Letzte Minute Buchung. Zimmer war ausreichend. Grundausstattung. Frühstück war großartig, viele Optionen. Lage wunderbar. Großer Batam Mall war in der Walking-Free, viele Massageplätze, viele Lebensmitteloptionen. A2 Lebensmittelhof 10mins Fuß entfernt.  Allerdings ist es ziemlich dim um das Gebäude in der Nacht, wenn Sie von der Mall oder A2 Lebensmittelgericht zurück gehen.

Saw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to. We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist. Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness. The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria. Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels. A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort. Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean. The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in. Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle. There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed. The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted. TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied. Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up. Pool is open from 7am to 9pm. Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k. The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything. Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

All of the staff were very welcoming to us. Location is great and easy to get around, with many food places around the area. Google home is used in the room, and convenient for our use. But got mosquito in the room sometimes.

Great hotel stay. Family room is very spacious including mini fridge and dining table. Friendly staff. Excellent location with many eateries shops, massage services and wet market. They provided ordering services for Batam Layer cake, which delivered to hotel directly. It save my time and trip to travel to Golden prawn area to buy it. The only downside is the check in timing was late by an hour due to delayed cleaning services. Hope they can improve on check in time. Otherwise was a pleasant place that I will book again next trip

Have a pleasant stay at Swiss berlinn hotel, the location is super awesome, left side left than 5mins to grand batam, infront sushi tei n bcs and cafe. The staff are all so helpful, cheerful, the front desk staff are so helpful and cheerful too as well as the restaurant and housekeeping staff. It make the customer so welcome. However the towel must change it kind of dirty n black already but overall with the good attitude n happy spirit from the staff it make the guests stay enjoyable n happy.

Second time in this hotel. New and clean. Staff were friendly. My kids love the game set up beside the lobby, can't get enough of the playstation. Location is Harbourbay... 10 min grab to nagoya hill and thamrin city. Not much in the area other than seafood. Good area to do jogging In the morning. Overall a nice and pleasant stay.

The hotel is OK in general with friendly staff, but the building is old and requires some repair. Our room has a cracked wall and mold in the bathroom. The curtain has some stains and can benefit from a good wash. I asked to change the room due to the crack, and the staff showed me 2 other rooms with similar conditions (moldy bathroom, light cracks on the wall) so I chose to stay in the original room.

1) Zimmer heruntergekommen, etwas staubig und sandig. 2) Zimmer mit weißem Licht muss dunkel sein 3) Nachttischlampe funktioniert nicht 4) keine Pantoffeln, aber gestern gesehen, andere raten, sie zu benutzen 5) Safe funktioniert nicht, muss manuell geöffnet werden, das haben mir die Leute gesagt 6} muss ein bisschen modernisiert werden, bevor eine neue Station in der Nähe eröffnet wird
