We did’n like the smell of the air fresher used in the room which is lemongrass scented. It smells assy taste and not fresh feeling. Selbst der Körperwaschschampo-Klimaanlage und Handwasch sind auch auf Lemongras basiert. Und riecht nicht so frisch und delikat wie das übliche 5-Sterne-Hotel. Sehr enttäuschend.

The day here was outstanding. Super fast check-in thanks to Alung, who was very kind and helpful with recommendations. The staff were all very friendly and quick to help out, especially the cleaning services. The bathtub was a bit narrow in width but shower pressure was great and the bed was amazingly comfy. Would happily stay here again when visiting Jakarta!

I did not really have any time to try out the amenities. The rooms are nice, a tad small but is okay for short stays. Needs to have a upgrade in terms of TV, boiler and Minibar. The walls and floor makes the hotel seem very old despite having the Pullman name. Should really consider doing some works on the hotel. The staffs are nice and amazing but the telephonr line seems to have a lot of distortion so it was not easy to communicate well.

Breakfast selection are limited, quality is average. Porridge , egg station, soup noodles, bread and jam, pastries , 4 choices of fruits under salad bar, yoghurts , 5 dishes (noodles , broccoli , chicken, tofu, cap cay), coffee machine, tea bags , 4 choices of flakes. They provide pots , plates , bowls , cups , water dispenser , microwave, induction cooker however the cleanliness level is poor. No washing detergent and sponge thus can’t rewash it. There’s washing machine. It’ll be good if it comes with dryer. There are remnants of food trapped in between the gaps on dining chairs. I wiped it with wet wipes. The color of the tissue was grey black. The design of the apartment is pretty modern. Maintenance is required to maintain the aesthetic of the apartment. Missed to take photos and videos. Hope the feedback is well received and actions will be made for future improvements.

This time, I won't review the hotel itself, as the whole of Indonesia already knows that this hotel is very beautiful, clean, and perfect. I just want to give a brief review of the service from the staff based on my observations, not as a guest staying there. Oh yes! Before that, for everyone's knowledge, I own a travel agency, and I booked rooms at this hotel for 2 nights for my clients, who are two VIP families from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They stayed in rooms 1701, 1703, 1709, and 1711. It's usual for me to personally accompany VIP clients to their chosen holiday destination, and this time they chose to go to Jakarta and Bandung. Naturally, the Grand Hyatt was their top choice. On the morning of the second day they stayed here, I arrived at the hotel as early as 7:00 am to check if my clients had gone down to the café for breakfast, but upon checking at the front desk, it turned out they were still in their rooms. At this time, I started interacting with one of the café staff members, whose name I forgot to ask. I inquired if there was any possibility of purchasing a drink at the café while waiting for my guests to come down for breakfast. Unfortunately, the staff member said there were no transactions during that time as it was reserved for hotel guests to have breakfast until 10:30 am. Understanding the rules of every hotel, I then asked if there was a place for me to wait. He then led me to a dining table outside the café and offered me a drink. I was very surprised because he offered me a glass of hot latte (I hope the hotel does not take action against him for giving me a free drink 😁). This kind of service can truly win the hearts of customers and greatly increase the likelihood of them returning. Thank you.

An excellent hotel. Room was so lovely and spacious. Bed was so comfortable. The view was breathtaking from the 88th floor. Service was impeccable. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great. Very convenient. Nearby to the Great Indonesia Mall and also Plaza Indonesia. Breakfast was lovely. Food were all delicious. Would definitely be staying there again if I’m ever in Jakarta.

Als 5-Sterne-Hotel, denke ich es ist etwas überpreist, das Hotel ist relativ alt. Aber, es ist sehr sauber. Wenn Sie eine Stadtlichtblick mögen, können Sie dieses Hotel mögen, aber wenn Sie Ihre eigenen Autos bringen, einfach bereit, mit dem schweren Verkehr zu behandeln. Glücklicherweise ist es sehr nahe dem öffentlichen Verkehr wie MRT.

Die Lage ist die beste in Nordjakarta. Die großen Einkaufszentren neben dem Hotel können alles bieten, was Sie brauchen. Aber der Verkehr ist auch schrecklich wie Wochenende und Spitzenzeiten. Das Zimmer ist groß und gut, aber das Toilette scheint ein Problem zu haben. Der unheilvolle Geruch geht weiter, da die Erschöpfung des ersten WC sehr schwach ist. Ich muss die Tür schließen und nicht verwenden. Als ich ankam, sagte ich, mein Zimmer ist noch nicht bereit, sie bot mir ein kostenloses Willkommensgetränk im Kaffeegeschäft, das ist schön. Aber nach einer Stunde kommt niemand, um mir zu sagen, dass mein Zimmer bereit ist oder nicht. Ich habe mein Zimmer, wenn ich mich beschwere, welchen sie den Kunden proaktiv informieren sollten.

Location is next to Pondok Indah Mall (direct entry to PIM 2). Clean spacious rooms, big breakfast spread and most of all, staffs are very welcoming and professional! Nice pool area and a small corner for children slides and wading pool! Highly recommended for families and shoppers!

The hotel location is Good. At the centre of Jakarta. Close to Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia. The staff are friendly. The room is spacious. The glass is wide. I had a very great time at Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The pool is however small. I think this is the smallest pool for 5 star hotel that I have stayed. I have tried the spa. I requested for deep massage however I feel like it is light massage. With the price I pay, I would not repeat the massage at Mandarin Oriental and I would not recommend to anybody. However other than that, everything is great.
