HJ Inn

Near to airport, friendly and helpful security, good service staff. For this price, its good for layover or a night stay. Nearby there are multiple eateries.

I order a room with balcony, but fortunately the room i was given wasn’t one. Other things are fine

Thank you for the stay. I would like to share some constructive feedback for future improvements. Check-in was a bit delayed with a 30-minute wait, and the room had a slight odor as well as some stains on the bedsheets. Additionally, communication skills of some staff members could be improved. On a positive note, the bathroom was very clean. Hope the management considers these points to enhance the guest experience.

Only stay here if batam just a stopover (transit city) before you to other contries. The door for the balcony is broken

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and felt that the hotel offered good value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

This is budget hotel, so-so yet comfort to sleep. Nearby have places to explore street food, good to try

The staff are friendly and helpful. HJ Inn is conveniently located near the airport, and in the morning you can even take a walk around the hotel and see local people going about their daily lives.
