A short walk from train station. Room size okay.. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Reception is on the top floor of the building... Good view. The outdoor platform provided a good view of the train station and track. Hotel provide train watching schedule too.

The hotel is old and the room is clean but not well cleaned especially the corners of the room. The room is old and dull and the toilet smells bad. The balcony is covered with bamboo screen which make hard to see the outside. We can see the balcony is not well cleaned and the rooftop of the building is not well cleaned, too. If they clean the balcony and rooftop it will make a big difference. The fence at the balcony is worn out if they repainted it,it will be very beautiful seeing from the inside. I dont care if the building is old but they should keep it well cleaned and more presentable and im sure people will come again. The food is good and the bathing facilities is also good but its too hot no air at all, i didnt stay long because i cant breath i wish they open the window for fresh air to come. the atmosphere from the window the dried mold of the rooftop and the worn out of the balcony fence should be fix.The place is very quiet and you can really relax.The main entrance and ground floor is renovated and its nice and modern. The service is good too but the clerks are not lively they should be more cheerful. If the room is not dull and the balcony and rooftop is clean i want to stay again but sorry i wont stay here again. Das Zimmer war geräumig für drei mit jedem Einzelbett, sehr komfortabel, sehr klassisch und elegante Möbel, Badezimmer und Toilette wurden getrennt. Personal war hilfreich und freundlich und sie können einfach Englisch verstehen. Gute Lage und sehr nahe vom Kanazawa Station mit vielen Speisen und Komfortgeschäften um. Frühstück war sehr nett mit vielen Auswahlen und Geschmacksmuster gut! Ich würde diesen Ort sehr empfehlen und möchte auch während meiner nächsten Besuch wieder hierher kommen.

It is not my first time to visit the Dormy Inn chain with the onsen available in every hotel. As always, the room is spacious and clean, and the onsen has both indoor and outdoor bath. It is within 2 minutes walk from Kanazawa station with easy access. There are numerous washing machines (free of charge!) and dryers available, so you don’t have to queue for washing machines if you had a long trip and need your clothes to be washed. There is a wall of manga outside the onsen and washing area for killing time. I will definitely continue to choose Dormy Inn if available.

Our stay in Morino Sumika was wonderful. This hotel is probably one the best Hotel (Ryokan) We’ve ever stayed in Japan. We are so impressed with their service. The staffs are polite and responsive even though language barrier. We stayed in a room with open air bath type with balcony looking at the slope garden and hotel itself. The architecture is stunningly beautiful. Room are spacious and bigger than we had expected. The room layout is great. We are so amazed with the hotel facility and everything in the hotel that we want to spend much more time at the hotel rather than going out. The hotel is about 5 km away from Kagaonsen Station in the area called Yamashiro Onsen. They offer shuttle service which we contact them via email. Yamashiro Onsen is very nice and calm. FYI… Kagaonsen Station is 20 minutes travel from Kanazawa by Hokuriku Shinkansen… very convenience..

Le matelas est très fin sur le côté la hanche touche le bois... bruit de clim. Lave linge n'a pas séché... Sinon c'est propre, le personnel accueillant. L'emplacement pratique on peux faire beaucoup de choses à pieds (omicho market; cartier geisha ; cartier samourai , arrêt de bus à côté de l'hôtel pour la gare de kanazawa...

Route INN hat im Grunde einen großen öffentlichen Pool, so dass Sie sich in der Geschäftsszene entspannen können. Gut, weil es hier ist. Ich bin froh, dass die Reinigung auch sehr gut ist.

We stayed here for 3 nights and Neon hotel really given us a beautiful experience in Kanazawa. Good location that can lead you to many famous restaurants and shopping. Well equipped especially washing machine that helped a lot for a family with kids. The amazing bed offered me sweet dreams every night. There is only one thing unpleasant. When we first checked in in Hotel Kanazawa, the staff told me there is no hotel parking lot “ you have to find coin parking please “ then tried to rush me go before my next question ( even tho he was smiling) But we found hotel parking right next to the hotel less than 1 minute walk. Other than that everything is perfect!
