Hat den wunderschönsten Aufenthalt im Renanissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel! Die Lage ist großartig und das Hotel selbst ist sehr schön und klassisch, mit gezielt gestalteten Zimmern, die einen komfortablen Aufenthalt ermöglichen. Das Personal war jedoch die, die wirklich meinen Aufenthalt in Dhaka erinnerebar gemacht. Jeder hier ist unglaublich. Ich habe immer gefühlt wie ein VIP hier und das Personal war immer bereit, mir zu helfen und zu fragen, wie ich es tat. Sajuti war besonders während meines gesamten Aufenthalts so freundlich und hilfreich und ich bin ihr so dankbar. Schreie nach Ayesha am Frühstücksbuffet, das Außensicherheitspersonal und alle auch auf dem Vorderbüro.

I stay regularly at Sarina for last 10 years. Maybe the management is new but overall their service is good. Breakfast spread is good. Staff are courteous. Rooms are clean. I would come again in couple of months.

Was great location and service from the hotels. Clean bed toilets and most of all no mosquitoes. Will book again for sure.

We arrived early for our scheduled check-in time. Robin Edwards, the general manager, has given everyone instructions to take note of my two-day stay at the hotel. After receiving a welcome drink upon my arrival, the General Manager presented me with a unique gift. My check-in was finished in a matter of minutes. After I got in the room, a representative from three different hotels came to ask if I needed anything or if I wasn't satisfied with the space, there was another one available for me. Because of the excellent customer service and concern that made my day memorable, I felt a little ashamed now. Overall exceptional cervices

Amari Hotel Dhaka is so far ranking number 1 on my list of hotels I've stayed in dhaka. Service excellent, very spacious room. Very comfortable beds. The roof top and bar is excellent, food very delicious. And the staff and friendly and provide a fantastic service. Thank you and oh yeah the views from the top floor 👏

Das Zimmer ist OK, das Frühstück ist OK. Die Straße am Flughafen ist in der Nähe, so versuchen Sie, die Rezeption nicht zu arrangieren, um die Straße zu besuchen. Das Bild ist der Luftgarten im oberen Stockwerk, der Pool ist auch im oberen Stockwerk.

Das Hotel ist neu, so dass die Möbel in guter Zustand sind. Die Wächter im Restaurant sind sehr hilfreich. Der Koch erklärte sich bereit, nicht-gewürzte Lebensmittel zu kochen. Als es eine leichte Verwirrung mit der Bestellung gab, erhielten wir einen Kompliment vom Koch. Das Wasser im Pool ist sauber.

The location was good and the hotel was quite clean. However, the service was not great. The security and the hotel manager were keep asking me room number every single time I returned to the hotel. I have a key and they should make their lift service key control rather than this type of epic manual check! For business and travel purposes ,I have been to over 20 countries so far and never experienced this type of repeated question regarding the room number which is a bit annoying. Maybe a Bangladeshi thing !
