Ich war gespannt auf dieses neu eröffnete Hotel und war positiv überrascht. Obwohl es beim Check-in eine Verzögerung gab (verständlich, da es Wochenende ist), war es danach nahezu perfekt! Der erste Eindruck des Hotelpersonals war ausgezeichnet. Obwohl es ein arbeitsreiches Wochenende war, blieben sie professionell und kümmerten sich um die Bedürfnisse der Gäste. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und das Bett garantiert erholsamen Schlaf. Was die Ausstattung betrifft, war alles vorhanden, was ich brauchte. Ein Minuspunkt war das mangelhafte WLAN, insbesondere nachts, und das Hoteltelefon hatte Probleme. (Ich empfehle die Nutzung eines WhatsApp-Systems des Hotels durch Scannen eines QR-Codes für wichtige Kommunikationen mit Gästen, z. B. um Eis zu bestellen oder Spa-Arrangements zu vereinbaren.) Ich glaube, es wurde für das Speisen auf dem Zimmer eingeführt. Die Umgebung ist 5 Autominuten vom Fährterminal Batam Centre entfernt, die One Batam Mall ist fußläufig erreichbar, und die wichtigsten Straßenimbisse, Indomart und ein Geldautomat befinden sich direkt gegenüber, was es wirklich praktisch macht. Insgesamt hat es, da es noch nicht einmal einen Monat alt ist, alle meine Erwartungen übertroffen, und ich hoffe, bald wiederkommen zu können. Wert für Geld Aufenthalt. Tagesbedürfnisse bereitgestellt. In der Nähe von Essen und Einkaufsvierteln und Fährterminals. Tagsbräuche mehr auf chinesischen Küchen. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter machten den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Wird sicherlich wieder buchen, wenn die nächste Reise nach Batam.

Bewertung des Wyndham Panbil Premier Hotel Batam Ich hatte schon mehrmals das Vergnügen, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten, und es war jedes Mal ein fantastisches Erlebnis! Obwohl das Hotel kürzlich von Best Western Premier zu Wyndham umbenannt wurde, freue ich mich, berichten zu können, dass der Service weiterhin exzellent ist. Schon beim Check-in war das Personal an der Rezeption freundlich und effizient, sodass alles schnell und reibungslos verlief. Das Café-Team war besonders beim Frühstück aufmerksam und sorgte dafür, dass alles bereit war, was meine Morgenstunden wirklich angenehm machte. Auch der Zimmerservice war erstklassig; das Zimmer war stets makellos sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Es ist selten, eine so gleichbleibende Servicequalität zu erleben, insbesondere nach einer Umbenennung. Das Hotel fühlt sich immer noch wie ein zweites Zuhause an, und ich bin jedes Mal aufs Neue von dem Gesamterlebnis begeistert. Eine absolute Empfehlung für jeden Batam-Besucher!

Stayed at Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment during my family trip to Batam, and overall it was a pleasant and comfortable stay. This place is suitable for travelers who prefer a quieter and more relaxing environment instead of staying right in the busy city center. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff service. The team was very friendly, polite, and always willing to help whenever needed. I would especially like to mention a staff member named Berkat, who truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and ensure that our stay was comfortable. His helpful attitude and dedication made a very positive impression on us and added warmth to the overall experience. The environment of the residence is peaceful and relaxing. Unlike hotels located in crowded tourist areas, this property offers a calmer atmosphere that feels more suitable for families or travelers who simply want to rest and unwind. The surroundings are quiet, and the overall ambiance is comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy, and the facilities provided were sufficient for a family stay. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment-style setup gave a more homely feeling compared to a standard hotel room. One thing to take note of is the location. The residence is located quite far from Batam’s main city or town area, roughly around 20 minutes away depending on traffic. This means you may need extra planning if you intend to travel frequently into town for shopping or dining. Fortunately, the property provides a scheduled shuttle bus service, which is very helpful. However, guests will need to follow the shuttle timing strictly, as it operates based on a fixed schedule. Overall, Panbill Residence Serviced Apartment offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent hospitality from the staff. While the location may not be the most convenient for those wanting quick access to the city, it is still a good choice for families or travelers looking for a peaceful accommodation experience in Batam.

Its my 2nd time staying here in the same room type. Room is clean and tidy. We received a room with a smart TV previously but the room we received currently, is not a smart TV. We checked with the receptionist and they told us that all rooms are not equipped with a smart TV. -1 point for no smart TV. Breakfast has a wide variety but it was not as delicious compared to my previous stay - maybe it was because we stayed on the weekdays this time round.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my husband and son, where I celebrated my birthday. The room was clean and comfortable, and all staff were courteous and attentive. Special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Bart, for being kind and approachable. It is no wonder the team is excellent under your leadership. Thank you as well for the complimentary drinks. I also commend Pritty for her excellent service at the restaurant. The food was very good, especially the carbonara. I truly appreciate the thoughtful birthday greeting from Zamzam, Noven, Aura, and the rest of the team. Thank you to the front desk and all staff for the warm hospitality.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Montigo Resort. Das Personal ist freundlich und reagiert schnell. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gab eine große Auswahl, die meisten Speisen wurden frisch und warm serviert, sowohl westliche als auch lokale Gerichte, und es gab eine große Auswahl an Backwaren. Im Zimmer waren verschiedene Mückenschutzmittel vorhanden. Der 24-Stunden-Zimmerservice war perfekt für uns, da ein Familienmitglied erst abends im Resort ankam und ein spätes Abendessen benötigte. Wir bestellten ein paar leere Weingläser, die innerhalb von 10 Minuten in unsere Villa gebracht wurden. So konnten wir uns in Ruhe unterhalten. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und es gab reichlich Mineralwasser, das täglich aufgefüllt wurde. Die Villa mit Meerblick bot einen fantastischen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang mit dem Steg im Hintergrund.

This is a pleasant hotel located near Harbour Bay, although it is not within comfortable walking distance. The food and service were both very good. A special mention goes to the chef preparing the fried noodles—they were outstanding, and I would happily return just to enjoy that dish again. The guest room was comfortable, but the furniture showed noticeable signs of wear and would benefit from refurbishment or replacement. The swimming pool access felt a little unusual, as the entrance is located next to the restaurant, while the changing rooms are quite a distance away, making it less convenient for guests. The gym is spacious, which is a great feature. However, many of the machines were out of order, so maintaining or replacing the equipment would significantly improve the fitness facilities.

Die Unterkunft ist super, nur leider gibt es keine Steckdosen neben dem Bett zum Aufladen von Mobilgeräten und überraschenderweise nur eine einzige Steckdose am Schreibtisch, die mit der Schreibtischlampe verbunden ist. Wenn ich die Schreibtischlampe ausschalte, kann ich meine Geräte also nicht aufladen. Eine weitere Steckdose befindet sich in der Ecke in der Nähe des Fensters.

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.
