We recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests. 1. Room Consistency & Communication Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved. 2. Villa Room Maintenance On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression. We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback.

Erstmals in Bintan. Hatte eine erstaunliche Erfahrung im Resort. Einchecken war reibungslos von Pancha. Initial ein ziemlich verschlossenes Zimmer zugewiesen, um eine Änderung beantragt und hatte ein viel besseres Zimmer im Bodenboden mit dem Schwimmbad und dem Strandfront. Erstaunlicher Kundenservice, erstaunliches Personal, jeder war freundlich. Das Resort ist in einem privaten Eigentum, zusammen mit Cassia und Banyan Tree. Der Strand war sehr privat und ruhig. Sicherlich genossen meine Zeit dort. Die eine Nebenwirkung ist die Tatsache, dass es in einem privaten Grundstück ist, es ist ziemlich weit von der Stadt. Es ist schwierig, Bike Grab ist nicht verfügbar. Grab Auto war ziemlich schwierig und teuer. Die beste Möglichkeit war, einen Tourführer zu mieten. Ich habe für die ganze 3 Tage einen Tourführer angehütet. Erstaunliche Erfahrung, nur eine Stunde Fahrt mit dem Fähren von der Hügel der Stadt Singapur. Will kommen für einen Strandurlaub zurück.

Amazing place to stay if you need to just relax and recharge in the calm. Just idle time sitting in the patio of your sea view villa and enjoy looking at the sea or walking by the beach collecting sea shells and finding baby mud crabs inside of the sea shells. It was not our first time staying at Mayang Sari or one of the other Nirwana properties. Hence, the smiling staff with their impeccable service levels is never a surprise but always a pleasure. Mayang Sari has its own restaurant, the Deli Cafe, where you can get local and western delicacies and drinks. The property has an Indian restaurant, Spice, which is a 5 minute walk from Mayang Sari, and Nirwana also has its own restaurant. They have a pick and drop shuttle from the ferry terminal, which makes it very convenient. Just a call put that this is Lagoi, so please don't expect to have malls around, and the city centre falls in the Tanjung Pinang area.

Wir warten nahe 3 Stunden, 15 Minuten vor der offiziellen Kontrolle in der Zeit, um das Zimmer zu erhalten. Aber wir bemerkten, dass die Nachbareinheiten leer waren... und aufgrund der geringen Besetzung war das Frühstück ala-carte statt dem Buffet.

Stayed in the private pool ocean view villa, and it was one of the best villas I’ve ever visited! 😍 The villa itself was beautiful: * 🚽 Japanese/Korean heated toilet * 🚿 Large shower * 🛀 Large bathtub * 🪞 Couple’s sink with plenty of space * 🛏️ Big, comfortable bed The ocean is clear and unpolluted, and each villa comes with an inflatable paddle—high tide was so fun, and low tide lets you spot little fishes. It felt like a private beach —perfect for fun and amazing photos with no photo bombers.✨The pool was perfect too, cleaned daily, and the resort was very private and peaceful. 💡 If I were to share my advice 🤿 Go snorkeling! My biggest regret was not going 🥺. If the water in front of the villa is already this clear and full of fish, I can only imagine the snorkeling spots. 🐠 🍽️ The Ocean Restaurant was excellent—fresh local fish and seafood noodles for 385k IDR. I didn’t plan enough time for it 🤏🥲 but it’s seriously worth it. 💡 My advice: Stay in the ocean view villa—it’s absolutely worth it. Transport is easy to arrange, but this level of ocean view and privacy at this price is rare. ✨ The best vacations are the ones with regrets from not knowing more—so go for this. A true hidden gem—100% worth visiting! 🌊💙 ❤️ Huge thank you to the manager and team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service. Everyone was friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more memorable.

Enjoyed my 3 day stay at this resort. Nice room with a balcony and sea view. Daily breakfast included , and has plenty of options, buffet style , from local food to eggs your way , fruit , bread and the best of all - prata. Restaurant on site offers delicious food. Vegetarian options available. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beautiful sunrise you can watch from the beach. Hotel allows to rent a kayak. Overall , very calm place to relax for a quick holiday. Good value for money , recommend, and will be back again.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Umgebung und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Der Nachteil ist, dass am Strand zu viel Silikonöl ist. Ich machte ein paar Fotos und trat auf das Öl. Zum Glück war der Hotelservice sehr gut. Der Kellner ging ins Zimmer, um beim Aufräumen zu helfen. Wir sind mit dem Service des Hotels sehr zufrieden! Wir haben in Villen und Strandhäusern gelebt. Es ist wirklich gemütlich und entspannend! Was ich vor allem vorschlagen möchte ist, ob man chinesisches Essen leckerer machen kann, wie zum Beispiel Hot Pot Restaurants ... es gibt zu wenig Zutaten ... Ich hoffe, das Hotel kann immer besser werden, denn wir leben in Singapur, wir werde oft in den Urlaub fahren und freue mich auf das nächste Mal Neues Gefühl!

Es regnete in der Nacht und die Wände sind im Inneren nass. Betten blatt Zeit für neue. Weiße Betten sehen nicht hell weiß aus. Allgemein ist noch ok mit dem guten Preis. Bfast Menü war seit vielen Jahren die gleiche. 😊 immer noch glücklich mit dem Aufenthalt

Der Keller bei Anmon sah schöner aus, aber es war auf der preiswerten Seite. Die Villa, in der wir blieben, war nicht schlecht, aber sicherlich verbrannt, einige Punkte wurden nicht gut gemalt, der Toilettensock klopfte, und es gab diesen seltsamen Geruch im Zimmer. Der Service war großartig und die Lage ist ok, da Sie ziemlich viel brauchen, um mit einem Auto jedenfalls zu reisen

Am Tag habe ich meine Tasche verloren. Danke für die Mitarbeiter der beiden Hotels, die mich bei der Bewahrung meiner Tasche unterstützt haben. Ich habe eine Menge Bargeld in der Tasche mit meiner Pass-Bankkarte. Die Zeit dauert bis zu drei Stunden. Wenn ich meine Tasche verpasst habe, kann ich nicht einmal nach China zurückkehren. Danke für die beiden unschuldigen Mitarbeiter, Das ist meine glücklichste Reise 👍👍👍 An diesem Tag verlor ich meinen Sack.Vielen Dank an die beiden Hotelpersonal, dass sie sich um meinen Sack kümmerten.Innerhalb des Sacks sind Pass, Bankkarten, und eine Menge Cash.Sie haben sich um ihn für drei Stunden kümmern.Wenn mein Sack fehlt, kann ich nicht einmal nach China.Danke Diese beiden ehrlichen Mitarbeiter.Dies ist die glücklichste Reise, die ich je erlebt habe.
