Das Personal war freundlich. Der grosse Pool war ein Highlight. Besonders toll fand ich den Arbeitsplatz im Zimmer, perfekt für lange Arbeitsstunden. Leider ändern sich die Preise am Wochenende drastisch, was für regelmäßige Gäste ziemlich unfair ist.

The best will be the Kid's Club and their staff. Nicely decorated (unfortunately many activities no longer available) Swimming Pool is relatively small for an international hotel. Beds quality is good, room size is excellent. The worst and the major letdown = the breakfast buffet. Everything from pastry, roti pratha, desserts, and even the Ikan bilis is terrible quality (most of it is hard to chew, tasteless and rubbery, hard and tough)

Das Hotel ist wirklich gut, die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, ich bin zufrieden, es ist den Preis wert... es ist nur Frühstück, es ist einfach normal, es gibt nicht viele Tische, wenn man zu spät kommt, muss man anstehen...

Ich habe beschlossen, für die zweite Zeit in diesem Hotel aufgrund seiner bequemen Lage und erschwinglichen Online-Reservierungsgebühr bei Trip booking zu bleiben.Es gibt Mc D hinter n die Restaurants auch erreichen, ich meine in der Spazierweiterung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Zimmer ist sauber, gut dekoriert n die Einrichtungen sind gut gepflegt.Das Personal besucht n Antwort auf unsere Beschwerden sofort.Late check out mit erschwinglichen Preis. Haben Sie Komplimentargetränke serviert bei d Lobby. Allerdings muss die Qualität der Zimmertür verbessert werden .

Das Hatten Hotel besticht durch seine hervorragende Lage direkt neben großen Einkaufszentren und in unmittelbarer Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Jonker Street ist nur etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt, sodass Sie die wichtigsten Touristenattraktionen bequem erkunden können. Auch kulinarisch hat das Hotel viel zu bieten: In der Umgebung finden Sie zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés, sodass Sie sich keine Sorgen ums Essen machen müssen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl und ist ideal für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag. Insgesamt ein komfortabler Aufenthalt mit hervorragender Anbindung.

We had such a wonderful stay at PARKROYAL Melaka, one of the best family hotels in Malaysia IMHO. First of all, there is plenty of parking, which already makes things so convenient for families driving in. From the moment we arrived, the guest services at the counter were so pleasant and welcoming. The swimming pool is fantastic for families. It’s large, well-designed, and the slides were a hit with the kids. They absolutely loved it. The beds were very comfortable, which made resting after long days so enjoyable. Breakfast was really good, extremely diverse with plenty of choices. Everything was delicious. The croissants were beautifully baked and so fresh. The kids loved them so much. Special shoutout to the teh tarik abang, always smiling and courteous, we loved the teh tarik “pulling” show for guests who wanted it. It was such an enjoyable touch during breakfast. Please give him a raise! He truly added to the experience. The vending machine stocked with medicines was also an interesting and thoughtful touch. That said, I do have a few suggestions that could make the experience even better: 1. Not enough lounge chairs by the pool. There are plenty of open spaces, but very few proper lounge chairs. The gazebos fill up very quickly, leaving guests with upright dining-style chairs instead of relaxing pool loungers. Adding more lounge chairs would greatly improve the pool experience. 2. Pool music in the AM and till after lunch was unnecessarily loud. The volume was quite high and gave me a headache. I had to approach the staff a few times to lower it. While they did reduce it, it was still quite loud. The music selection (DANGDUT (why??) techno/rave style) was cringe and felt more club-like rather than relaxing. Since there are children and elderly guests around, a calmer playlist at a lower volume would be better (?). In fact, kill the music, guest wants to relax. 3. Gym etiquette enforcement. The gym itself is good, but I noticed guests walking in straight from the pool in wet clothes and barefoot to use the equipment. This isn’t very safe. Clear “Do’s and Don’ts” signage or some monitoring would help. 4. Stricter swim attire rules at the pool. Some guests were swimming in T-shirts instead of proper swimwear. It would be better to enforce proper swim attire for hygiene and overall pool standards. 5. Anti-slip mats in bathrooms. The bathroom floor can get quite slippery when wet. Providing anti-slip mats would improve safety, especially for children and elderly guests. 6. Add more pool tables please! Overall, despite these small areas for improvement, we truly loved our stay. It remains one of the best family-friendly hotels in Malaysia, and we would definitely return.

Overall a nice hotel to stay. Cleanliness is well maintained and location was convenient. Compared to similar price hotel nearby the mattress was surprisingly nice.

My stay was perfect as this hotel have all these: 1. ample parking space just infront of the hotel 2. spacious room with ironboard, fridge, kettle, tea & coffee and drinking water 3. big bathroom with toothbrush, body wash, shampoo towel, face towel and toilet with bidet 4. hotel breakfast if purchased with room was good and compliments to the chef also the service assistant rahman was efficient. 5. checking in and out was fast.

Insgesamt : Meine Eltern hatten einen komfortablen Aufenthalt (betten waren schön und fest) Es gab große Räume für unsere Gepäck, Taschen und Essen vom Nachtmarkt. Für: - Ruhe (Gut für uns, die leicht schlafen) - Soundproof-Zimmer - Kundenservice nicht schlecht - Stabile Dusche Warmwasser - OK Preis für 1 Zimmer w 2 Queen Betten - Große Zimmer, die ein Plus ist - Restaurants in der Nähe und eine Marte für Gemüse auch - Übernachtung & reserviert 2 Zimmer Kons: - Abit weit von Jonker (aber wenn Sie ein Auto haben, dann ist es kein Problem) - Es kommt aus unserem Zimmer (feucht) (feuchter Luftkonditioner) aus. Tragbar, aber wenn Sie eine empfindliche Nase haben, dann könnte es etwas unbehaglich sein. (Kann befestigt w Luftkonditionerhaltung) - Das Badezimmer enthält sowohl die Dusche & Toilette. Es gibt keine Tür / Dusche für die Dusche (öffnete Luft?) und müssen die Dusche Richtung kontrollieren, wenn Dusche, um zu verhindern, dass das ganze Boden wett.

Diesmal habe ich in einem Zimmer mit Meerblick übernachtet. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind vom Sicherheitsdienst bis zum Rezeptionsservice sehr freundlich. Das Hotel liegt ruhig mitten im Trubel und nicht weit von der Jichang-Straße entfernt. Es ist ein sehr gutes Aufenthaltserlebnis.
