The actual feeling is much much better then the images in the website pages was showing.

I am generally pleased with the hotel's facilities and breakfast, as they have met my expectations in many aspects. However, I believe that a more welcoming and accommodating attitude from the staff would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, improving their English proficiency, particularly in customer interactions, would be highly beneficial in providing more seamless and professional service to international visitors.

1 청결도 : 럭셔리호텔답게 청소에 진심이신듯 하다. 객실은 당연히 깨끗하고 1층 로비도 정말 수시로 청소하심. 2 위치 : 이요테츠의 빨간호선, 파란호선의 종점인 도고온센역에 내려서 걸어서 5분이면 도착한다. 이동하기 아주편하고 숙소까지 걸어가는 길도 상점가 및 도고온천 본관이 자리하고 있어서 볼거리 많아 좋다. 또 개인적으로 이 숙소에 머무를때 자전거를 대여해서 이시테가와(이시테 하천)쪽으로 자전거 여행을 했는데 풍경도 너무 예쁘고 정말 최고였다! 3 서비스 : 호텔 투숙객은 주로 도고온천 가는길과 연결된 지름길 (엘리베이터를 타고 층을 내려가는 형태)을 이용하는데, 엘리베이터가 있는 곳을 가기위해 문을 나서는 족족 리셉션에서 마중해주시고 귀가할땐 심지어 문을 열어주신다. 이런 서비스 하나하나가 아주 인상적이었고 직원분들이 모두 친절하셨다. 또 갠적으로는 객실에 비치된 유카타가 너무 맘에 들었다. 사이즈별로 선택가능하고 신발 양말 하오리 손가방 까지 풀세트로 착장가능. 4 시설 : 대욕장도 좋고 호텔 인테리어 다좋은데 아쉬운 점이 호텔내 전자렌지가 없다는 것... 정수기도 로비나 복도엔 없고 대욕장에만 있음. 그것이 조금 아쉽긴 했다! 자판기에서 물 뽑아 사먹는 것으로 대체. 추가로 카드키로 자판기, 자전거 대여 등의 호텔 내에서 돈나가는 것을 외상 달아둔 뒤 체크아웃 할때 지불하는 방식도 편해서 좋았다~ 5 조식 : 맛은 있는데 음식 가지수가 그렇게 많진 않아서 아쉬운 느낌, 대신에 창밖으로 도고온천 건물 보여서 예쁨. 6 클래식공연 : 저녁엔 월요일인가 제외하고 매일 클래식공연을 해준다. 주말에는 피아노와 관악 협주 도 하고 보통 피아노연주를 많이 들려준다.

It is expensive, but it’s worth every single dollar. The hotel located right in the centre of Dogo Onsen. The room is spacious and the view of the city is excellent. The included dinner and breakfast at top notch with excellent service. The service is impeccable!

スタッフの応対、食事、施設どれも素晴らしかったです。古民家なので鴨居が低くうっかりすると頭に当たるので、その点チャックインの際にお声掛け頂いたら更に良かったです。

Clean hotel and right near downtown with a lot of activities cleanse by and public transportation was everyone and easily accessible .

The Daiwa Roynet Hotel is conveniently located in the main shopping district of Matsuyama. It is also close to the famous Matsuyama Castle. However as the city of Matsuyama is not too busy, the nearby streets are relatively quiet. There is a restaurant on the ground floor which serves dinner and breakfast in case you cannot find a place to eat . The hotel room is not too spacious. However I would say that it is a functional hotel with all the necessary facilities. Parking is available and you need to go to the back street to enter. It costs 1500 for one night.

Perfekte Lage mit einem tollen Ausblick auf das Schloss Matsuyama. Zwar kein öffentliches Bad, ansonsten alles top.

部屋も広くて清潔感がありとても満足です 館内にある別料金のお風呂も最高でした タトゥーが入ってると使用出来ないそうなのでそこは少し残念です😭 最上階にあるBARも素敵やったなぁ 朝食もバイキング形式で種類も多く美味しかった

Ein Hotel, das sich aussehen läuft, ist der mysteriöse Eingang des Hotels, wie in ein anderes komfortables Land, der Raum ist reichlich, alle Bettwaren und Handtücher sind sehr komfortabel. Es gibt die Chance, wieder zu bleiben. Super lobenswert 👍👍👍
