Die Lage ist sehr günstig, direkt mit der überdachten Überführung des Bahnhofs Nagano verbunden. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und bietet viel Platz für zwei große Gepäckstücke. Auch das Badezimmer ist groß. Der Angestellte an der Rezeption war sehr verantwortungsbewusst und freundlich und half beim Schicken von Skiern zum Hotel in Tokio. Sehr zufrieden👍🏻 Ich werde nächstes Jahr wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich Skifahren gehe

1. Parking - Parking is behind the hotel, and they will check your booking and give you a parking chit (駐車券). The person manning the parking situation doesn't inform you beforehand that you have to bring this chit to the lobby for check in. We left it on the dashboard as we thought it indicates that we can park here. If you're travelling with alot of baggage, it can get pretty inconvenient as you will have to walk one round around the hotel for accessible routes to avoid a flight of stairs. 2. Check in procedure - 三條-san was helping us with the check in. Did not feel welcomed, and everything just felt routined and mechanical. This was still acceptable. When it came to asking for the parking chit, we said we left it on the dashboard and whether we could return later to show it to him. We were really not informed that we had to bring it to the reception. 三條-san's face immediately showed a face of disgust and annoyance, and he mildly rolled his eyes too in displeasure. My partner immediately ran to the car to get it for him there and then. This was pretty shocking to me as I did not expect Japanese hospitality to be this rude and nobody mentioned to us to bring the chit to the reception. He could have been more patient and handled it more professionally. We were also unaware at the time of making a hotel reservation that you have to book a breakfast slot at the time of your check in. We checked in at around 7pm, and we were only left with the 6am or 6:30am breakfast slot. This felt very restrictive as everyone has different waking habits or plans for the next day (Felt like we were back in school). You were also restricted to 50 minutes duration at breakfast. Having to change my plan entirely just because of this restriction felt ridiculous. Would I get a refund of the cost of the breakfast if I can't make it for any of the breakfast timings? If this was made known at the point of the hotel reservation, I might have reconsidered as the slots for the more human timings seem to get snatched up really quickly. All in all, the check in progress was pleasant and 三條-san was a huge reason for it. I will recommend future visitors to avoid him if you see that there are other staff manning the reception desk. 3. The J floor rooms were lovely. Clean, decent size, filled with amenities and complimentary drinks even those in the fridge. The hotel room itself was lovely compared to what happened in the lobby. 4. Breakfast - Despite being left with the ridiculously early breakfast slots, breakfast spread was great. Wide range of food and if you get a window seat, you have a good view of the city.

Zum zweiten Mal habe ich das Nagano Tokyu REI gewählt. Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof Nagano, was sehr praktisch für Busse nach Hakuba und Togakushi ist. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl und schmeckt hervorragend, die Zimmergröße ist angemessen.

Dies war eine letzte Minute Auswahl auf dem Zug aus Tokio, aber die richtige. Es ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Nagano und hat geräumige Zimmer. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfreich, aber am besten von allen, bei der Ankunft erhalten Sie ein willkommenes Getränk und Dessert Ihrer Wahl. Der ganze Ort scheint mit Desserten besessen zu sein, für mich. Sie bieten auch kostenlose Eiscreme und nach der Auscheckung, Säcke von Süßigkeiten und Cookies. Vielleicht ist es eine Weihnachtsförderung, aber eine willkommene Überraschung. Das Frühstück ist etwas teuer, aber hat eine nette Auswahl an Lebensmitteloptionen, einschließlich Lachs, mehr Desserts und verschiedene japanische Lebensmittel. Ich habe nur eine Nacht geblieben, aber ich glaube, sie haben einen Arsch und andere Einrichtungen. Gut wert. Ich war in anderen Hotels in Nagano, und diese war super.

Dieses Hotel ist ein Muss in Nagano bleiben. Für uns das beste Hotel, das wir in unserer japanischen Reise geblieben haben. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig im Vergleich zu japanischen Hotelzimmern und es ist nur 5-8 Minuten vom Bahnhof Nagano entfernt. Das Frühstück ist großartig mit schönen Bergblicken. Sie haben eine große Ausstattung. Wird sicher wieder aufhören, wenn wir wieder nach NagNo kommen.

Es gibt begrenzte Einrichtungen bei der Wahl der westlichen Cottage. Der Onsen und der Fitnessraum sind nur bis 19:00, zu denen es oftmals die Zeit ist, dass wir Abendessen haben oder vom Tourismus oder Einkaufen im Hotel ankommen. So konnten wir es nicht am Tag 1 verwenden. Am 2. Tag war es ein Schnellrennen, um einfach wieder zum Hotel zu gehen. 2. Das kleine Haus hat keine AC. Es war heiß, da es schon Mitte Ma ist. Sie haben 1 elektrische Fan für uns. So sei bewußt, dass diejenigen, die die Wohnungen wählen.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und das Bett war komfortabel. sehr sauber und ruhig. Komfortable Bett mit fester und weicher Kuchen Verfügbarkeit. Onsen und Fitnessraum sind auch verfügbar. Trocknungsraum für Skiausrüstung und Spielraum für Kinder. Service war sehr responsiv und spricht Englisch gut genug, um die Anfrage zu verstehen. Lage ist nahe zum Ski Resort, aber sehr weit von allem anderen entfernt, wenn Sie nicht fahren. Ihr Shuttle Bus zum Bahnhof nur 3 mal am Morgen und am Nachmittag betrieben. und es gibt nur 2 Essen Restaurant, es sei denn, Sie buchen raus. Nichts viel zu tun am Abend und in der Nacht. Anständiges Essen und Atmosphäre. Frühstücksoptionen sind jeden Tag gleich, aber die Variante war ok.

We stayed on 24 to 26 Dec 25. Good hotel but far from everything else. Need to be flexible since weather was unpredictable. We had no snow -just rain for two days, but when we checked out, we had heavy snow which disrupted our travel to Toyama with many trains cancellation and delays (a car stuck on the railroad track). The hotel shuttle bus picks up at Minami-Otari station. There are four coin-operated washing machines and four dryers which were always taken on 3rd Floor. I would advise staying longer than two days and prepare for travel time as it took nearly 20 minutes for a bus ride to Iwatake each way.
