AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

Ich war gespannt auf dieses neu eröffnete Hotel und war positiv überrascht. Obwohl es beim Check-in eine Verzögerung gab (verständlich, da es Wochenende ist), war es danach nahezu perfekt! Der erste Eindruck des Hotelpersonals war ausgezeichnet. Obwohl es ein arbeitsreiches Wochenende war, blieben sie professionell und kümmerten sich um die Bedürfnisse der Gäste. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und das Bett garantiert erholsamen Schlaf. Was die Ausstattung betrifft, war alles vorhanden, was ich brauchte. Ein Minuspunkt war das mangelhafte WLAN, insbesondere nachts, und das Hoteltelefon hatte Probleme. (Ich empfehle die Nutzung eines WhatsApp-Systems des Hotels durch Scannen eines QR-Codes für wichtige Kommunikationen mit Gästen, z. B. um Eis zu bestellen oder Spa-Arrangements zu vereinbaren.) Ich glaube, es wurde für das Speisen auf dem Zimmer eingeführt. Die Umgebung ist 5 Autominuten vom Fährterminal Batam Centre entfernt, die One Batam Mall ist fußläufig erreichbar, und die wichtigsten Straßenimbisse, Indomart und ein Geldautomat befinden sich direkt gegenüber, was es wirklich praktisch macht. Insgesamt hat es, da es noch nicht einmal einen Monat alt ist, alle meine Erwartungen übertroffen, und ich hoffe, bald wiederkommen zu können. Vielen Dank an das Team des Grand Mercure Batam Centre für die angenehme Erfahrung.

MMimyoTravelsOverall, really really satisfied with this place! Booked this hotel with my family of 4. Firstly, the room we book is definitely big enough of all of us :) To be able to have dinner on a table, and having 2 toilets, is really great! SUPER big shoutout to the hotel breakfast - it is one of the best I've ever seen. Absolutely huge, and have probably everything you may expect of a southeast asian breakfast :) Regarding location, yes there are not a lot of things you can do within walking distance, but there is a small mini mart just 3 minutes walk away if you want to grab some snacks or drinks. They also provide shuttle bus service to some selected malls - which is great! We did use this service to Grand Batam Mall :) You will have to inform the concierge beforehand just so they can make sure the mini bus will have enough seats for everyone. However, a slight disappointment happened after - after we arrived at Grand Batam Mall, the driver asked if we would like a ride back later (which is so kind of him), I told him I'm not so sure yet - if I'll need one, I'll send a Whatsapp to their front desk. 30 minutes before I decided to book the mini bus back, I sent a Whatsapp which no one replied, so ended up booking a gojek back to the hotel 30 minutes later. Which makes me wonder if what was the point of the hotel having a Whatsapp haha! It would have been nice if someone replied, even if rejecting me for last minute booking, which I am totally fine with :)
Nonetheless, thats the only small point I think the hotel can improve on. The rest of the staff are SOOOO friendly!!! The facilities in the hotel (gym, pool, restaurants) are also clean, looks new, and high end as these are shared facilities with the neighbouring Wyndham Panbil (5 stars). I will 100% recommend everyone to come here, and I would love to return again some day ^^

RR.SashikumarWir haben 4 Tage und 3 Nächte geblieben und 2 Zimmer gebucht. Es war wirklich eine angenehme Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende.
🏨 Hausaufbewahrung machte jeden Tag eine ausgezeichnete Arbeit, sie änderten täglich die Bettwäsche und Handtücher und sogar das Mineralwasser auf, ohne uns zu fragen. Alles war immer sauber und frisch.
🍽️ Das Frühstück war hervorragend mit einer guten Vielfalt, und alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
☕ Im Lounge waren die Mitarbeiter freundlich, freundlich und mit einem Lächeln gedient, das uns wirklich zu Hause fühlte.
💁♀️ Das Front Desk Personal war auch professionell, freundlich und behandelte uns wie echte geschätzte Gäste.
Insgesamt überstieg Asialink Hotel Batam von Prasanthi wirklich unsere Erwartungen. Sehr empfohlen für jeden, der Batam besuchte, großartige Service, Komfort und warme Gastfreundschaft 🌟

Mein Aufenthalt im Batam View war wirklich toll. Der Meerblick ist atemberaubend. Im Gegensatz zu den anderen drei Hotels und Resorts in Nongsa gibt es hier einen richtigen Strand zum Entspannen und sogar zum Schwimmen. Die Umgebung des Resorts ist wunderschön. Ich habe es genossen, hier Fotos zu machen. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Die Angestellten sind höflich und hilfsbereit. Sie begrüßen und bedienen die Gäste stets mit einem Lächeln. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die eine Strandresort-Unterkunft bevorzugen.

HHamzah189Very clean and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The location, while close to a lot of places, was not accessible by foot. I prefer a place that I can simply walk out and enjoy the area. There were no footpaths outside the hotel. Not the hotel's fault of course. Overall, nice place to chill.

Ein schönes, gemütliches und sehr sauberes Zimmer… Buchen Sie das Superior-Zimmer, es bietet viel Platz. Es befindet sich im 20. Stock und der Blick über die Stadt ist faszinierend. Das Personal in der Lobby ist freundlich und zuvorkommend und geht gerne auf Ihre Sonderwünsche ein. Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

SSasikala ShahHotel is very good, cleanliness is v.good. the breakfast options were very less... but was good, can improve on it. The pool was good, my kids enjoyed it... but it was a bit deep.. the rooms were very bad n spacious. Their spa was the best thing, really enjoyed it. Our stay was very good, will definitely return.
