Das Zimmer ist eigentlich ziemlich neu und schön und der private Strand ist schön. Personal sind v freundlich. Getränke sind gut. Aber wird Banyanbaum nächstes Mal für bessere Villa-Stil berücksichtigen. Aktivitätskoordinator Benny ist gut, aber die Aktivitäten, die er organisiert, werden nicht angekündigt. Bessere Werbung und richtige Fitness/Studio wird empfohlen. Wir hatten jedoch eine unerfreuliche Erfahrung mit den Hotelzimmereinrichtungen. Es gab 4 Stromreisen beim Einchecken. Der Luftkon wurde mehrmals aufgelöst, dass wir den Ingenieur weiter anrufen müssen, zu kommen und zu reparieren. Schlimmer ist, dass der Schlauch und das Duschewasser tatsächlich braun ist. Wir waren so grob aus! Denn wir haben uns in ihm geduschen, ohne zu wissen, nur nach dem Auschecken realisiert. Sprechen Sie mit dem Hotelpersonal, aber sie können nichts kompensieren, weil ich durch trip.com buche. Hoffentlich trip.com kann mit dem Hotel kommunizieren, um uns zu kompensieren, vielleicht ein weiteres kostenloses Aufenthalt oder Upgrade nächsten Besuch.

Wenn ich eine perfekte Punktzahl von 100 erreiche, kann ich 98 Punkte vergeben. Ich war ursprünglich sehr nervös, dieses Hotel zu buchen, da es auf der Website nur etwa ein Dutzend Bewertungen aus China gab und die Bewertung des Hotels nicht hoch war, weil es nicht genügend Bewertungen gab. Zudem ist die vom Hotel selbst hochgeladene Einleitung sehr klein und die Bilder unvollständig. Erst als ich im Hotel ankam, gab ich meine Sorgen auf und stellte fest, dass es das beste Hotel der gesamten Reise war. Ich habe nur eine Frage. Das Abendessen am ersten Tag war ein Buffet. Am zweiten Tag wurde das Mittag- und Abendessen auf à la carte umgestellt. Aber ich muss sagen, dass die Qualität der bestellten Speisen sehr hoch ist und der Koch sehr gut darin ist. Darüber hinaus gibt es keine Schulung an der Rezeption und es gibt keine Einführung in alle Einrichtungen und Essenszeiten des Hotels. Wird eine Einführung und Spa-Werbung im Raum empfohlen?

Super heartwarming, friendly and professional service! Love our stay at Hotel Indigo Bintan! Each and every staff truly went the extra mile to ensure that we were very well taken care of. I appreciated the high levels of care, starting from the exclusive waiting lounge at the Bintan ferry terminal, the complimentary BYD car transfers to and fro the hotel from the ferry terminal, the sheltered buggy rides all around the resort to ensure that we will stay dry in the monsoon rainy weather, the delicious and lovingly prepared semi-buffet breakfasts with ala carte options for main courses prepared upon order, the beautifully decorated and spacious rooms, the complimentary activities everyday to keep guests entertained etc. Most of all, all service staff are always greeting us with bright smiles throughout our stay! Hope to come back to visit again soon!

1. good encironments and the facilities are not new but acceptable. 2. The most pity stuffs are Monopoly by the owner even the excuse is away from reasonable (private resorts) - no access to public taxi service say grab. Again the reason we told is the Nirwana resort is private one - due to the monopoly, there is limited restaurants for options: the one for breakfast (level 1). The one above the one for buffet (level 2) and Kelong restuarant facing the sea - the outstanding outcome from the monopoly is the pretty higher price for foods...I expect to have lunch at Kelong restaurant and in the end back after checking out the price in menu. Actually during the lunch time, there is no people having dinner except 1 or 2 guest to check out the good view facing the sea...pity !!! The postiive goes to some entertainment or activotoes in the hotel say swimming in outdoort pool. Sands and Bowling etc..... My proposal for their management is to open the service to guests in their hotel so there is more options even I will never come back to the hotel in Bintan...I has been to Batam before and the experience is better.... Service: 10/10 Äußerst höfliches Personal, das ständig nach uns schaut. Einmal vergaßen wir, ihnen von unserem 15 %-Rabatt auf Essen und Getränke zu erzählen, aber sie entschuldigten sich stattdessen bei uns und sagten, sie hätten vergessen, nachzufragen.🥹 Wir kamen hierher, um unseren ersten Jahrestag und den Geburtstag meines Mannes zu feiern, und sie schmückten das Bett + gaben uns kostenlose Kuchen, um unsere besonderen Anlässe zu feiern.😇 Essen: 10/10 Wir lieben das Restaurant und das Essen hier im Vergleich zu dem anderen Resort, in dem wir waren. Obwohl das andere Resort auch wirklich gut war, ist die Sitzordnung im Restaurant des Residence Bintan auf kleinere Gruppen und Privatsphäre ausgerichtet, anstatt alle an einem großen Tisch zu platzieren.😊 Einrichtungen: Ich muss sagen, ich bin etwas enttäuscht von deren Einrichtungen, da ich mich eigentlich gelangweilt habe, weil es hier fast nichts zu tun gab :( Ich verstehe, dass das Residence Bintan im Vergleich zu den anderen Resorts ruhiger ist und die Leute das Resort wahrscheinlich wählen, um sich zu entspannen und in ihren Zimmern zu bleiben. Aber ich finde, sie müssen trotzdem genügend Aktivitäten für die Jüngeren bieten. Da ihr Resort eher auf das Konzept der „natürlichen Umgebung“ ausgerichtet ist, basieren viele Aktivitäten auf dem Wetter, den natürlichen Gegebenheiten des Meerwassers, sodass Wasseraktivitäten nur bei Flut, also am frühen Morgen, möglich sind. Gegen 11 Uhr werden alle Wasseraktivitäten wegen Ebbe eingestellt und dann gibt es außer Schwimmen, wie lange können wir denn an einem Tag schwimmen, richtig?☹️ Ja, wir können für Aktivitäten rausfahren, aber da wir uns bereits im innersten Teil des Landes befinden, kann die Fahrt bis zu einer Stunde dauern, was auch ziemlich mühsam ist. Also, ja, das sind einige meiner Erfahrungen hier. Trotzdem empfehle ich das Residence Bintan Paaren und Familien, die einfach ein ruhiges und friedliches Resort für einen Kurzurlaub suchen. (P.S.: Dieses Resort ist wirklich ruhig, da es nirgendwo viel Musik gibt, nicht einmal in der Lobby, HAHA).🙊

1. Check in/out was easy 2. Location was good as it is near the beach and there are a number of restaurants/cafés nearby 3. Villa was a pretty old one so furniture and equipment were a little run down 4. Villa is an open space so be prepared for insects crawling/flying around 5. We found stains on bedsheets, towels and floor

Just got back from a stay at the Holiday Inn Resort, and I had a great time! The service was awesome, and the staff were super friendly—really made me feel at home. The swimming pool and all the amenities were on point. I loved hanging out by the pool! And let me tell you, the Indonesian food was fantastic. I can't recommend it enough! I’m planning come back in future.

The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

Friendly staff . Beautiful location . Unfortunately it is monsoon so no water sports . Kudos to housekeeper Edi who make sure my room is clean and well supplied with water and ice cubes .Breakfast is delicious . Menu changes with new varieties . Had our dinner at Lotus cafe . Food is good too . Saffron at Banyan Tree is good too but expensive . Went to Banyan tree for spa . Excellent massage worth the money spent . Good trip for rest and relaxation . The downside that there is no shopping and everywhere is far . The TV reception is poor and could be improved .

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, nahe dem Fährbahnhof, und das Hotel bietet kostenfreie pick-up, das ist super bequem. Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, und der Pool war wunderschön. Frühstück war angemessen, aber nichts außergewöhnliches. Nicht sehr in der Nähe von Fußgängern, aber Sie können leicht mit Grab oder dem Hotelführer (obwohl der letzte preiswerter ist) umherkommen. Insgesamt, ein guter Aufenthalt für eine entspannende Reise.
