(Room) Our 3D2N trip was fantastic! The service, food and view was absolutely amazing. Our room was very cosy, just a tad bit dark. There’s air-conditioning and hot water so we were comfortable. The only issue we had would be the mosquitoes; we were bitten so many times. The staff at the DeCliff Cafe even gave us a bottle of insect repellent to ward them off, but the mosquitoes seem to be immune. Luckily the balcony doors were meshed so we could enjoy the view/get some light into the room. - (Easy reservations/transportation) Arrangements for transportation to and from the ferry terminal, reservations for dinner at Tanah Merah Seafood (super yummy!), our snorkeling day out with the Bintan Cool, and massage was done seamlessly with the help of the reception counter. - (Food) Before our stay, we checked out the reviews of the hotel from many sites, dating back to 2018 being the most recent ones, and many concerns were about the food being too salty. So we were considering to bring our own food, but we were so glad that we did not because the food was amazing! (1) DeCliff Cafe For dinner on our first day, we decided to have our meal at the DeCliff Cafe. Not only was the view breathtaking, but we were also pleasantly surprised by how yummy the food was. I had an oxtail rice set, and my boyfriend had the chicken chop. The onion rings were my personal favourite. (2) Breakfast For bfast on the 2nd day, we were given a menu instead of the typical bfast buffet at normal hotels (probably because there weren’t that many people at the point of time). The chicken fried rice was extremely tasty, and iced milk tea ended up being my favourite drink during our stay here. Bfast the day after was the usual buffet style, and the fried rice and soup were our pick for that morning. - (Special thanks to the staff) The service here is impeccable, and the staff here were very polite and friendly. Aguz took great care of us - always driving us up to our room because the whole place is atop a hill which we are ever grateful for. - (To note) Just the mosquitoes, bring mosquito nettings for your beds, and I would suggest long pants/tights instead of shorts. Sunscreen and mopiko is a must!

Ich war ein toller Aufenthalt. Meine Familie wurde von der sauberen Lage und der Art, wie sie sie aufrechterhalten. Sie denken, dass sie sehr nett ist. Der Schwimmbad war sauber und Grill machten sie uns einfach. Es wäre richtig, wenn alle für 3 Tage 2 Nächte reserviert und auch Ihre Aktivitäten vorbehalten. Wie Grill brauchen sie Zeit, um sich für Sie zu vorbereiten. Wenn Sie Dinge sofort wollen es besser zu prebooken.Wir prebooked die meisten und einige Artikel, die wir vor Ort buchen, so dass wir wussten. Auch wenn alle die Art sind, die auf Frieden und Ruhe sind, ist das der Ort. Sie können so viel entspannen wie Sie wollen. Es gibt auch TV und Einrichtungen. Ich liebe ihren Willkommensgetränk haha. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich und geduldig. Wir mögen unseren Aufenthalt. Diejenigen, die sich entspannen und hier bleiben wollen, sind für alle.

Dès notre arrivée, le ROKA Resort nous a enveloppés dans une atmosphère de sérénité et de luxe. Niché au cœur d'une nature magnifique, le resort offre un cadre parfait pour se détendre tout en étant en harmonie avec l'environnement. La cerise sur le gâteau a été notre rencontre avec Sophie, une personne passionnée et dévouée à la cause animale. Son travail avec ARKASIA est tout simplement admirable. Elle nous a raconté avec enthousiasme les efforts déployés pour protéger et secourir les animaux en Asie, nous montrant ainsi l’importance de la préservation de la faune locale. Sa passion est contagieuse, et elle nous a donné un aperçu inspirant de son travail quotidien et des défis qu'elle relève avec brio. Ce moment a ajouté une dimension unique à notre séjour, nous permettant de voir au-delà du cadre idyllique du resort pour découvrir une cause noble et inspirante. Le ROKA Resort n'est pas seulement un lieu de repos et de détente, mais aussi un endroit où l'on peut faire des rencontres marquantes et enrichissantes. Je recommande vivement ce resort à quiconque souhaite vivre une expérience authentique et inoubliable à Bintan.

房間很乾凈很新，晚上很安靜，庭院式設計帶泳池挺好。當地打車其實很便宜，如果你能跟司機溝通，可以加聯繫方式，他可以來酒店接送。可以去附近的那個小沙丘，風景不錯。
