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp regarding a few special requests, and the staff were professional, responsive, and genuinely accommodating throughout the process.
Some highlights of the stay included:
• Spacious and spotlessly clean room
• Comfortable beds that provided a good night's rest
• Hot and cold water dispensers available at every lift lobby
• Smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, and other entertainment options
• Excellent breakfast spread with a wide variety of local and international selections
• Complimentary hi-tea, which was a delightful surprise and made the afternoons even more enjoyable
What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every staff member—from the front desk and housekeeping team to the chefs, waiters, and bellboys—provided exceptional service with warmth, professionalism, and genuine friendliness throughout the stay.
My mother-in-law and her friend did not have the opportunity to use the hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and gym during this stay, so we are unable to comment on those. However, based on their overall experience, they truly enjoyed every moment here and appreciated the comfort, convenience, and hospitality provided.
We will definitely be returning again and would highly recommend Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Grand Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming stay in Batam.

GGastnutzerRequested for a higher floor away from the bar but got a room on the 6th floor, just right above the bar on the 3rd floor. Rooms are not sound proof so we could hear the bar playing music till midnight plus we can hear sounds from the other room when walking in the corridor. On our last day we decided to have the hotel breakfast and the live meat grilling station started producing a lot of smoke, making the entire hotel lobby choked up with smoke due to poor ventilation. Had to shift outdoors to continue our meal. Location is also far from most attractions but it was not much of a problem since grab rides are easily available an affordable.

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

NNSZHad a wonderful stay at Panbil Wyndham! Everything was great, especially the superb breakfast with lots of options. I requested a birthday surprise, and the staff went above and beyond by singing and sending me a cake, so thoughtful, I’m truly grateful. The infinity pool was beautiful, and I loved the complimentary drinks and snacks that could be redeemed anytime during the stay(before 10pm). Before heading home, I also enjoyed a relaxing massage at Eska. Overall, such a memorable and enjoyable experience!

SSumi BeenDer Service ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und heiß uns immer wann immer wir da sind. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Wir genossen wirklich unseren Aufenthalt.
Eines, was erwähnt werden muss, ist das Frühstück. Es gibt viele verschiedene Wahlen, darunter westliche, malaisische und chinesische Lebensmittel. Alles war lecker.
Obwohl die Lage nicht sehr strategische ist und es nicht viele Restaurants in der Nähe, war es für uns kein Problem, weil wir ein Motorrad vermietet haben.
Insgesamt hatten wir eine große Erfahrung und werden sicher wieder für einen weiteren Aufenthalt kommen.

MML359Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Montigo Resort.
Das Personal ist freundlich und reagiert schnell.
Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gab eine große Auswahl, die meisten Speisen wurden frisch und warm serviert, sowohl westliche als auch lokale Gerichte, und es gab eine große Auswahl an Backwaren.
Im Zimmer waren verschiedene Mückenschutzmittel vorhanden.
Der 24-Stunden-Zimmerservice war perfekt für uns, da ein Familienmitglied erst abends im Resort ankam und ein spätes Abendessen benötigte. Wir bestellten ein paar leere Weingläser, die innerhalb von 10 Minuten in unsere Villa gebracht wurden. So konnten wir uns in Ruhe unterhalten.
Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und es gab reichlich Mineralwasser, das täglich aufgefüllt wurde. Die Villa mit Meerblick bot einen fantastischen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang mit dem Steg im Hintergrund.

AAnonymer BenutzerLiebe unser Aufenthalt hier! So ein schönes Resort und Strand vor. Die Lage ist gut für einen klaren Strand und Meerblick, keine Schiffe/Fähren in der Nähe. Die Pools waren auch großartig. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Nur die Lüftung funktionierte nicht im Toilette, so alles blieb mehr lang ziemlich nass. Frühstücksausbreitung war gut, Indonesisch und westlich. Sie haben ein Restaurant dort für Mittag und Abendessen geöffnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfreich, vor allem die Türmannen und Buggy und Shuttle-Fahrer. Wir wollten ein Restaurant in Montigo versuchen und sie haben uns nett gebuggy-d uns außerhalb des Eigentums. Lage ist nur 30 - 40 min von der Stadt Nagoya entfernt.

The main reason I continue choosing this hotel is because of the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. A special appreciation to Joices, Wani, Alin, Yani, and Salsa for their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness throughout my stay. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of.
The hotel facilities and environment perfectly suited all my needs, making the stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Beyond the names mentioned, every member of the team — from room service, housekeeping, welcoming staff, to the drivers — shared one common objective: putting the customer first. Their teamwork, dedication, and genuine hospitality are truly commendable.
I would also like to sincerely thank the hotel management for employing and nurturing such excellent staff. It clearly reflects the hotel’s high standards and commitment towards customer satisfaction. Great work to the entire AP Premier team — keep up the excellent service!

TThomas96Meine Freunde und ich haben kürzlich im Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence übernachtet und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt äußerst günstig, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Nagoya Hill Mall entfernt und ist somit ideal zum Shoppen und Essen gehen.
Die Zimmerausstattung war durchschnittlich, aber ausreichend, und die Sauberkeit entsprach den üblichen Standards. Das Fehlen eines Föhns im Zimmer war zwar etwas unpraktisch, wurde aber durch das freundliche und professionelle Personal mehr als wettgemacht. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und ermöglichten uns sogar einen frühen Check-in ohne Aufpreis, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten.
Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die günstige Lage und der exzellente Service machen das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Mit einigen Verbesserungen der Ausstattung wäre es perfekt!
