Requested for a higher floor away from the bar but got a room on the 6th floor, just right above the bar on the 3rd floor. Rooms are not sound proof so we could hear the bar playing music till midnight plus we can hear sounds from the other room when walking in the corridor. On our last day we decided to have the hotel breakfast and the live meat grilling station started producing a lot of smoke, making the entire hotel lobby choked up with smoke due to poor ventilation. Had to shift outdoors to continue our meal. Location is also far from most attractions but it was not much of a problem since grab rides are easily available an affordable.

I would especially like to mention a staff member named Berkat, who truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and ensure that our stay was comfortable. His helpful attitude and dedication made a very positive impression on us and added warmth to the overall experience. The environment of the residence is peaceful and relaxing. Unlike hotels located in crowded tourist areas, this property offers a calmer atmosphere that feels more suitable for families or travelers who simply want to rest and unwind. The surroundings are quiet, and the overall ambiance is comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy, and the facilities provided were sufficient for a family stay. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment-style setup gave a more homely feeling compared to a standard hotel room. One thing to take note of is the location. The residence is located quite far from Batam’s main city or town area, roughly around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. This means you may need extra planning if you intend to travel frequently into town for shopping or dining. Fortunately, the property provides a scheduled shuttle bus service, which is very helpful. However, guests will need to follow the shuttle timing strictly, as it operates based on a fixed schedule. Overall, Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent hospitality from the staff. While the location may not be the most convenient for those wanting quick access to the city, it is still a good choice for families or travelers looking for a peaceful accommodation experience in Batam.

Overall, the stay was good. However, we booked a room with 3 single beds, but instead we were given 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. At first, the receptionist suggested that we downgrade to a room with 2 single beds and add 1 extra single bed, downgrade??😂 but we rejected the suggestion because it wasn't worth the price we had paid. In the end, after seeing that we were not willing to compromise, they offered us a three-bedroom apartment on Level 20+. However, since there were only three of us (all girls), we felt the apartment was big and a little scary, so we chose to stay in the room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed so we could stay together. So, the bed type you select on Trip may not be the one you actually get. If you have a specific bed preference, I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to confirm it.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my husband and son, where I celebrated my birthday. The room was clean and comfortable, and all staff were courteous and attentive. Special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Bart, for being kind and approachable. It is no wonder the team is excellent under your leadership. Thank you as well for the complimentary drinks. I also commend Pritty for her excellent service at the restaurant. The food was very good, especially the carbonara. I truly appreciate the thoughtful birthday greeting from Zamzam, Noven, Aura, and the rest of the team. Thank you to the front desk and all staff for the warm hospitality.

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind und haben im Premier-Studio mit einem Schlafzimmer übernachtet. Mein Mann hatte Geburtstag, und das Personal überraschte uns mit einer Torte und einem Lied. Vielen Dank an das Team für die liebevolle Dekoration des Zimmers für das Geburtstagskind! Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es ein paar kleinere Probleme, die aber vom Servicepersonal umgehend behoben wurden: Die Zimmertür ließ sich wegen einer schwachen Batterie nicht öffnen, und wir hatten das falsche Zimmer bekommen (Deluxe statt Premier). Das Servicepersonal ist rund um die Uhr erreichbar und antwortet sehr schnell auf unsere WhatsApp-Anfragen. Sie fuhren meinen Mann sogar gegen 4 Uhr nachts, um eine Grab-Lieferung abzuholen. Das Premier-Zimmer ist meiner Meinung nach viel besser, vor allem wegen der Aussicht und des Smart-TVs. Das Zimmer ist sauber, und das Bett ist bequem. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, gut gelaunt und kinderlieb. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und bietet eine große Auswahl. Für Kleinkinder ist das Frühstück kostenlos. Unsere Highlights waren: der Meerblick durch die Badezimmerfenster und vom Balkon, das Spa mit der angenehmen Meeresbrise, die Pandan-Drinks im Spa, das Spielen im hoteleigenen Pool, das hervorragende Mittagessen im Restaurant Tadd, die Quad-Tour, die man unbedingt ausprobieren sollte, und der Spielbereich für Kinder im Tilo Kids Club. Wir lieben den Buggy-Service; mein Sohn sitzt gerne beim Fahrer. Ein Punkt, den das Resort verbessern könnte, ist die Qualität des Essens. Es ist zwar in Ordnung, aber für den Preis könnte es im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants in Singapur heutzutage besser sein. Insgesamt waren wir von dem Aufenthalt, der Atmosphäre und den Leuten begeistert und hoffen, bald wiederzukommen.

They consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel facilities and environment perfectly suited all my needs, making the stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Meine Freunde und ich haben kürzlich im Nagoya Mansion Hotel and Residence übernachtet und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt äußerst günstig, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Nagoya Hill Mall entfernt und ist somit ideal zum Shoppen und Essen gehen. Die Zimmerausstattung war durchschnittlich, aber ausreichend, und die Sauberkeit entsprach den üblichen Standards. Das Fehlen eines Föhns im Zimmer war zwar etwas unpraktisch, wurde aber durch das freundliche und professionelle Personal mehr als wettgemacht. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und ermöglichten uns sogar einen frühen Check-in ohne Aufpreis, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die günstige Lage und der exzellente Service machen das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert. Mit einigen Verbesserungen der Ausstattung wäre es perfekt!

IHG Holiday Inn. Dieses Hotel in Batam scheint vernachlässigt worden zu sein. Viele Einrichtungen sind schlecht instand gehalten. Pool, Fitnessstudio, Kinderclub – die Liste ließe sich fortsetzen. Das Personal ist ausgezeichnet. Warum kümmert sich das Hotel nicht um die Instandhaltung, obwohl es so beliebt ist? Covid hat weltweit verheerende Auswirkungen gehabt. Viele Hotels haben sich jedoch erholt und empfangen ihre Gäste mit neuer Hoffnung. Hotels müssen sich ständig verbessern, damit Gäste gerne wiederkommen. Rutschige Wege, juckende Haut nach dem Schlafen und unzureichende Toiletten sind nur einige der Mängel im Holiday Inn Batam. Es ist an der Zeit, die Bewertung zu verbessern. Es ist ein großartiges Hotel, wenn die Instandhaltung verbessert wird. Es ist nie zu spät anzufangen. Ich freue mich darauf, 2026 wiederzukommen, falls es Verbesserungen gegeben hat.
