GGastnutzerWe recently returned from a five-night holiday in Bintan and stayed at your hotel for the last three nights (nights 3, 4, and 5). While we were happy to secure a room for those dates, we encountered two issues during our stay that we feel should be brought to your attention— in the hope that they can be improved for future guests. 1. Room Consistency & Communication Due to high demand, the same room type we booked for nights 3 and 4 was no longer available for night 5. As a result, we had to book a different room type for the final night, all paid in advance. When we checked in, we explained to the front desk staff that we would prefer to stay in the same room for all three nights, and we were willing to pay any price difference if necessary. The staff member said they would check and get back to us—but we never heard anything further. Admittedly, we also forgot to follow up. However, we assumed that no news meant we could remain in the same room. The next day at noon, we received a sudden call requesting us to check out immediately, which completely disrupted our day’s plans and led to a rushed and stressful move. We even left some personal items behind in the process. In the future, we would greatly appreciate clearer follow-up from hotel staff—whether or not a room change is possible, please confirm with guests either way rather than leaving the matter unresolved. 2. Villa Room Maintenance On the last night, we moved to a villa. Unfortunately, during our shower we discovered that the drainage system was severely clogged. Water from the shower area didn’t drain properly, and water even backed up from under the sink and around the toilet. This was not only inconvenient, but honestly quite unpleasant. While your staff did eventually help us resolve the issue, it significantly affected our overall experience and left a negative final impression. We chose your hotel with high expectations and understand that busy periods can lead to service challenges. But with a bit more proactive communication and better room maintenance, we believe the guest experience can be much improved. Thank you for taking the time to read our feedback.

SShawn TravelsWe spent 2 nights in celebration of our Wedding Anniversary cum Valentine's Day. The quiet tranquility and peace coupled with nice breakfast meals were what my wife and I were quite looking forward to...away from the hustle and bustle. It is an art this days to just sit back and reconnect with each other and perhaps do...nothing except enjoy each other's company... We had one of the most delectable deep fried calamari at the Kelong Elly located just next to SADI Beach House. The 2 nights spent at SADI has been a great experience. The SADI Team has been very attentive and making every bit of our stay memorable. Looking forward to revisit next time with a whole group of friends seeking solace! Special mentioned to Tika and Irma, the customer service staff, who connected with me via WhatsApp prior to our arrival so that we are aware of the necessary. Much appreciated. Overall, we feel recharged after our stay. 😊🙏🏼

KKK247Das Anwesen hat viel Potenzial und das Servicepersonal hat eine wunderbare Einstellung. Es wurde erst im Oktober eröffnet, also ist noch nicht alles fertig. Es war insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, aber es gab mehrere kleine Enttäuschungen und wir kommen zu dem Schluss, dass wir woanders übernachten würden, wenn wir nach Bintan zurückkehren würden (obwohl wahrscheinlich nicht bald). - Wir hatten Glück, das Zimmer früh beim Check-in zu bekommen (~12:30 Uhr), weil das Zimmer fertig war. - Das F&B-Team hatte die meisten Probleme. Wir aßen am ersten Tag spät zu Mittag - das Restaurant war nicht voll, aber sie konnten mit den Bestellungen nicht fertig werden. Wir warteten über 40 Minuten und andere Tische, die später kamen, wurden vor uns bedient. Das Essen war nicht einmal kochend heiß, als es ankam, was seltsam ist – stand es herum und wurde einfach nicht serviert?? - Beim Frühstück an den folgenden Tagen im selben und einzigen Restaurant war auch immer etwas nicht in Ordnung. Z. B. lange Wartezeiten, vergessene Bestellungen und wenn wir nach Gerichten fragten, tauchten zwei davon auf. Trotzdem waren alle Mitarbeiter super nett und wir sind dankbar – wenn auch immer noch enttäuscht. - das Zimmer war sehr schön, aber die Hängelampe am Bett hat einen unpraktischen Konstruktionsfehler. Sie klappert ab und zu wegen der Klimaanlage. Ich habe es ignoriert, aber mein Mann wurde wahnsinnig 😅 er musste es mit einem Handtuch auspolstern. - das Telefon im Zimmer war auch seltsam. Wir mussten viele Male versuchen, die „0“ für den Gästeservice zu wählen – es gibt keine andere Nummer, die man anrufen könnte. Manchmal klang es, als würde es klingeln/eine Verbindung herstellen, aber es passierte nichts. - die Zimmermädchen haben unser Zimmer die ganze Zeit, als wir am zweiten Tag weg waren, nicht gereinigt. Sie kamen erst, als wir uns gegen 17 Uhr wieder ausruhten. - Indigo erlaubt keine gemeinsame Nutzung von Einrichtungen mit dem Schwesterhotel, was heutzutage ehrlich gesagt eine verpasste Gelegenheit ist. Ich habe den Überblick über die Anzahl der Resorts verloren, die das tun und es als Pluspunkt vermarkten. Es scheint fast seltsam, dass sie es nicht tun, obwohl es virtuell mit IHG verbunden ist. - das war mir nicht klar, aber sie bezeichnen sich nicht als Familienhotel, also gibt es keinen Kinderclub. Wählen Sie diesen Ort nicht, wenn Sie einen Ort brauchen, um Ihre Kinder zu unterhalten. Ich war überrascht, dass ein Strandresort keinen Kinderclub hat 😆 - das Hotel wollte meinem 5-Jährigen einen Aufpreis auferlegen, der sich dasselbe Zimmer und dasselbe Bett teilte und (meiner Meinung nach) nicht wesentlich mehr Ressourcen verbrauchte als ein anderer Gast, der vielleicht nur ein Paar ohne Kind war. Wir waren in vielen anderen Hotels, die mit dem Konzept „Kinder übernachten kostenlos“ prahlten, sofern man nicht nach einem zusätzlichen Ausziehbett fragte. Wie auch immer, obwohl die Gebühr relativ üblich ist, war die Erklärung, die ich bekam, als ich gefragt wurde, wofür die Gebühr verwendet wird, schwach. Und nach dem Aufenthalt hatte ich umso mehr das Gefühl, dass es nicht viel gab, was diese sogenannte zusätzliche Gebühr rechtfertigte.

HHope SanctuaryWe recently stayed at The ANMON Resort Bintan for a short getaway, and honestly it became one of the most memorable and romantic trips my wife and I have had. From the moment we arrived, the whole place felt peaceful, cozy, and completely different from a normal hotel experience. The beautiful white tents, warm lighting, and desert-style ambiance created such a relaxing atmosphere that instantly made us slow down and enjoy the moment together. One thing we actually loved was that there was no TV inside the room. Instead of spending time watching screens, we spent more quality time talking, relaxing, and simply enjoying each other’s company. It made the whole experience feel more personal, peaceful, and romantic — something that is hard to find nowadays. Our glamping tent was spacious, clean, and surprisingly luxurious. At night, the resort became even more magical with the soft lights around the pathways and cool evening air. It honestly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. One of the highlights of our stay was the BBQ experience right outside our glamp tent. That evening was especially memorable because it was lightly drizzling outside, making the whole atmosphere feel extra cozy and romantic. Grilling food together while listening to the soft rain, enjoying the cool weather, and sitting under the shelter of our tent created such a peaceful and intimate moment for both of us. It is one of those simple memories that we will never forget. We also really enjoyed the outdoor movie night. Sitting on bean bags under the stars with blankets while watching a movie together was such a unique experience. The calm ambiance, cool night breeze, and quiet surroundings made the entire night feel warm and special. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay, and everything around the resort was well maintained and thoughtfully designed. If you are looking for a unique couple getaway, romantic glamping experience, or peaceful escape from the city, I would definitely recommend The ANMON Resort Bintan. GGastnutzerWir haben diesen schönen Ort auf unserer 2-Tage-Fahrradtour durch West Bintan gefunden. Wir lieben das ample, Farm-Typ-Camp, das zwischen den Hügeln und Savannah mit der rotfarbenen Erde und ewiggrünen Palmen von Bintan ist. Die Rezeption ist bereits offen und freundlich und Sie schauen in einer sehr angenehmen und willkommenen Welt. Der Besitzer hat diese als nachhaltiges Jugendtraining und Lernzentrum eingerichtet, gleichzeitig mit herrlichen und gut integrierten Gästeaktivitäten für Familien, Kinder und Gruppen. Wir blieben in einem der Schleifhäuser neben einem der kleinen und entspannenden Seen, und mein fünfter Sohn liebte jeden Zoll davon. Der A/C Motor arbeitet im Hintergrund, das Badezimmer ist größerer als in allen Lagoi Resorts, die wir bisher waren. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und leicht gemahlen, die Kaffeemaschine ist italienischer, das Frühstück bietet eine Auswahl von zwei Menüs, die es einfach macht, nicht falsch zu wählen. Der beste Teil ist das immer freundliche und unterstützende Personal. Yanu war sehr unterstützend bei der Ingenieurarbeit eines Kites und half uns, es zu fliegen (auch außerhalb seines Schichts). Das Kreativzentrum ist definitiv einen Besuch wert. Als natürliche Fahrräder liebten wir die leeren und kleinen gepflegten Straßen um das Camp, so dass wir sogar eine wunderbare Zeit bis zum Blauen Lagoon (1 Stunde) fahren. Von der Ferry Station TM ist es eine 2-Stunden-Fahrradreise mit wenigen Halten auf der Straße (versuchen Sie, die Wärme zu vermeiden). Der Bintan Ferry nimmt Fahrräder für den Transport, so tun 6-seater Kabien in Singapur. Ich kann diesen Ort für alle Fluchtpläne aus der großen Stadt und für alle Naturfans stark empfehlen.

From the moment we arrived, the service was really good. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable all the time. AAlwyn YongWe wanted to have a more private and laidback stay over Christmas, and Pantai Indah Lagoi delivered this! After immigration, we were brought to a waiting area for a private car transfer to the villa. Check in was smooth and the housekeeper did a detailed explanation of our room amenities for us. They have a dedicated WhatsApp line for any requests such as housekeeping or buggy. Everything was clean inside and thankfully we did not have any bugs this time, which made it even more pleasant. The private pool was also pleasant and clean for a cooling swim, and we thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the villa. Thankful for the great service and definitely worth visiting in a group next time!

Just idle time sitting in the patio of your sea view villa and enjoy looking at the sea or walking by the beach collecting sea shells and finding baby mud crabs inside of the sea shells. It was not our first time staying at Mayang Sari or one of the other Nirwana properties. Hence, the smiling staff with their impeccable service levels is never a surprise but always a pleasure. Mayang Sari has its own restaurant, the Deli Cafe, where you can get local and western delicacies and drinks. The property has an Indian restaurant, Spice, which is a 5 minute walk from Mayang Sari, and Nirwana also has its own restaurant. They have a pick and drop shuttle from the ferry terminal, which makes it very convenient. Just a call put that this is Lagoi, so please don't expect to have malls around, and the city centre falls in the Tanjung Pinang area.

HHotel GMI stayed in a standard cheap ,The first thing that bothered me was that there were clean slippers in the room for free. We recommend that you bring slippers. There is no refrigerator in the room, so it is recommended to bring your own refrigerator. At night, young people ride on noisy motorcycles, so they can sleep well with pleasant sound. The earplugs attached to the room were useful. We recommend that you bring a headset for F1.
